Abstract

Claims (5)

  1. A sliding wall (10) with several laterally displaceable wall elements (12/1 to 12/n) guided by means of rollers (21) in a carrying profile (14), at least one of the wall elements (12/2) being executed as a door element operable as a swing leaf by means of a stationarily disposed drive (30) associated to the sliding wall, wherein
    • the drive (30) is configured as a swing door operator or as a door closer,
    • an actuation means, located between the drive (30) and the at least one wall element (12/2), is configured as a rod assembly (32, 33, 37) which becomes automatically operative, respectively inoperative when displacing the wall elements, and
    • a blocking member (29), associated to the sliding wall, is provided by means of which the at least one wall element (12/2), when being displaced, is maintained in a resting position and is released when being conveyed into an operative position with the drive (30),
    characterized in that
    • in the resting position, the at least one wall element (12/2) is closed, and
    • the blocking member is configured as a rocker (29) stationarily mounted to the at least one wall element (12/2), wherein
    - a stationary abutment (38) is associated to the rocker (29) as an actuating member, and
    - the stationary abutment (38) protrudes into a displacement path of the rocker (29) such that the rocker (29), in a closed position of the sliding wall (10), is pivoted into an inoperative position via the stationary abutment (38) such that the at least one wall element (12/2) can be opened and closed via the drive (30).
  2. A sliding wall (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuation means, located between the drive (30) and the at least one wall element (12/2), is configured as a slide arm assembly, the slide channel (32) thereof being associated to the at least one wall element (12/2) and the slide channel arm (33) thereof being associated to the drive (30).
  3. A sliding wall (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the at least one wall element (12/2) is pivotably articulated at an adjacent wall element (12/3) by means of hinges (25/1) and presents a carrying profile (14/1, 14/2) executed in two parts, the partial profiles (14/1 and 14/2) thereof being rotatably movable with regard to each other and, in the parallel oriented displacement position, they are supported and are blockable, a lower partial profile (14/1) thereof being associated to the at least one wall element (12/2) and an upper partial element (14/2) being associated to the drive slide (23) suspended in the slide channel (20).
  4. A sliding wall (10) according to claim 3, characterized in that the at least one wall element (12/2) is releasably held in the pivotable position aligned with the other wall elements (12/1 to 12/n), between an abutment (28) of the upper partial profile (14/2) fixed to the profile and the rocker (29), which is in its operative position.
  5. A sliding wall according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotatably movable rocker (29) is resiliently held in the resting position.
