Claims (12)

  1. Eine Dose, die unter Putz in Mauerwerk installiert wird und zur Montage eines Strahlers dient, wobei sie sich für das Einsetzen von Strahlern unterschiedlichster Größe eignet. Die oben genannte Strahlerdose besteht aus einem Gehäuse mit einer Öffnung an der Vorderseite, welche sich an die Größe des Strahlers anpassen lässt, der eingesetzt werden soll. Charakterisiert ist das Gehäuse durch seine nach vorne hin spitz zulaufende Form und die axial angeordnete Abfolge von Ringen mit abnehmendem Durchmesser. Bei Benutzung wird das Gehäuse an dem Ring, der mit dem Strahler übereinstimmt, welcher in der Dose installiert werden soll, abgetrennt, sodass sich eine Öffnung an der Vorderseite ergibt, in welche der ausgewählte Strahler passt.
  2. Dose nach Vorgabe vom oben genannten Patentanspruch, charakterisiert dadurch, dass sie aus einem Körper und einem Deckel besteht.
  3. Dose nach Vorgabe vom oben genannten Patentanspruch, charakterisiert dadurch, dass der Körper an beiden Enden offen ist, wobei das untere Ende nach Anpassung vom Durchmesser des unteren Endes zum Einsetzen vom Strahler dient und das obere Ende für die Anbringung eines Deckels gedacht und so geformt ist, dass es sich nach oben hin verjüngt, sodass das Stapeln der Elemente und damit eine Reduzierung vom notwendigen Platz bei Lagerung und Transport möglich ist.
  4. Dose nach Vorgabe von Patentanspruch 2 oder 3, die dadurch charakterisiert ist, dass das Volumen der Dose je nach Positionierung vom Deckel variiert.
  5. Dose nach Vorgabe vom oben genannten Patentanspruch charakterisiert dadurch, dass auch das Oberteil durch Abtrennen entlang der vorgestanzten Kerbe (C) reduziert werden kann, sodass der Deckel auf einem kleiner Volumen (1) angebracht werden kann.
  6. Dose nach Vorgabe von Patentanspruch 2 charakterisiert dadurch, dass der Deckel gleich welcher Form mit einem zentralen Stift und zwei Rillen (E) ausgestattet ist, welche sich in gegenüber liegender Position auf dem Deckel befinden und die Befestigung des Deckels sowie das Anschrauben vom Spezialwerkzeug an der Dose ermöglichen, das die Aufgabe hat, die Dose fest an ihrem Platz zu halten, während sie mit Zementmörtel oder anderen Befestigungsmitteln blockiert wird.
  7. Dose nach Vorgabe von Patentanspruch 6 charakterisiert dadurch, dass die beiden Rillen (E), die sich an der Unterseite vom Deckel befinden, zum Einstecken vom Verbindungsstück (M) vom Spezialwerkzeug dienen, welches an der Dose angeschraubt wird und den Zweck hat, die Dose in Position zu halten, und welches nach der Installation der Dose im Mauerwerk entfernt werden kann, ohne dass dazu ein Drehen in Gegenrichtung erforderlich ist.
  8. Dose nach Vorgabe von Patentanspruch 4 charakterisiert dadurch, dass das Gehäuse eine flache und im unteren Bereich im wesentliche runde Form besitzt und im oberen, sich nach oben hin verjüngenden Bereich aus einer Abfolge von Ringen mit zunehmendem Durchmesser gebildet wird, aus denen der Ring mit dem passenden Durchmesser für den Strahler ausgewählt wird, der installiert werden soll, und über zwei seitliche, sich gegenüber liegende Erweiterungen (P) verfügt, die eine größere und effizientere Öffnung der Federarme (S) vom Strahler ermöglichen.
  9. Dose nach Vorgabe von Patentanspruch 8 charakterisiert dadurch, dass zur Vereinfachung der Entfernung vom Teil unterhalb des Rings, der zum Einsetzen vom Strahler gewählt worden ist, die Verbindung zwischen den aufeinander folgenden Ringen (A) vorgestanzt ist und aus kleinen dickeren Bereichen besteht, die sich mit Kerben abwechseln, welche vorzugsweise nach außen vorstehen, um die perfekte Kreisform vom Sitz nicht zu beeinträchtigen, in den der Strahler eingesetzt wird.
  10. Verfahren, bei dem ein Spezialwerkzeug verwendet wird, um eine Dose nach einem der oben stehenden Patentansprüche 1 bis 9 unter Putz zu installieren, wobei wie folgt vorgegangen wird: Ein Element (L) wird an der Unterkante der Dose mit einem flachen Bereich (L) angesetzt, welcher sich bezogen auf die drei Arme (I) weiter unten befindet, wobei die Arme vom flachen Bereich bis zum Mauerwerk (O) führen und so die Dose in der Aussparung positionieren, die zur Installation der Dose dient, bis diese durch Einfüllen von Füllmaterial in den Zwischenraum um die Dose fixiert wird. Der Höhenunterschied zwischen dem flachen Bereich (L) und den Armen (I) garantiert dafür, dass die Dose ausreichend aus dem Loch vorsteht, um den Verputz (Q) auf der gleichen Höhe auszuführen, an dem der Rahmen (R) vom Strahler ansetzt, welcher durch die Kraft der beiden Federarme in Position gehalten wird.
  11. Spezialwerkzeug für die Dose nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9 charakterisiert dadurch, dass es aus einem Element mit drei sternförmigen Armen besteht, welches zentral und rechtwinklig zu einem flachen Bereich (L) angeordnet ist, sowie aus einem zylindrischen Teil (T) am flachen Bereich (L), einem Sperrstift bzw. einer Klemmschraube (U), mit der die herausnehmbare Stange (N) gesichert wird, am oberen Ende und einem Verbindungsstück (M), das am Deckel der Dose angesetzt wird und das Einsetzen vom Verbindungsstück (M) in den zentralen Stift (F) vom Deckel sowie das Einrasten der beiden Rillen (E) durch Drehung der herausnehmbaren Stange (N) ermöglicht.
  12. Werkzeug für die Dose nach Patentanspruch 11 charakterisiert dadurch, dass es zusätzlich über eine Teleskopstange verfügt, sodass bei Installation der Dose unter Putz in der Decke die am unteren Ende entsprechend vorbereitete herausnehmbaren Stange (N) in die Teleskopstange gesteckt wird, um die Dose zwischen Boden und Decke festzuklemmen und so das Element (L) für die Zeit abzustützen, welche zur unter Putz Installation der Dose erforderlich ist, oder aber charakterisiert dadurch, dass es zusätzlich über Schlitze in den Armen verfügt, sodass bei besonders hohen Decken oder der unter Putz Installation der Dose in einer vertikalen Wand als Alternative zur oben beschriebenen Teleskopstange drei Verankerungsbolzen benützt werden können, um das Element (L) provisorisch durch Einschrauben der Bolzen durch die Schlitze in den Armen (G) ins Mauerwerk zu befestigen.
