Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdeckung für ein zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel, insbesondere für ein nach vorne und/oder nach oben offenes Kühlmöbel, vorzugsweise für ein Kühlregal oder eine Kühltruhe, bei der die Außenmaße der dem Kundenraum und der dem Warenraum zugewandten Seiten identisch sind.
  • Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit wenigstens einer Abdeckung.
  • Bei einer Vielzahl von zumindest teilweise gekühlten Warenpräsentationsmöbeln, wie z. B. Kühlregalen, wird zum Zwecke der Energieeinsparung während der Ladenschlusszeiten die Öffnung mittels einer Abdeckung verschlossen. Derartige Abdeckungen sind in der Regel als Rollos ausgebildet, die in dem Deckenbereich des Warenpräsentationsmöbels während der Ladenöffnungszeiten im aufgerollten Zustand aufbewahrt werden und zum Zwecke des Verschließens der Möbelöffnung vor der Kühlmöbelöffnung bzw. der Warenraumöffnung von der Rolle ab- bzw. ausgerollt werden.
  • Insbesondere Warenpräsentationsmöbel, die für den sog. Tiefkühlbereich ausgelegt sind - wie beispielsweise Tiefkühltruhen, -regale, etc. -, benötigen jedoch auch während der Ladenöffnungszeiten eine Abdeckung, damit die in dem Warenraum erforderlichen Temperaturen realisiert werden können. Derartige Abdeckungen werden im Regelfall als Hebe- bzw. Klapp- und/oder Schiebetüren ausgebildet. Dabei werden diese Abdeckungen oftmals zumindest teilweise transparent ausgeführt, um dem Kunden die Einsicht auf die in dem Möbel präsentierten Waren zu ermöglichen bzw. zu erleichtern.
  • Die Figur 1 zeigt in einer seitlichen Schnittdarstellung ein (Tief)Kühlregal 1, das auf einem vorzugsweise isoliert ausgebildeten Möbelkorpus 2 ruht. Innerhalb des gekühlten Warenraumes 3 sind im Regelfall mehrere Warenpräsentationsböden 4 vorgesehen. Die von einer Rolle 6 abrollbare Abdeckung 5 verschließt den gekühlten Warenraum 3 gegenüber der wärmeren Umgebungsluft. Ein Eindringen der Umgebungsluft in den gekühlten Warenraum 3 kann so verhindert werden. Die in dem Kühlregal 1 herrschende Kühlluftströmung sei schematisch anhand der Pfeile 7 dargestellt; sie strömt aus der im oberen, vorderen Bereich des Möbels 1 angeordneten Kühlluftaustrittsöffnung entlang der Abdeckung 5 und wird anschließend über das Rückluftgitter 8 wieder in den Möbelkorpus 2 zurückgeleitet. Der entlang der Möbelöffnung von oben nach unten strömende Kühlluftschleier kann ein- oder mehrlagig ausgebildet sein. Der Übersichtlichkeit halber sind in der Figur 1 die für die Kälteerzeugung erforderlichen Aggregate und Bauteile, da diese nicht Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind, nicht dargestellt.
  • Aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 298 04 329 ist eine perforierte Abdeckung bekannt, bei der die Perforierung der Abdeckung in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Abdeckung unterschiedlich stark ausgebildet ist. Die Perforation der Abdeckung ist bisher grundsätzlich erforderlich, da es ohne eine Perforation zu einer Kondensatbildung innerhalb des Warenraumes, vorzugsweise auf den Unterseiten der Warenpräsentationsböden kommt. Ferner kommt es auch auf der Außenseite - also der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite - der Abdeckung zu einer Kondensatbildung. Diese Kondensatbildung beeinträchtigt zum einen die Präsentation der in dem Kühlmöbel angebotenen Waren und führt zum anderen oftmals zu einer Beschädigung der angebotenen Waren. Das deutsche Gebrauchsmuster 295 12 039 offenbart eine Abdeckung für eine Kühltruhe, bei der die Unterseite, also die dem gekühlten Warenraum zugewandte Seite der Abdeckung eine Hohlspiegelform aufweist oder mit einer retroreflektierenden Prismenstruktur versehen ist.
