- a door fitting of this kind is for example from the EP 0 942 121 A1 known.
- the mounting base can be screwed independently of the other parts of the fitting on the door, while the set on the door handle body is plugged in a subsequent operation on the mounting base.
- the axial fixing of the base body takes place there by means of the glare ring, which can be screwed onto an external thread of the mounting base.
- the known door handle axial withdrawal from the internal multi-edged mandrel to be prevented by means of an additional grub screw, which acts on the multi-edged mandrel.
- a door fitting according to the preamble of claim 1 is known.
- This known door fitting has a latching mechanism in the form of a slide plate, which is supported on the mounting base and is displaceable perpendicular to the central axis of the rosette.
- the locking pins of the body are there passed through insertion in the slide plate and locked by moving the slide plate on the mounting base.
- the present invention seeks to provide a door or window fitting, which is to be mounted in a particularly simple manner and has a locking mechanism which requires only a small footprint, is relatively easy to produce and a ensures safe axial fixing of the body on the mounting base.
- the detent spring consists of a ring-shaped bent spring wire which limits the insertion on its radially inner or radially outer side, wherein in the insertion introduced latching pin of the body with the detent spring latching engage and the body is fixed in the axial direction on the mounting base. Furthermore, the blind ring can be screwed or plugged onto the mounting base.
- Such a locking mechanism can be produced in a relatively simple manner, requires only a small footprint and ensures a secure axial fixing of the body on the mounting base.
- the glare ring in the door or window fitting according to the invention has no axial Festlegungsfunktion for the body, but serves only design and cover purposes. Shape, design and material of the blend ring are therefore very variable.
- the axial fixing of the base body on the mounting base and thus the axial fixing of the body rotatably supported on the door or window handle Erdschreib takes place according to the invention by the set on the mounting base detent spring, with which the body can simply be locked by the fact that the body is pressed together with the door or window handle on the mounting base.
- the connection between the base body and the mounting base can thus also be referred to as a clip connection.
- the installation of the fitting according to the invention can be done in a very simple and fast manner by first screwing the mounting base on the door leaf or the window frame and then the body is clipped together with the door or window handle on the mounting base, whereupon then the blind ring on the mounting base is screwed on.
- the detent spring creates a secure axial locking, so that at least in most cases, ie at least in countries where there are no corresponding regulations, can be dispensed with an additional grub screw for fixing the door or window handle on polygonal mandrel.
- the secure axial fixing of the door or window handle is thus not dependent on the tightness of the blind ring.
- the disassembly is possible in a very quick and easy way, since this only unscrewed the bezel and ansch manend the detent spring must be disengaged from the body in order to deduct the body together with the door or window handle from the mounting base.
- the mounting base on two axial insertion, into which the locking pin of the body are inserted.
- the presence of two locking pins and corresponding insertion, which expediently on diametrically opposite Pages of the body or the mounting base are, on the one hand ensures a secure mounting of the body on the mounting base, a relatively simple and inexpensive production of the locking mechanism and a simple and quick mounting and dismounting of the fitting.
- the locking pins of the body in the circumferential direction extending locking grooves, in which the locking springs of the mounting base can be latched
- the detent spring consists of an annularly bent spring wire which is radially biased in the direction of the insertion.
- the detent spring limits the axial insertion openings on the radially inner side of the insertion openings and is at least in the region of the insertion radially inward yielding.
- the detent spring limits the axial insertion openings on the radially outer side of the insertion openings, wherein the detent spring is then yielding radially outwardly at least in the region of the insertion openings.
- the detent spring has two ends which are movable in the circumferential direction of the mounting base so that the detent spring can be brought out of engagement with the locking pin of the body. This allows the detent spring in a very simple manner even without tools move with two fingers, if it is intended to solve the main body together with the door or window handle from the mounting base.
- the detent spring consists of two detent spring parts, which are supported independently of each other on the mounting base. Such a configuration may facilitate the manufacture of the mounting base and the determination of the detent spring on the mounting base in comparison to a one-piece detent spring.
- a drive plate is rotatably attached to the door or window handle, wherein a retaining spring for returning the depressed door or window handle is provided in its rest position, which is supported on the one hand on the drive plate and on the other hand on the base body.
- the door or window handle is rotatably mounted on the base body by means of a roller bearing, in particular ball bearing.
- a roller bearing in particular ball bearing.
- ball bearing instead of a rolling bearing, however, a plain bearing can also be used readily.
