Abstract

A closure, for connecting two thin walls, such as a sheet metal cabinet door to a sheet metal cabinet frame is disclosed, which comprises a bearing piece, arranged in or on an opening in the first thin wall and a shaft, retained in the bearing piece and which may be rotated and axially displaced therein. A pivoting lever is mounted on the on outer end of the shaft and, on the other inner end of the shaft, a retaining piece is arranged, which may be engaged with an opening in the second thin wall. The retaining piece comprises a cupular guide piece and a sleeve piece, which may be inserted in and rotated in the cupular guide piece against the force of a spring. A catch projects from said sleeve piece in the direction of the wall plane which, in the locked position, extends beyond the outer surface of the guide piece as far as the rear surface of the second thin wall and rests thereon.

Description

Hintergrund der ErfindungBackground of the Invention

The invention relates to a closure for connecting two thin walls, such as Tin cabinet door with tin cabinet frame, consisting of one in or on one Opening in the first thin wall, such as door, assembled bearing part and from one in the bearing part axially displaceably held shaft, at one, outer end a pivoting lever pivotable about an axis perpendicular to the shaft axis is held, and at the other, inner end one with one in the second thin Wall mounted opening engageable holding member is attached, the Swing lever from a first, open position, in which the shaft in a first Axial thrust position is in a second, closed position, in which axially displaces the shaft against spring force.

Kurze Beschreibung des Standes der TechnikBrief description of the state of the art

Ein derartiger Verschluß ist bereits bekannt, siehe beispielsweise die DE 44 23 406 A1.Such a closure is already known, see for example the DE 44 23 406 A1.

The object referred to in this document with bulge closure enables it, two plate-like parts together or a plate-like part on one secure appropriate framework. The one described in this document Closure has the advantage of great simplicity because it has relatively few parts gets along and is relatively easy to install.

But it also has disadvantages that its use in certain applications to forbid. Especially when the shutter is working at low temperatures should, such as in cold rooms, there is the disadvantage that the Erectile tissue, which consists for example of elastic rubber or plastic, due to the low temperature it loses its elasticity and even becomes brittle when embrittled can break.

Another disadvantage is that if the operating lever is accidentally opened the closure is immediately fully open and there is a risk that it may be unintentionally the two thin walls move away from each other, for example what can lead to a refrigerator door opening unintentionally.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

The object of the invention is to provide a closure of the type mentioned to improve in such a way that the disadvantages described no longer occur.

The task is solved in that the holding part from a cup-like Guide part and one in the cup-like guide part against spring force insertable and rotatable in this about an axis parallel to the shaft axis Sleeve part consists of which sleeve part one towards the wall plane protruding hook part goes out, in the locking position on the Outer surface of the guide part past to the rear surface of the second thin Wall extends and is supported on it.

These features, on the one hand, avoid the use of an erectile tissue, which may no longer be sufficiently flexible at low temperatures and thereby losing its function or due to embrittlement Attempts to actuate breaks, and it is also avoided that already at Fold away the swiveling operating lever the two together connected walls can move completely away from each other. If at closure of the actuating lever according to the invention is only opened, is the Although the closure is open and the connection between the two thin walls is loosened, however, the two walls cannot yet be completely separated. For this purpose, the handle lever must also be turned, for example by 180 °.

While in the prior art spring and locking forces by Erectile tissue must be applied, with the result at low temperatures resulting disadvantages, the novel closure according to one Development of the invention, the spring force of one between the bottom of the cup Guide part on the one hand and the end face pointing in the direction of the cup bottom the sleeve on the other hand arranged coil spring generated. This feather is from Temperature influences largely independent.

In order to make the construction and assembly as simple as possible, as in the prior art allow, it is convenient if the one attached in the second thin wall Circular opening with preferably opposite extensions (e.g. corresponding to a double-bit socket cross-section), and the hook part as a bayonet in one rotational position of the rotatable sleeve part through the opening can be pushed through in another position, e.g. is rotated by 90 degrees, However not.