  • Nachteilig bei der Verwendung einer perforierten Abdeckung ist jedoch, dass aus dem unteren Bereich des gekühlten Warenraumes Kühlluft austritt und im oberen Bereich des gekühlten Warenraumes im gleichen Maße wärmere Umgebungsluft in das Warenpräsentationsmöbel eindringt; dies hat zur Folge, dass der Wärmestrom in das Möbel - verglichen mit einem Möbel, das eine nichtperforierte Abdeckung aufweist - vergrößert wird.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Abdeckung für ein zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel anzugeben, bei der diese Vergrößerung des Wärmestromes vermieden wird. Gleichzeitig soll jedoch auch die Bildung von Kondenswasser in dem gekühlten Warenraum des mit einer derartigen Abdeckung ausgestatteten Warenpräsentationsmöbels sowie an der Außenseite der Abdeckung wirkungsvoll verhindert werden. Ferner soll ein zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit wenigstens einer Abdeckung angegeben werden, bei dem die genannten Nachteile des Standes der Technik ebenfalls vermieden werden können.
  • Eine Abdeckung gemäß der Erfindung ist in Anspruch 1 definiert und zeichnet sich insbesondere dadurch aus, dass die beiden Seiten der Abdeckung unterschiedlich große Oberflächen aufweisen oder die Abdeckung wenigstens zweilagig ausgebildet ist und eine der Lagen eine größere Oberfläche als die andere(n) Lage(n) aufweist und wobei die Abdeckung in ihrer Abdeckstellung relativ zu dem Warenpräsentationsmöbel derart angeordnet ist, dass diejenige Lage oder diejenige Seite der Abdeckung, die eine größere Oberfläche aufweist, dem Kundenraum zu- bzw. von dem Warenraum abgewandt ist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße, zumindest teilweise gekühlte Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit wenigstens einer Abdeckung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung aufweist.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung ist daher hinsichtlich der Oberflächengrößen der wenigstens zwei Lagen bzw. ihrer beiden Seiten asymmetrisch aufgebaut. Dies hat zur Folge, dass aufgrund der Asymmetrie der Wärmetauscherflächen - also der unterschiedlich großen Oberflächen - eine Belüftung der Abdeckung von außen nicht mehr erforderlich ist. Dennoch bleibt die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung kondensatfrei. Da die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung luftdicht ausgebildet ist, kommt es zu keinem Austreten von Kühlluft aus dem gekühlten Warenraum und auch zu keinem Einströmen von wärmerer Umgebungsluft in den gekühlten Warenraum; der Wärmestrom in das gekühlte Warenpräsentationsmöbel wird dadurch deutlich verringert, wodurch eine deutliche Energieeinsparung erreicht wird.

  • Sofern Ai >> Aa gilt, dann ist die Temperaturdifferenz (Tr - Ta) deutlich kleiner als bei einer glatten Oberfläche der Abdeckung, wie dies für die bisherigen Abdeckungen mit Ai = Aa gilt. Da jedoch die Raum- bzw. Umgebungstemperatur Tr unverändert bleibt, stellt ich im Vergleich zu einer Abdeckung, bei der die Oberflächen der Abdeckungsinnenseite sowie -außenseite identisch sind, eine höhere Oberflächentemperatur der Abdeckungsaußenseite Ta ein. Dadurch bleibt die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung auch bei einem höheren relativen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt kondensatfrei, weshalb auf eine Belüftung der Abdeckung - wie sie bisher durch die Perforation der Abdeckung erreicht wird - verzichtet werden kann.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung weiterbildend wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Lage mit der kleineren Oberfläche aus einem Acrylmaterial und die Lage mit der größeren Oberfläche aus einem gewebten Material besteht.
  • Durch die Webung des Materials kommt es zwangsläufig zu einer Vergrößerung der Oberfläche und damit zu dem gewünschten Effekt. Als gewebtes Material kann insbesondere ein Glasfasergewebe verwendet werden.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckung die Lage bzw. Seite mit der kleineren Oberfläche in einem weißen Farbton und die Lage bzw. Seite mit der größeren Oberfläche in einem dunklen, vorzugsweise einem schwarzen Farbton ausgeführt.