- FIG. 1 shows a door or window fitting assembly consisting essentially of a right-side door or window fitting 1 and a left-side door or window fitting 1 '.
- the door or window fittings 1, 1 ' are on the right or left side of a not shown Door leaf or window frame fastened to rotate an intermediate polygonal mandrel 2 by means of a door or window handle 4 in a known manner.
- the door or window fitting 1 ' is in this case a mirror image of the door or window fitting 1, so that in the following only the right-side door or window fitting 1 will be described.
- the door or window fitting 1 has a rosette 3, on which the door or window handle 4 is rotatably mounted and axially fixed.
- the rosette 3 essentially comprises a mounting base 5, a base body 6, a diaphragm ring 7 and a diaphragm 27.
- mounting base 5 is an annular member, such as die-cast, which, as from FIG. 6A seen, regardless of the remaining parts of the door or window fitting 1 on the door leaf or window frame around an opening 8 around, through which the polygonal mandrel 2 extending therethrough, can be screwed.
- axially projecting support cams 9 (FIG. FIGS. 1 . 5A ) are inserted into appropriately sized through holes of the door leaf or window frame until the axial end face 10 of the mounting base 5 (FIG. FIG. 5A ) rests against the door leaf or window frame.
- One of the support cam 9 has an axial through hole 11, while the other support cam 9 has an axial threaded bore 12.
- the mounting base 5 has a central passage opening 14 of large diameter, into which the base body 6 partially protrudes.
- a detent spring 15 is mounted on the mounting base 5, which consists of an annularly arranged spring wire.
- the detent spring 15 is divided into two and comprises two detent spring parts 15a, 15b, which each extend over about 120 ° of Montagingsockeliquess and each having a free end portion 16a, 16b, which is guided by the inner peripheral wall of the mounting base 5 to the outer peripheral wall ,
- the ends of the free end portions 16 a, 16 b extend in the axial direction over the outer peripheral surface, while the detent spring members 15 a, 15 b, with the exception of the end portions 16 a, 16 b in the circumferential direction of the mounting base 5 extend.
- the detent spring 15 is under a radially outwardly directed bias, whereby it is permanently pressed radially outward against the inner peripheral wall of the mounting base 5.
- the detent spring In the axial direction, the detent spring is fixed on both sides by tabs 17 which protrude from the inner peripheral wall on both sides of the detent spring 15 radially inwardly and hold the detent spring 15 axially immovable, but without hindering movement of the detent spring 15 radially inwardly.
- the bias of the detent spring 15 can be effected in that the ends of the detent spring parts 15a, 15b, which lie opposite the free end portions 16a, 16b, in the vicinity of the left support cam 9 (FIGS. FIG. 5A ) are defined within the mounting base 5.
- the detent spring 15 defines two axial insertion openings 18 radially inwardly, which are provided diametrically opposite in the mounting base 5.
- the two insertion openings 18 are used for receiving two locking pins 19 of the base body 6 to rotatably support the base body 6 on the mounting base 5, wherein the base body 6 is fixed by means of the detent spring 15 at the same time in the axial direction on the mounting base 6.
- the main body 6 is, as in particular from the Figures 2 and 5A seen, essentially formed annular disc-shaped.
- the outer diameter of the disc plate 20 having an annular disc is slightly larger than the diameter of the through hole 14 of the mounting base 5, so that an outer edge region of the annular disc abuts the mounting base 5, when the main body 6 of the door or window facing away from the mounting base 5 ago is plugged on this.
- the two locking pins 19 are arranged on radially outwardly projecting portions or ears of the annular disc and project in the axial direction over the disc surface 20. Location and dimensioning of the locking pins 19 are adapted to the insertion openings 18, so that the locking pin 19 can be inserted with little play in the insertion openings 18.
- the dimensioning of the locking pin 19 in the radial direction is slightly larger than that of the insertion 18 to the detent spring 15.
- the locking pin 19 can thus only be inserted into the insertion 18 by the spring 15 is pressed slightly radially inward. This is achieved by a run-on slope 21, which is located on the latching pin 19 at the point where the latching pin 19 impinge on the detent spring 15.
- the detent spring 15 snaps radially outwards due to their radial biasing force into a locking groove 22 which is arranged on the radially inner side of the locking pin and extends in the circumferential direction ( Figures 2 and 5A ).
- the base body 6 is locked axially on the mounting base 5, so that the base body 6 can no longer be removed from the mounting base 5, as long as the detent spring 15 is not moved radially inward.