If you want the effort of making a double-bit opening in the door frame can avoid, according to a further embodiment, the shaft with respect to the Cup circumference be guided eccentrically through the cup bottom. That enables one Reaching behind the wall through the hook part in a first rotational position while in a second rotational position of the hooks are passed through the opening can.

According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the lever can be a Form cam surface, which is supported on the outer end face of the bearing part. In the prior art there is appropriate support through the thin wall self-generated, which on the one hand simplifies the structure, but on the other hand also Paint damage can lead to the appearance of unsightly and to the formation of rust visible places.

The outer end face of the bearing part can be a partial circular groove or conical Form a depression in the closing pivoting movement of the lever immerse the nose worn or formed by it. That enables one to allow the lever to be pivoted only in such a position, which is also ideally suited for this, while in other positions due to lack the lever area cannot swivel in. That has the advantage, that the pivoting is only possible in a position in which the Hook part reaches behind the second wall sufficiently securely.

According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the one carrying the hook Sleeve held by a self-locking nut on the shaft. That has the advantage, that the closing force can be adjusted as required by the self-locking nut is screwed on or off by the bolt.

To compensate for small differences in tolerance, it can also be advantageous according to yet another development of the invention between self-locking To arrange nut and hook sleeve a spring washer.

To ensure that the cup part is not against the thin wall twisted, thereby making the locking position indefinable, it is beneficial if according to yet another embodiment of the invention from the outer bottom of the Cup part starts an approach that in this way into a correspondingly shaped Breakthrough in the thin wall is recordable that a rotation lock of Cup part with respect to the thin wall results.

In particular, the approach can have a non-round cross section, which of against a breakthrough in the thin wall with a non-round cross-section Twist is securely recordable.

Alternatively, the thin wall can also have additional openings into which lugs entering the bearing. However, this requires additional Breakthroughs in the thin wall, which are sometimes inappropriate.

Instead of the nose or the multiple noses, threaded holes can also be provided be screwed into the (countersunk) screws that originate from the bearing or can be passed through corresponding holes in the bearing.

Diese Konstruktion ist besonders sicher gegen Manipulationen. This construction is particularly secure against manipulation.

A simple structure is possible if, according to another development, the Invention of the breakthrough in the first wall represents an elongated hole in which the Cross section of the shaft is recordable without significant play. So that will the rotation lock is automatically reached without additional holes, also one Possibility to adapt to different circumstances.

This is particularly the case when the breakthrough occurs in the first wall Elongated hole in which the cross section can be accommodated with play.

Beste Wege der Ausführung der ErfindungBest ways to carry out the invention

In Fig. 1 ist in perspektivischer, auseinandergezogener Darstellung ein Verschluß 10 zu erkennen, der zwei dünne Wände, wie beispielsweise eine Blechschranktür 12 mit einem Blechschrankrahmen 14 verbinden kann.1 is a perspective, exploded view of a closure 10 to recognize the two thin walls, such as having a sheet metal cabinet door 12 can connect a sheet metal cabinet frame 14.

The closure includes an in or on an opening 16 of the first thin wall 12 arranged bearing part 18, in which a shaft 20 rotatable and axially displaceable is held. At one outer end 22 of the shaft 20 is a pivot lever 24 held pivotable about an axis 28 perpendicular to the axis 26 of the shaft 20, for example with the aid of a pin 30 which on the one hand through a bore 32 on articulated end of the lever 24, on the other hand through a transverse bore 34 at the end the shaft 20 is inserted and fixed in a suitable manner.

At the other, inner end 36 of the shaft 20, a holding part 38 is attached, wherein the pivot lever 24 from its first, open position, shown for example 6, in which the shaft is in a first axial thrust position, in a second closed position is pivotable, see Fig. 7, in which the shaft against the force a spring 40 axially outwardly (towards the pivot lever 24) is.

