Description
Dabei weist das Einstellorgan unterschiedliche Einstellbereiche auf. In einem ersten Bereich kann die unter Hochdruck stehende Flüssigkeit unter Beibehaltung der Höchstfördermenge auf eine gewünschte Temperatur erwärmt werden. Dieser Wert wird über das Einstellorgan eingegeben und der Schwellenwert der Brennerregelung für die Abschaltung des Brenners wird entsprechend heraufgesetzt. Diese Art der Regelung kann bis zu dem Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Flüssigkeitstemperatur erfolgen. Vorteilhaft kann diese Flüssigkeitstemperatur bei ca. 80°C festgelegt werden. Sobald die Reinigungsflüssigkeit über diese Grenztemperatur der Flüssigkeit erwärmt werden soll, wird in einem zweiten Einstellbereich einerseits der Schwellenwert der Brennerregelung für die Abschaltung des Brenners weiter erhöht, während gleichzeitig die geförderte Flüssigkeitsmenge kontinuierlich bis zu einem vorher festgelegten Grenzwert vermindert wird. Dieser Grenzwert zur Reduzierung der Flüssigkeitsmenge liegt vorteilhaft bei dem Erreichen etwa der Hälfte der größtmöglichen Fördermenge. Ein weiteres Absenken würde zu einer zu geringen Fördermenge der unter Hochdruck austretenden Flüssigkeit führen.

Claims (5)
- Hochdruckreinigungsgerät mit einer Mengenregeleinrichtung (18) zur Einstellung der Fördermenge der unter Hochdruck stehenden Flüssigkeit, einem Durchlauferhitzer (20, 22) zum wahlweisen Aufheizen der Flüssigkeit, einem Einstellorgan (30) zur Einstellung einer gewünschten Flüssigkeitstemperatur, einer von dem Einstellorgan angesprochenen Temperaturregeleinrichtung für die Flüssigkeitstemperatur mit einem Temperatursensor (24) zur Messung der Flüssigkeitstemperatur der geförderten Flüssigkeit kurz vor ihrem Austritt in eine Austragsvorrichtung (26), wobei der Durchlauferhitzer einen Brenner und die Temperaturregeleinrichtung eine Brennerregelung umfaßt, die durch den Temperaturfühler gesteuert den Brenner (22) bei einem bestimmten Temperaturschwellenwert ausschaltet und bei einem bestimmten, vergleichsweise niedrigeren Temperaturschwellenwert wieder einschaltet, wobei das Einstellorgan (30) zur Einstellung der gewünschten Flüssigkeitstemperatur sowohl die Mengenregeleinrichtung (18) als auch die Temperaturregeleinrichtung anspricht und die Einstellwerte sowohl der Mengenregeleinrichtung wie auch der Temperaturregeleinrichtung vorgibt, wobei das Einstellorgan unterschiedliche Einstellbereiche aufweist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellorgan in einem ersten Einstellbereich die Mengenregeleinrichtung und die Temperaturregeleinrichtung derart anspricht, daß bei Einstellung der Höchstfördermenge der unter Hochdruck stehenden Flüssigkeit ein Schwellenwert der Temperaturregeleinrichtung für die Abschaltung des Brenners (22) heraufgesetzt wird, und das Einstellorgan in einem zweiten Bereich die Mengenregeleinrichtung und die Temperaturregeleinrichtung derart anspricht, daß einerseits der Schwellenwert für die Abschaltung des Brenners (22) weiter erhöht wird und andererseits die geförderte Flüssigkeitsmenge bis zu einem vorher festgelegten Grenzwert vermindert wird. - Hochdruckreinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellorgan (30) zusätzlich eine Ein- bzw. Ausstellung für das Ein- bzw. Ausschalten einer Hochdruckpumpe aufweist.
- Hochdruckreinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellorgan (30) aus einem Drehschalter besteht.
- Hochdruckreinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine vorbestimmte Flüssigkeitstemperatur, die den ersten Einstellbereich des Einstellorgans vom zweiten Einstellbereich des Einstellorgans trennt, 80°C beträgt.
- Hochdruckreinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grenzwert für die Verringerung der Flüssigkeitsmenge bei dem Wert liegt, der etwa der Hälfte der größtmöglichen Fördermenge der Flüssigkeit entspricht.