- the door or window handle 4 is fixed axially on the base body 6, and the door or window handle 4 is held via the locking connection between the locking pin 19 and the content on the mounting base 5 detent detent spring on the mounting base 5 and thus on the door leaf or window frame.
- the locking of the main body on the mounting base 5 is thus effected solely by the pressing of the base body 6.
- a separate operation of the detent spring 15 is not required.
- Another guide when attaching the body 6 on the mounting base 5 receives the base body 6 by webs 23 which project in the axial direction of the disk surface 20 and slide with little clearance on inner walls 24 of the mounting base 5 along.
- the door or window handle 4 is rotatable, but fixed axially immovably on the base body 6. How out FIG. 2 can be seen, the door or window handle 4 for this purpose a bearing portion 25 with a smaller diameter, so that a diameter step 26 is formed. Between the base body 6 and the diameter step 26 is a diaphragm 27 is arranged, which covers the outer end face of the base body 6, with the exception of those areas where the locking pin 19, at least substantially. This diaphragm 27 is visually appealing on its visible outer side and on the other hand serves a reduction in friction between the base body 6 and the diameter step 26 when the door or window handle 4 is actuated.
- the door or window pusher 4 is rotatably mounted on the base body 6 by means of a rolling bearing 28 arranged on the bearing section 25 in the form of a ball bearing.
- the roller bearing 28 is located in an annular recess 29 of the base body 6, which extends from the door or the window side facing away from the base 6 axially inwardly.
- the base body 6 can be preassembled in a simple manner on the door or window handle 4.
- the door or window presser 4 in a known manner to an axial mandrel receiving hole 46 into which the polygonal mandrel 2 can be inserted rotatably ( FIGS. 1 . 3 ).
- the annular recess 29 of the main body 6 is, as from FIG. 2 seen, door or window side bounded by a wall 30 in which a central passage opening 31 is present, through which the bearing portion 25 of the door or window handle 4 passes with some play.
- a substantially annular drive plate 32 On the wall 30 of the base body 6 is located on a substantially annular drive plate 32 at.
- This drive plate 32 is rotatably mounted on the bearing portion 25 of the door or window presser 4.
- the rotationally fixed connection can be made, for example, by tabs 33 of the driver disk 32 projecting radially inwardly ( FIG. 3 ) in slots 34 (FIG. Figures 3 . 4 ) of the bearing section 25 protrude.
- the drive plate 32 on its outer periphery an axially outwardly bent stop finger 35 on which an end 36 of a retaining spring 37 is supported.
- the other end 38 of the retaining spring 37 is supported on one of the locking pins 19 of the base body 6. If the drive plate 32 is rotated together with the door or window handle 4 relative to the base body 6, the bias of the hold-up spring 37 increases so that they can turn back to its original position after completion of the operation of the door or window handle 4.
- the combination of diaphragm 27, roller bearing 28, base 6 and drive plate 32 is fixed in the axial direction on the bearing portion 25 by means of a locking ring or Nutenrings 39 which engages in a circumferential groove 40 of the bearing portion 25.
- the Nutenring 39 is in this case directly on the drive plate 32.
- the blend ring 7 has a peripheral wall 42 provided with an internal thread 41 and a ring wall 43 projecting radially inwards.
- the annular wall 43 has a central passage opening
- the base body 6 may have at its outer end side in those areas which are covered by the annular wall 43, a recess which is dimensioned such that the outer side of the annular wall 43 substantially flush with the outer surface of the diaphragm 27 or even, as shown FIG. 2 can be seen, compared to this outer surface is set back slightly.
- the screw-on Blendrings 7 can also be used a clip-on Blendring, which is clipped onto the mounting base 5.
- the mounting base 5 need not have an external thread 44.
- FIGS. 6A to 6C the assembly of the door or window fitting 1 according to the invention described in more detail.
- FIG. 6A it can be seen, the mounting base 5 is first attached by means of screws 13 to a door leaf or window frame and the polygonal mandrel 2 introduced. This can be done in a very simple manner, since the door or window handle 4 is initially separated from the mounting base 5 together with the base body 6.
- FIG. 6B a preassembled unit consisting of the door or window handle 4, aperture plate 27, roller bearing 28, base 6, retaining spring 36, drive plate 32 and Nutenring 39, pressed onto the mounting base 5 by the locking pin 19 of the base body 6 in the insertion the mounting base 5 is inserted and thereby locked with the detent spring 15.
