Claims (12)

  1. Un boîtier de support à utiliser encastré dans un mur en maçonnerie pour installer un spot d'éclairage, qui peut être choisi parmi un assortiment de spots lumineux de différentes tailles. Le boîtier de support est constitué d'un logement, ayant une ouverture frontale pouvant être adaptée en fonction de la taille du spot d'éclairage sélectionné, caractérisé par le fait que la taille du logement diminue à partir de l'ouverture en formant une série de sections circulaires concentriques de diamètre décroissant alignées sur l'axe central, de sorte que pour l'emploi, lorsque l'une des sections correspond à la taille requise pour l'installation du spot d'éclairage dans le logement, le découpage du boîtier à là hauteur de la section correspondante permet d'obtenir une ouverture frontale adaptée à la taille du spot d'éclairage sélectionné.
  2. Boîtier de support, selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est composé d'un corps principal et d'un couvercle.
  3. Boîtier de support, selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que corps principal, ouvert aux deux extrémités, l'extrémité inférieure étant conçue pour recevoir un spot d'éclairage après qu'elle ait été adaptée au diamètre du spot alors que l'extrémité supérieure est conçue pour recevoir un couvercle, a une forme conique jusque dans sa partie supérieure, de manière à ce que les boîtiers puissent être empilés et s'avèrent ainsi moins encombrants à stocker et à transporter.
  4. Boîtier de support, selon les revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que le volume du boîtier varie en fonction des différents niveaux de positionnement du couvercle.
  5. Boîtier de support, selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par fait que sa taille peut aussi être réduite en découpant la partie supérieure le long de la ligne (C) de manière à installer le couvercle dans un volume (1) encore plus réduit.
  6. Boîtier de support, selon la revendications 2, caractérisé par le fait que le couvercle, quelle qu'en soit la forme, est muni d'une tige centrale (F) et de deux languettes (E) qui ressortent diamétralement opposées pour permettre la fixation dudit couvercle et le serrage du boîtier dans un outil qui le maintient solidement en place pendant qu'il est scellé à l'aide de mortier de ciment ou par d'autres moyens.
  7. Boîtier de support, selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les deux languettes (E) qui ressortent de la partie inférieure du couvercle définissent la position d'accrochage du corps du boitier (M) pour l'outil utilisé pour visser et fixer le boîtier en place, qui peut être enlevé après la fixation du boîtier dans la maçonnerie, sans visser dans le sens contraire.
  8. Boîtier de support, selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le corps principal du boîtier a une forme essentiellement circulaire et que sa partie inférieure forme une série de sections circulaires de diamètre décroissant parmi lesquelles on sélectionnera la mieux adaptée au spot d'éclairage à installer, et que la partie supérieure, dont le diamètre s'accroît vers le haut, s'élargit en deux endroits pour définir deux épaulements (P) diamétralement opposés, qui permettent aux bras à ressort des spots d'éclairage (S) de se déployer plus efficacement.
  9. Boîtier de support, selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que, pour faciliter l'enlèvement de la partie de boîtier en dessous de la section sélectionnée pour l'installation du spot d'éclairage, la ligne de raccordement entre les différentes sections circulaires (A) est prédécoupée et ne comporte que de courts segments épais séparés par des segments découpés et des segments en saillie, ces derniers ressortant préférablement vers l'extérieur pour ne pas compromettre la parfaite circularité du siège dans lequel le spot d'éclairage viendra s'insérer.
  10. Méthode pour utiliser un outil pour encastrer un boîtier de support dans la maçonnerie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-9, comportant les différentes étapes suivantes: un élément (L) agit sur le bord inférieur du boîtier dont la section plate (L) se trouve à un niveau inférieur à celui des trois branches (I) qui se déploient à partir de cette section plate pour venir s'appuyer sur la structure en maçonnerie (O) après la formation de la cavité dans laquelle le boîtier sera installé, et le scellement du boîtier à l'aide du matériau de scellement (P) placé dans la cavité à l'extérieur du boîtier, la différence de niveau entre la section plate (L) et les branches (I) permettant au boîtier d'être suffisamment en saillie pour que le plâtrage (Q) soit au niveau du cadre (R) du spot d'éclairage, maintenu en place par la force des deux bras à ressort.
  11. Outil pour la pose du boîtier de support, selon les revendications 1-9, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un élément radial à trois branches, centré et perpendiculaire à la section plate (L), un col cylindrique (T) sur la section plate (L), un goujon de blocage ou un écrou papillon (U) utilisé pour bloquer une tige amovible (N) munie, dans sa partie supérieure, d'un organe (M) qui, conçu pour agir contre le couvercle du boîtier permet l'insertion de l'organe (M) percé au centre par la tige (F) du couvercle et permet de garantir le bon engagement des deux languettes (E) lors de la rotation de la tige amovible (N).
  12. Outil pour la pose du boîtier de support, selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend également une perche extensible, qui permet de faire en sorte que quand le boîtier de support a été encastré dans un plafond, la tige amovible (N), opportunément préparée dans sa partie inférieure, est installée sur la perche extensible de manière à ce que celle-ci puisse exercer une pression entre le plancher et le plafond pour soutenir l'élément (L) pendant le temps nécessaire au scellement du boîtier, ou que, les banches radiales comportant des orifices, dans le cas de plafonds particulièrement hauts, ou quand le boîtier de support doit être encastré dans un mur vertical, il est prévu une possibilité d'utiliser en lieu et place de la perche extensible susmentionnée, trois douilles à expansion permettant d'obtenir une fixation temporaire de l'élément (L) dans la maçonnerie en utilisant lesdits orifices (G) prévus à cet effet dans les branches radiales.
