Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Beschichten, insbesondere zum Lackieren von einzelnen Gegenständen oder Kleinserien mit einer kleinen Lackmenge mit Hilfe von mehreren, hintereinander angeordneten Zerstäubern 2, 3, 4 unter Verwendung einer Hauptversorgungsleitung 5, an deren einem Ende / Anfang 6 eine Lackversorgungseinheit 7 angeordnet ist.
Als Kern der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß nur die insgesamt benötigte Lackmenge und zusätzlich eine minimale Restmenge in die Hauptversorgungsleitung 5 unabhängig von deren Länge und deren tatsächlichem Fassungsvermögen eingeführt wird und daß der Inhalt der Hauptversorgungsleitung 5 mit Hilfe von mindestens einem Molch 32 , den ein Schiebemedium beaufschlagt, zu der bzw. zu den noch zu bedienenden Zerstäubern 2, 3, 4 gedrückt wird und dort vollständig oder nahezu vollständig abgegeben wird.