- the door or window handle 4 is thus fully functional on the door or the window attached.

Based on such a prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a door or window fitting, which is to be mounted in a particularly simple manner and has a locking mechanism which requires only a small footprint, is relatively easy to produce and a ensures safe axial fixing of the body on the mounting base.
This object is achieved by a door or window fitting with the features of
When door or window fitting according to the invention, the detent spring consists of a ring-shaped bent spring wire which limits the insertion on its radially inner or radially outer side, wherein in the insertion introduced latching pin of the body with the detent spring latching engage and the body is fixed in the axial direction on the mounting base. Furthermore, the blind ring can be screwed or plugged onto the mounting base.
Such a locking mechanism can be produced in a relatively simple manner, requires only a small footprint and ensures a secure axial fixing of the body on the mounting base.
In contrast to the aforementioned prior art, the glare ring in the door or window fitting according to the invention has no axial Festlegungsfunktion for the body, but serves only design and cover purposes. Shape, design and material of the blend ring are therefore very variable. The axial fixing of the base body on the mounting base and thus the axial fixing of the body rotatably supported on the door or window handle Erdrück takes place according to the invention by the set on the mounting base detent spring, with which the body can simply be locked by the fact that the body is pressed together with the door or window handle on the mounting base. The connection between the base body and the mounting base can thus also be referred to as a clip connection. The installation of the fitting according to the invention can be done in a very simple and fast manner by first screwing the mounting base on the door leaf or the window frame and then the body is clipped together with the door or window handle on the mounting base, whereupon then the blind ring on the mounting base is screwed on. The detent spring creates a secure axial locking, so that at least in most cases, ie at least in countries where there are no corresponding regulations, can be dispensed with an additional grub screw for fixing the door or window handle on polygonal mandrel. The secure axial fixing of the door or window handle is thus not dependent on the tightness of the blind ring. Furthermore, the disassembly is possible in a very quick and easy way, since this only unscrewed the bezel and anschießend the detent spring must be disengaged from the body in order to deduct the body together with the door or window handle from the mounting base.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the mounting base on two axial insertion, into which the locking pin of the body are inserted. The presence of two locking pins and corresponding insertion, which expediently on diametrically opposite Pages of the body or the mounting base are, on the one hand ensures a secure mounting of the body on the mounting base, a relatively simple and inexpensive production of the locking mechanism and a simple and quick mounting and dismounting of the fitting.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the locking pins of the body in the circumferential direction extending locking grooves, in which the locking springs of the mounting base can be latched. Appropriately, in this case, the detent spring consists of an annularly bent spring wire which is radially biased in the direction of the insertion. Such a locking mechanism can be produced in a relatively simple manner, requires only a small footprint and ensures a secure axial fixing of the body on the mounting base.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the detent spring limits the axial insertion openings on the radially inner side of the insertion openings and is at least in the region of the insertion radially inward yielding. Alternatively, however, it would also be conceivable that the detent spring limits the axial insertion openings on the radially outer side of the insertion openings, wherein the detent spring is then yielding radially outwardly at least in the region of the insertion openings.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the detent spring has two ends which are movable in the circumferential direction of the mounting base so that the detent spring can be brought out of engagement with the locking pin of the body. This allows the detent spring in a very simple manner even without tools move with two fingers, if it is intended to solve the main body together with the door or window handle from the mounting base.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the detent spring consists of two detent spring parts, which are supported independently of each other on the mounting base. Such a configuration may facilitate the manufacture of the mounting base and the determination of the detent spring on the mounting base in comparison to a one-piece detent spring.
According to an advantageous embodiment, a drive plate is rotatably attached to the door or window handle, wherein a retaining spring for returning the depressed door or window handle is provided in its rest position, which is supported on the one hand on the drive plate and on the other hand on the base body. In this way, a simple and compact design can be achieved and a reliable function of the retaining spring can be ensured.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the door or window handle is rotatably mounted on the base body by means of a roller bearing, in particular ball bearing. This allows a particularly smooth fitting can be achieved. Instead of a rolling bearing, however, a plain bearing can also be used readily.

The door or window fitting 1 has a
The mounting
The
The locking of the main body on the mounting
Another guide when attaching the
As an alternative to the illustrated rolling
Der Nutenring 39 liegt hierbei direkt an der Mitnehmerscheibe 32 an.The combination of
Instead of the screw-on