The holding part 38 consists of a cup-like guide part 42 and one in the cup-like guide part 42 can be inserted and pushed in against the force of the spring 40 this also rotatable sleeve part 44, of which sleeve part 44 in the direction of Wall plane of the thin wall 14 goes back bent hook part 46, which in Locking position on the outer surface 48 of the guide member 42 over to rear surface 50 of the second thin wall 14 extends and is supported on it, see for example Figures 7 and 8A.

As already mentioned, the spring force is generated by a spring 40 which acts on the shaft 20 is pushed on and between the cup base, not shown, on the one hand and the ring end face 52 of the sleeve 44 pointing in the direction of the cup bottom on the other hand can be arranged. The ring end face can also be an annular groove have into which a part of the spring can penetrate and thereby a larger Can receive longitudinal extension, which the compression spring 40 a more uniform Allows spring action.

A projection 55 projects from the cup bottom of the cup-shaped guide part 42, see Fig. 3, the one side of the shaft 26 provided in the cup bottom Breakthrough 56 limited, such that they together do not elongate result in a round cross-section, see the cross-section according to FIG. 2. This common, oval-shaped elongated cross-section has a The bisector 58 defining the central axis, that of a corresponding bisector 60 of the cross section 56 of the shaft 20 deviates by a dimension 62. The two Cross sections 54, 56 are in the assembled position of a suitably shaped, also not round opening 64 is added to the bearing part 18. Leading to the fact that the shaft 20 with respect to both the bearing part 18 and the guide part 42 accommodated therein is arranged eccentrically, specifically around the Dimension 62. This has the consequence that in the position of the lever, as shown in Figures 8A 8B, the hook part can be seen over the outer wall 48 of the guide part 42 protrudes by a distance approximately equal to double eccentricity 62, in a direction opposite to this by 180 °, however, see FIGS. 8C and 8D this outer wall is aligned, so that in this position the two parts 42 and 46 through the opening 66, which is slightly larger than that of the cup-like Component 42, can be pushed through, so as shown in FIG. 8D, the thin wall 14, for example the door frame, from the wall 12, for example the door leaf separate, see arrow 68 in Fig. 8D.

To ensure that when the hand lever 24 rotates, see the arrow 70 according to FIG. 8B, the eccentric movement between which the hook part 46 bearing sleeve part 44 on the one hand and the guide part 42 guiding the sleeve 44 on the other hand, it must be ensured that the sleeve part 44 can not twist with respect to the door leaf or the thin wall 12. The happens according to the embodiment in Fig. 1 in that the approach (together with the shaft 20) in the corresponding non-circular cross section of the bearing part 18 is added so that there is a torsionally rigid between the components 42 and 18 Connection results. The part 18 can in turn be connected to the door leaf 12 be connected in a torsionally rigid manner, for example in that the thin wall 12 additional openings 72, 74 through either of the bearing surface 76 of the Bearing part 18 on the thin wall 12 outgoing cams 78 in the bores 72, 74 are added, or that screws 80 are attached in threaded holes are, which start from the support surface 76, the cap screws 80 in turn may be guided through the openings 72 or 74.

With this type of attachment, it does not matter how the opening 16 is shaped, he only needs enough space for the passage of the common cross section of the Leave shaft 20 and shoulder 55, see FIG. 2.

Damit entfallen auch entsprechende Durchbrüche 72, 74 im Türblatt 112.3 and 4, however, the construction is chosen such that the Breakthrough 116 has exactly the same shape as the cross section of approach and Shaft, so that the bore itself enables the rotation lock. Thereby additional components such as lugs 78 and screws 80 are unnecessary. This eliminates also corresponding openings 72, 74 in the door leaf 112.

