Claims (11)
- Dispositif de contact limitant le courant comprenant- une barre conductrice (11) dotée d'un contact fixe (111) et de deux boucles conductrices (117) alignées de part et d'autre du plan médian (XY) du dispositif de contact,- un bras de contact (21) comprenant un contact mobile (211) qui peut être mis en contact et hors contact avec le contact fixe (111), ainsi qu'- un dispositif d'extinction d'arc (13) comprenant des ailettes de soufflage (131),caractérisé en ce que- les boucles conductrices (117) s'étendent dans des plans parallèles au plan médian (XY) et le long de l'entier trajet d'ouverture du contact mobile (211),- une cassette (15, 17) comprenant deux parties réalisées d'une matière isolante, les ailettes de soufflage (131) étant retenues par blocage mécanique à l'intérieur de la cassette, la portion de la barre conductrice (11) comprenant le contact fixe (111) ainsi que le bras de contact (21) s'étendant à l'intérieur de ladite cassette, et les boucles conductrices (117) étant reçues par blocage mécanique par les parois extérieures de ladite cassette et,- la combinaison de ladite cassette (15, 17) comprenant des ailettes de soufflage (131) et la barre conductrice (11) étant reçue par blocage mécanique par les surfaces intérieures conformées de manière appropriée d'un boîtier d'appareil de commutation (5, 6).
- Dispositif de contact selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cassette (15, 17) est supportée de tous les côtés dans le boîtier d'appareil de commutation (5, 6).
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cassette (15, 17) est réalisée en matière isolante de qualité supérieure à celle du boîtier d'appareil de commutation (5, 6).
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de la cassette (15, 17) peuvent être assemblés l'une avec l'autre par encliquetage.
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cassette est constituée- d'une partie chambre sous forme de boîte (15) recevant à son intérieur les ailettes de soufflage (131) de telle manière que lesdites ailettes de soufflage soient espacées, la paroi arrière (154) de ladite première partie chambre présentant au moins un orifice de soufflage (153) des gaz d'extinction de l'arc, ainsi que- d'une partie couvercle sous forme de boîte (17) comprenant des parois latérales (171 ; 172) qui s'étendent partiellement à l'intérieur de la partie chambre (15), la face frontale (173) desdites parois latérales prévues (171) retenant les ailettes d'extinction (131) par blocage mécanique et, dans la paroi arrière de ladite partie couvercle (17) étant ménagé un orifice étroit (175) pour le passage du bras de contact (21).
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ailettes de soufflage (131) sont maintenues entre des nervures (152) conformées dans les parois intérieures (151) de ladite cassette (15, 17) et alignées en direction de démoulage de la partie respective de la cassette (15 ; 17).
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion de la barre conductrice (11) qui est solidaire de l'élément de contact fixe (111) s'étend par un orifice d'entrée (156 + 176) formé par les deux parties de la cassette (15; 17).
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone des parois arrières, qui sont opposées l'une à l'autre (154 ; 174), des deux parties de la cassette (15 ; 17) est dotée de rails de guidage (157 ; 177) pour les boucles conductrices (117), lesdits rails de guidage étant prévus latéralement vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la barre conductrice (11) avec ses boucles conductrices (117) est capable d'être glissée sur la cassette dans une ligne droite et dans une direction qui est sensiblement perpendiculaire par rapport au contact fixe (111).
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de butée sont prévus pour le bras de contact (21) et retenus par blocage mécanique à l'intérieur de la cassette (15, 17) et par ladite cassette (15, 17).
- Dispositif de contact selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'extinction de l'arc en matière isolante sont retenus par blocage mécanique à l'intérieur de la cassette (15, 17) et par ladite cassette (15, 17).
