Claims (10)
- Durchlaufofen mit einer Einrichtung zum Abschrecken von Werkstücken, wobei sich die Einrichtung an eine Schleuse zur Entnahme der Werkstücke anschließt und wobei sich vertikal an die Schleuse (5) eine Abschreckkammer (7) anschließt, die an eine Pumpstation (13) für ein Kühlgas angeschlossen ist, und daß die Schleuse mit einer Transportvorrichtung (8) versehen ist, die die Werkstücke (1) zwischen Schleuse (5) und Abschreckkammer (7) transportiert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen Schleuse (5) und Abschreckkammer (7) eine gasdicht verschließbare Öffnung (12) befindet und daß die Transportvorrichtung (8) derart ausgebildet ist, daß diese die Öffnung (12) zwischen Schleuse (5) und Abschreckkammer (7) während des Abschreckens verschließt. - Durchlaufofen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschreckkammer (7) oberhalb der Schleuse (5) angeordnet ist. - Durchlaufofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung (8) mit mindestens einer Spindel (9) oder ähnlichen Einrichtung vertikal bewegt wird. - Durchlaufofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Transportvorrichtung (8) ein Transportboden (16), zum horizontalen Transport der Werkstücke (1) durch die Schleuse (5) bei geschlossener Abschreckkammer (7), vorgesehen ist. - Durchlaufofen nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportboden (16) in einem festen Abstand zur Transportvorrichtung (8) angeordnet ist. - Durchlaufofen nach einen der Ansprüche 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschreckkammer (7) druckdicht ausgeführt und mit mindestens einem Umwälzventilator (10) versehen ist. - Verfahren zum Abschrecken von Werkstücken, die in einem Durchlaufofen kontinuierlich unter einem Reaktionsgas wärmebehandelt und aus dem Durchlaufofen in eine Schleuse überführt werden, an die sich eine Abschreckkammer zur Abschreckung unter Gas anschließt, wobei die Werkstücke in der Schleuse (5) mittels einer Transportvorrichtung (8) im wesentlichen vertikal in eine kalte Abschreckkammer (7) transportiert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Transportes der Werkstücke von der Schleuse (5) in die Abschreckkammer (7) mittels der Transportvorrichtung (8) die Abschreckkammer (7) verschlossen wird, daß die geschlossene Abschreckkammer mit Kühlgas geflutet wird und daß die Werkstücke unter erhöhtem Druck von unter 10 bar mittels rezirkuliertem Kühlgas abgeschreckt werden, wobei nach Ablauf der Abschreckzeit die Abschreckkammer (7) mit dem im Durchlaufofen eingesetzten Reaktionsgas gespült wird und daß die Werkstücke in die Schleuse (5) transportiert und aus dieser entnommen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß als Kühlgas Wasserstoff verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Beendigung der Abschreckzeit das Kühlgas in einen Gaszwischenspeicher (14) geflutet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kühlgas aus dem Gaszwischenspeicher (14) zu Beheizungszwecken oder zur Herstellung von Reaktionsgas verwendet wird.