  • Mittels dieser Ausgestaltung wird der gewünschte Effekt gesteigert, da durch diese Farbgebung eine weitere Erhöhung der Oberflächentemperatur der Abdeckungsaußenseite Ta erreicht wird.
  • Vorzugsweise sind die einzelnen Lagen der erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckung zumindest teilweise miteinander verbunden.
  • Um zu verhindern, dass der untere Bereich der erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckung durch den Kühlluftstrom nach außen in den Kundenraum gedrückt wird - und so ein unerwünschtes "Herausfallen" der Kühlluft aus dem Möbelwarenraum erfolgt-, ist die Abdeckung in ihrem unteren Bereich beschwert.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung weiterbildend wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Abdeckung zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise in ihrem oberen und/oder unteren Bereich perforiert ausgebildet ist. Diese Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckung macht insbesondere bei extremen klimatischen Bedingungen - hohe Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit - Sinn.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Warenpräsentationsmöbel weiterbildend wird vorgeschlagen, dass Mittel zum Fixieren der in der Abdeckposition befindlichen und/oder der in die Abdeckposition verfahrenden Abdeckung vorgesehen sind. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die Abdeckung in der optimalen Position fixiert bzw. in diese geleitet werden kann und das erwähnte, unerwünschte "Herausfallen" der Kühlluft aus dem Möbelwarenraum wirkungsvoll verhindert werden kann.
  • Die Figur 2 zeigt den in der Figur 1 strichpunktiert umkreisten Bereich der erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckung 5. Diese besteht aus einer Lage mit einer kleineren Oberfläche 9, die wiederum beispielsweise aus einem Acrylmaterial besteht, sowie einer Lage mit einer größeren Oberfläche 10, die vorzugsweise aus einem gewebten Material - beispielsweise einem Glasfasergewebe - besteht.
  • Prinzipiell kann die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung überall dort zum Einsatz kommen, wo ein Kaltluftbereich von einem Warmluftbereich abgetrennt werden soll und zum anderen ein Luftaustausch zwischen diesen beiden Bereichen unerwünscht ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung ist daher für alle Bauformen von Warenpräsentationsmöbeln - also Regalen, Truhen, Theken, etc. - geeignet,

Claims (10)

  1. Abdeckung für ein zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel, insbesondere für ein nach vorne und/oder nach oben offenes Kühlmöbel, vorzugsweise für ein Kühlregal oder eine Kühltruhe, bei der die Außenmaße der dem Kundenraum und der dem Warenraum zugewandten Seiten identisch sind, die beiden Seiten der Abdeckung (5) unterschiedlich große Oberflächen aufweisen oder die Abdeckung (5) wenigstens zweilagig ausgebildet ist und eine der Lagen (10) eine größere Oberfläche als die andere(n) Lage(n) (9) aufweist, und wobei die Abdeckung (5) in ihrer Abdeckstellung relativ zu dem Warenpräsentationsmöbel derart angeordnet ist, dass diejenige Lage oder diejenige Seite (10) der Abdeckung (5), die eine größere Oberfläche aufweist, dem Kundenraum zugewandt ist.
  2. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage mit der kleineren Oberfläche (9) aus einem Acrylmaterial und die Lage mit der größeren Oberfläche (10) aus einem gewebten Material besteht.
  3. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gewebte Material ein Glasfasergewebe ist.
  4. Abdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage oder Seite mit der kleineren Oberfläche (9) in einem weißen Farbton und die Lage oder Seite mit der größeren Oberfläche (10) in einem dunklen, vorzugsweise einem schwarzen Farbton ausgeführt ist.
  5. Abdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagen (9, 10) zumindest teilweise miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Abdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (5) in ihrem unteren Bereich beschwert ist.
  7. Abdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (5) zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise in ihrem oberen und/oder unteren Bereich perforiert ausgebildet ist.
  8. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit wenigstens einer Abdeckung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung(en) (5) gemäß den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen ausgebildet ist bzw. sind.
  9. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (5) auf eine an dem Warenpräsentationsmöbel (1) angeordnete Rolle (6) aufwickelbar ist.
  10. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zum Fixieren der in der Abdeckposition befindlichen und/oder der in die Abdeckposition verfahrenden Abdeckung (5) vorgesehen sind.
