Abstract

Zum Regeln der Entnahmetemperatur von sekundärseitig in einem Wärmetauscher (8) erwärmtem Brauchwasser, welcher Wärmetauscher (8) primärseitig in einem über eine Wärmequelle (3), insbesondere einen Pufferspeicher, führenden, mit einer in ihrer Drehzahl steuerbaren Umwälzpumpe (4) ausgestatteten Heizkreis eingebunden ist, steuert ein mit einer Reglerstufe für die Drehzahl Null ausgestatteter PID-Regler (9) den Pumpenantrieb (10) in Abhängigkeit vom Vergleich der gemessenen sekundärseitigen Austrittstemperatur des Wärmetauschers (8) als Istwert mit einem vorgegebenen Sollwert an. Um eine aufwandsarme und doch feinfühlige Regelung zu erreichen, wird der Pumpenantrieb (10) über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich nur in Abhängigkeit vom Ist-Sollwertvergleich angesteuert, wobei im Falle der Drehzahlstufe Null und eines erkennbaren Temperaturgradienten der Austrittstemperatur der I-Teil des PID-Reglers in seine Grundstellung zurückversetzt wird.
