Claims (10)
- Kraftspeicher für einen Stufenschalter,
wobei ein von einer Antriebswelle längs einer Bahn betätigbarer Aufziehschlitten (7) und ein verklinkbarer Schaltschlitten (14) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen mindestens eine Druckfeder (13) angeordnet ist,
wobei zwei parallele Führungsstangen (5, 6) vorgesehen sind, auf denen Aufziehschlitten (7) und Schaltschlitten (14) unabhängig voneinander bewegbar geführt sind,
wobei durch Längsbewegung des Aufziehschlittens (7) relativ zum Schaltschlitten (14) die mindestens eine Druckfeder (13) spannbar ist, derart, daß nach Auslösung des bis dahin verklinkten Schaltschlittens (14) dieser sprungartig der Bewegung des Aufziehschlittens (7) nachfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufziehschlitten (7) nur in einer Führungsstange (5) und der Schaltschlitten (14) nur in der anderen Führungsstange (6) geführt ist,
daß der Aufziehschlitten (7) an einer Seite eine erste Führungsrolle (7.2) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite eine sich in Bewegungsrichtung erstreckende erste Führungskontur (7.5) aufweist,
daß der Schaltschlitten (14) ebenfalls an einer Seite eine zweite Führungsrolle (14.2) und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite eine sich in Bewegungsrichtung erstreckende zweite Führungskontur (14.9) aufweist
und daß die erste Führungsrolle (7.2) mit der zweiten Führungskontur (14.9) sowie die zweite Führungsrolle (14.2) mit der ersten Führungskontur (7.5) korrespondieren und formschlüssig geführt sind. - Kraftspeicher nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Führungsstangen (5, 6) auf einer separaten Grundplatte (1) befestigt sind. - Kraftspeicher nach Patentanspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (1) paarweise abgewinkelte Laschen (1.1, 1.2; 1.5, 1.6) aufweist, die jeweils eine der Führungsstangen (5, 6) aufnehmen. - Kraftspeicher nach Patentanspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Grundplatte (1) zwei Klinkenhebel (3, 4) vorgesehen sind, die um jeweils eine Lagerstelle (1.11, 1.12) gegen die Kraft jeweils einer Feder (3.3, 3.4) aus der Ruhelage auslenkbar sind,
daß durch die Klinkenhebel (3, 4) der Schaltschlitten (14) verklinkbar ist und daß durch eine jeweils am Aufziehschlitten (7) angeordnete Auslöserolle (7.13, 7.14) jeweils einer der Klinkenhebel (3, 4) auslenkbar ist, derart, daß die Verklinkung des Schaltschlittens (14) aufhebbar ist, wenn der betätigte Aufziehschlitten (7) seine neue Endposition erreicht hat. - Kraftspeicher nach Patentanspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Auslöserolle (7.13, 7.14) in jeweils einer Betätigungsbahn (3.4, 4.4) des entsprechenden Klinkenhebels (3, 4) läuft. - Kraftspeicher nach Patentanspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verklinkung des Schaltschlittens (14) derart erfolgt, daß an diesem eine seitliche Lasche (14.1) angeformt ist, die zwei Arretierungsansätze (14.4,14.5) aufweist, in die, je nach Stellung, eine Betätigungsrolle (3.2, 4.2) einer der beiden Klinkenhebel (3, 4) eingreift. - Kraftspeicher nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Aufziehschlitten (7) an jeder Stirnseite paarweise Anschläge (7.8, 7.10; 7.9, 7.17) angeordnet sind und am Schaltschlitten (14) ebenfalls paarweise korrespondierende Anschläge (14.10, 14.12; 14.11,14.13) angeordnet sind, zwischen denen Federträger (11, 12) fixiert sind, gegen die sich die mindestens eine Druckfeder (13) abstützt. - Kraftspeicher nach Patentanspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Aufziehschlitten (7) und Schaltschlitten (14) als jeweils einstückige Blechteile ausgeführt sind und sowohl die Anschläge (7.8, 7.10; 7.9,7.17) des Aufziehschlittens (7) als auch die Anschläge (14.10, 14.12; 14.11,14.13) des Schaltschlittens (14) als abgewinkelte Laschen ausgebildet sind. - Kraftspeicher nach einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Schaltschlitten (14) ein Koppelglied (19) angelenkt ist, derart, daß die sprungartige Längsbewegung des Schaltschlittens (14) direkt auf den zu betätigenden Stufenschalter übertragbar ist. - Kraftspeicher nach Patentanspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Koppelglied (19) über mindestens ein in Bewegungsrichtung wirkendes Dämpfungsmittel (20, 21, 22, 23) mit dem Schaltschlitten (14) in Verbindung steht.
