- the cleaning means 15 arranged in the part 3b thus make it possible to continue the operation of cleaning the telescope seat 8 and / or to proceed with the drying of said seat seat 8 is shows that a cleaning operation of the telescope 8 associated with a disinfection and possibly drying operation requires a period of time larger than that required by cleaning the bowl 6.
- the reconditioning of use of the seat window 8 can thus be continue while commode 2 is available again for use or used.
- the cleaning means 15 of part 3a of the technical compartment 3 can be ordered to ensure the cleaning and disinfection of the complementary cleaning means 20 and of the cover 7.
- a drying operation for the seat cover 7 and the additional cleaning means 20 is of course not necessary or mandatory.
- the sanitary unit 1 After using the seat window 9, the sanitary unit 1 proceeds to a rotation in opposite direction, shown diagrammatically by the arrow R2, so as to be find in the configuration shown in Figure 6.
- the seat window 9 used is found in part 3b of the compartment technique 3 and the cleaning means 15 therein begin to clean said seat window 9.
- the seat window 8 now positioned in part 3a of the technical compartment 3 is subject to the end of the cleaning process or on drying, if these operations have not yet been completed.
- sanitary unit 1 is found in the configuration, depending on Figure 7, identical to that shown in Figure 3, and the cycle can resume.
- transition from the position shown in Figure 5, to the position shown in Figure 6, then from the position according to Figure 6 to the position according to FIG. 7, is effected by rotation of two angular steps 120 °.
- the seat window 8 cleaned and clean is again placed on the bowl 6 and the comfort compartment 2 is at new available.
- the seat cover 7 is found in part 3b of the technical compartment 3 possibly for cleaning purposes, and the telescope of seat 9, in part 3a, completes its cleaning or drying.
- the cleaning means 15 remain inactive when such a seat window 8, 9 clean and dry is pivoted from part 3a to the part 3b or vice versa.
- the sanitary unit 1 comprises an automaton programmable or any programming means to calculate the duration of the cycles and detect the duration of presence of the various elements to know seat window 8, 9 or seat cover 7 in the various compartments 3a, 3b or 2. Such means therefore possibly allow to start a cleaning phase for example for a telescope seat 8 or 9 in one of parts 3a, 3b, and complete this phase of cleaning or proceed to the drying phase in the other parts 3a, 3b of technical compartment 3.
- these electronic programming or control means allow control the engine 12 as well as the cleaning means 15, the means of additional cleaning 20 and the drying means.
- the sanitary unit 1 therefore implements a operating method, which consists in moving the means of additional cleaning 20 mobile between technical compartment 3 and comfort compartment 2, above the bowl 6, in the absence of a seat window 8 or 9.
- the operation described above then consists in clean the bowl 6 before bringing back the cleaning means 20 in the technical compartment 3, to reposition a seat window 8, 9 clean, on the bowl 6.
- the displacement of the seat 8, 9 and the seat cover 7 is preferably done simultaneously.
- the means of cleaning are cleaned additional cleanings 20 themselves after each pass on the bowl 6, by appropriately controlling the cleaning means 15 in part 3a or 3b.
- the unit sanitary 1 shown in Figure 10 includes three glasses seat 208, 209, 210, distributed around the rotary center 11, to present between they have an angular deviation of around 120 °.
- the rotary system 10 therefore rotates in the same direction to position a seat window 208, 209, 210 up to the top of the bowl 6, after each use of the comfort compartment 2.
- the additional cleaning means 20 are reported under at least one seat window 208, 209, 210, so as to move with said seat (s) 208, 209, 210.
- the bowl 6 is thus cleaned before each use of the wash compartment when additional cleaning means 20 are reported under each telescope seat 208, 209, 210.
- one or two glasses seat 208, 209, 210 are provided with cleaning means additional 20. Cleaning of bowl 6 can also be carried out after using the comfort compartment 2 and before moving the seat window 208, 209, 210, positioned above said bowl 6, towards the technical compartment for cleaning purposes.
