Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Beschichten, insbesondere zum Lackieren von einzelnen Gegenständen oder Kleinserien mit einer kleinen Lackmenge mit Hilfe von mehreren, hintereinander angeordneten Zerstäubern (2, 3, 4) unter Verwendung einer Hauptversorgungsleitung (5), an deren einem Ende / Anfang (6) eine Lackversorgungseinheit (7) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß nur die insgesamt benötigte Lackmenge und zusätzlich eine minimale Restmenge in die Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) unabhängig von deren Länge und deren tatsächlichem Fassungsvermögen eingeführt wird unddaß der Inhalt der Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) mit Hilfe von mindestens einem Molch (32), den ein Schiebemedium beaufschlagt, zu der bzw. zu den noch zu bedienenden Zerstäubern (2, 3, 4) gedrückt wird und dort vollständig oder nahezu vollständig abgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens ein Zerstäuber (3) an dem freien Ende einer Stichleitung (50) angeordnet ist, deren anderes Ende an einem Farbwechsler (24) angeordnet ist, durch den die Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) hindurchgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Inhalt der Stichleitung (50) nach Beendigung der Beschichtung mit Hilfe eines Molches (51) in Richtung Farbwechsler (24) und Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) leergedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens ein Zerstäuber (3) an dem freien Ende einer Stichleitung (50) angeordnet ist, deren jeweils anderes Ende an einem Farbwechsler (24) angeordnet ist, durch den die Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) hindurchgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Inhalt der Stichleitung (50) vor Beendigung der Beschichtung mit Hilfe eines Molches (51) in Richtung Zerstäuber (3) leergedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Dosier- und/oder Steuer- und/oder Meßeinrichtungen den Volumenstrom an den jeweils relevanten Stellen messen und steuern.
- Vorrichtung zum Beschichten, insbesondere zum Lackieren von einzelnen Gegenständen oder Kleinserien mit einer kleinen Lackmenge mit Hilfe von mehreren, hintereinander angeordneten Zerstäubern (2, 3, 4) unter Verwendung einer Hauptversorgungsleitung (5), an deren einem Ende (6) eine Lackversorgungseinheit (7) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Enden der Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) jeweils eine Parkstation (31, 33) für einen Molch (32) und in die Parkstation (31, 33) führende Leitungen vorgesehen sind, in denen jeweils ein Ventil für ein Schiebemedium, vorzugsweise Druckluft, ein Ventil für ein Spülmittel und ein Ventil zur Freigabe in eine Auffangleitung bzw. in einen Behälter angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sensor (44) zum Erkennen eines ankommenden Molches (32) an der Parkstation (31) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lackversorgungseinheit (7) an einer zentralen Stelle angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) durch mehrere Farbwechsler (23, 24, 25) geführt ist und daß jeweils eine Stichleitung (26, 27, 28) vom Farbwechsler (23, 24, 25) zu einem Zerstäuber (2, 3, 4) führt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Stichleitung (50) befindliche Lacksäule mit Hilfe eines Molches (51) in Richtung Zerstäuber (3) oder in Richtung Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptversorgungsleitung (5) durch einen oder mehrere, automatisch arbeitende Farbwechsler geführt ist, aus denen der Lack jeweils einem zweiten Farbwechsler zugeführt wird, der auch aus anderen Lackzuführungsquellen gespeist werden kann und der jeweils einen oder mehrere zugeordnete Zerstäuber versorgt.