Dadurch wird das Schließen der Anordnung erleichtert, welcher Schließvorgang noch dadurch erleichtert wird, daß der in Fig. 3 dargestellte Haken 46 einerseits und ein entsprechender Bereich 84 des Führungsteils 42 andererseits jeweils konisch ausgebildet sind.5 between this cross section on the one hand and the corresponding breakthrough 216 game remains, especially in 5, prevents the elongated shape of the common cross-section of shaft and approach a twisting within this Elongated hole 216, but on the other hand there is a movement within this elongated hole 216 along its longitudinal axis, which in certain applications of This is advantageous, for example, when door 112 and door frame 114 have warped against each other so that the two openings 116 and 216 do not are more exactly aligned. This will close the assembly which closing process is further facilitated by the fact that the in Fig. 3rd shown hook 46 on the one hand and a corresponding area 84 of the Guide part 42 on the other hand are each conical.

As can be seen from the figures, the lever 24 forms a cam surface 86 which is supported on the outer end face 88 of the bearing part 18. This cam surface 86 is shaped with respect to the axis 28 so that the desired train movement when Swiveling the lever 24 results, as is known per se. To ensure that the Closing movement of the lever 24, namely from the position shown in FIG. 8A in the 8B, arrow 90, can only take place if the hook 46 in the projecting position according to FIG. 8B, it is provided that the outer End face 88 of the bearing part forms a partial circular groove or depression 92 into which the closing pivoting movement, see FIGS. 6 and 7, the lever 24 one of this worn or formed nose 94 dips. This allows the Swing-in movement to tighten the closure and thus to press it on of the hook against the inner surface of the thin wall 14 only in the position in which the hook face can actually grip this wall, that is the one in Fig. 8B position shown.

If the hand lever 24 is not in this optimal position, this prevents it There is no pitch groove or depression, the lever swiveling in 24 by blocking the nose.

Also worth mentioning is the flattening 96 that can be seen in FIG. 1 at the end of the shaft 20 better guidance between the side walls 98 of the lever 24 formed slot allows.

An annular groove 100 in the shaft 20, which can also be seen in FIG. 1, can serve to to provide a seal O-ring 101. The other end 36 of the shaft 20 has one Circumferential thread 102, also with flat 103, so that due to a correspondingly shaped non-round opening 104 a torsionally rigid Attachment of the sleeve part 44 is possible, the self-locking nut 105 a Allows adjustment of the tightness of the closure. If you still sort between the self-locking nut on the one hand and the sleeve part 44 a spring washer 106 tolerances can be compensated, for example in the thickness of the walls 112, 114, see Fig. 3.

Fig. 9 shows the pitch groove 52, here as a short with wedge-shaped walls Countersink into which a correspondingly shaped wedge shape of the extension 94 fits exactly.

The wedge shape ensures that even if the alignment of the Lever 24 makes swiveling in no effort.

Dadurch wird die Anordnung wasserdicht gestaltet, wenn auch zusätzlich der bereits erwähnte Dichtungsring 101 in der Nut 100 vorgesehen wird.3 is in the surface with which the bearing part 118 on the thin wall 112th sits, a groove 107 attached, in which an O-ring seal 108 are inserted can. This makes the arrangement watertight, even if the already mentioned sealing ring 101 is provided in the groove 100.

B. um 90 Grad verdreht ist, jedoch nicht.10 shows a side view of a closure 110 according to another, bayonet-like embodiment, in the closed position, while Fig. 11 den Closure 110 in a partial sectional view, in the open position. First thin Wall 112 and second thin wall 114 have round holes of the same size here, but with the round hole in the second thin wall with preferably opposite extensions (e.g. corresponding to a Double-bit socket wrench cross-section) is equipped, so that the hook part 146 as a bayonet in the one rotational position of the rotatable sleeve part 144 through the Opening can be pushed through, in a different position, the z. B. 90 degrees is twisted, but not.

The bearing part 118 with the first thin wall 112 is also here Countersunk screws 180 screwed, like other parts are available analog, as is clear from the reference numbers supplemented by the prefix "1".

Fig. 12 schematically shows the double-bit shape of the opening in the second thin one Wall (door frame) 114 and the matching holding part 138 in the open and closed position.

The effort to produce a double-bit opening in the door frame is higher than if only a simple round opening is required, as in the embodiment 1, but the shape of the closure is somewhat simpler.