- the period of unavailability of the comfort compartment 2 is identical to the duration of an elementary phase of operation of the complete cycle previously described, and therefore corresponds to a fraction of the total cleaning, drying and possibly time disinfection.
- cleaning a telescope 8, 9 can be carried out at least in part, by example finished or started.
- the utilization rate of the sanitary unit i.e. the maximum number of people likely to use consecutively the sanitary unit per time unit (hour for example) is increased, and / or the time available for cleaning or reconditioning the health unit is increased, which makes it possible in particular to plan any stage additional, supplementing cleaning, for example disinfection.
- the rotary shaft 11 always rotates in the same direction, for example in the direction R1.
- a cleaning of the bowl 6 is thus obtained only after a consecutive passage of two seat glasses 8, 9.
- a passage of the means of additional cleaning 20 on the bowl 6, after two uses of said bowl 6 does not prove to be troublesome insofar as the flush works and the user does not come into contact with said bowl 6.
- the solution according to the invention has the advantage that it allows dispose of the cleaning means 15, and if necessary disinfection by example in compartment 3a, and possibly have the means in the waiting compartment 3b.
- Such a solution leads to a technical simplification and therefore a reduction in the cost price the sanitary unit 1 according to the invention, without however harming cleanliness and hygiene. We can thus differentiate the location of the means of cleaning 15 and drying means.
- the means of disinfection can be combined, depending on the nature of the disinfection (by contact, or UV), either by means of cleaning, or by means of drying.
- some elements retain the same denomination and carry a reference increased by a multiple of 100 of so as to indicate a structural or layout difference.
- FIG. 8 Another example of embodiment of the sanitary unit 1 in accordance with the invention is shown in Figures 8 and 9.
- the sanitary unit 1 comprises two seat glasses 108 and 109 and two seat covers 107a, 107b, distributed around the rotary shaft 11 to present an angular difference of 90 ° between them.
- the compartment 2 is separated from the compartment technique 3 with a wall 104, and the operating cycle of the unit sanitary 1 is modified substantially insofar as the rotary shaft 11 rotates in the same direction, shown schematically by the arrow R, for the whole of a cycle.
- Each elementary stage of the operating cycle is thus materialized by the rotation of a quarter turn of each cover of seat 107a, 107b and of each seat window 108, 109.
- Such an alternative embodiment has the advantage that it does not requires only one set of ramps 16, 17, or series of ramps 16, 17, to make the cleaning means 15.
- This set of ramps 16, 17 is by example located in technical compartment 3 at location 103a corresponding to the first stop of a seat window 108, 109 or a seat cover 107a, 107b, at the entrance to technical compartment 3. It is alternatively a seat window 108, 109 and a cover seat 107a, 107b which passes between the ramps 16 and 17 and on the bowl 6.
- the drying means are then placed in the second position stop 103 in technical compartment 3, in which is a telescope of seat 108, 109, after a quarter-turn rotation from the first stop position.
- the drying means are not actuated by example, that for a seat window 108, 109 washed, and not for a seat cover 107a, 107b.
- the cleaning means 20 are positioned above the bowl 6 with at least one of the seat glasses 208, 209, 210.
- the additional cleaning means are arranged above the bowl 6 with each of the safety glasses headquarters 208, 209 and 210.
- the sanitary unit 1 according to the invention therefore has a fully automated operation.
- This automation can be ensured in particular using a control unit capable of processing various information, for example from presence sensors or of use.
- Various known technical means for implementing this automation are likely to be integrated into a sanitary unit 1, without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is also possible to substitute or transpose certain characteristics of an example of realization to another within the framework of the present invention.
- the sanitary unit according to the invention is particularly adapted and designed to carry out, as desired, a cleaning operation strict or a cleaning operation including a disinfection operation, in according to the needs or hygiene standards in force.
