Claims (16)

  1. Charnière (1) comprenant une partie de charnière (4) de cadre pour pré-assemblage avec un cadre (2) et une partie de charnière (6) de vantail pour pré-assemblage avec un ventail (3), les deux parties étant reliées l'une à l'autre de manière articulée, au moins une des parties de charnière (4; 6) comprenant un moyen d'ajustage vertical (8) avec des trous de fixation (10) de forme ovale, vue dans la direction d'ajustage, à travers lesquels des écrous de fixation (14) sont passés,
    le moyen d'ajustage vertical (8) comprenant un moyen de verrouillage (20) débloquable qui, dans la position de verrouillage, retient la partie de charnière (4; 6) dans une position centrale par rapport aux écrous de fixation (14) vissés,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le moyen de verrouillage (20) est débloquable par un outil (34), et
    le moyen d'ajustage vertical (8) comprend un élément de réglage (30) permettant l'ajustage vertical de la partie de charnière (4; 6) à l'aide d'un outil (34),
    ledit outil (34) débloquant le moyen de verrouillage (20) en même temps que l'outil s'accroche dans le moyen de réglage (30) pour ajuster la position verticale.
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de verrouillage (20) est débloquable par la déformation d'une saillie de verrouillage (24) qui s'accroche dans une encoche (28),adaptée à la saillie de verrouillage (24), pour arrêter la partie de charnière (4; 6) dans la position centrale.
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la saillie de verrouillage (24) est déformable de manière irréversible.
  4. Charnière selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la saillie de verrouillage (24) est déformable de manière élastique.
  5. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'ajustage vertical (8) est formé par l'élément de réglage (30) monté fixe, à partir duquel saille la saillie de verrouillage (24) du moyen de verrouillage (20) et s'accroche dans la partie de charnière (4; 6) déplaçable par rapport à l'élément de réglage (30) ou qui s'accroche à la saillie de verrouillage (24) saillant de la partie de charnière (4; 6).
  6. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (30) comprend des trous de guidage (38) pour les écrous de fixation (14) et guide la partie de charnière (4; 6) linéairement.
  7. Charnière selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les trous de guidage (38) de l'élément de réglage (30) comprennent des collerettes (42) saillant vers la partie de charnière (4; 6), les collerettes s'accrochant dans les trous de fixation ovales (10) de la partie de charnière (4; 6).
  8. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (30) est formé d'un élément en forme de plaque disposé entre le cadre (2) ou le vantail (3) et la partie de charnière (4; 6).
  9. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (30) est formé par un élément de tôle mince poinçonné.
  10. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (30) présente une encoche (46) adaptée à l'outil (34), dans laquelle l'outil (34) s'accroche, la partie de charnière (4; 6) étant déplaçable par rapport à l'élément de réglage (30) par rotation de l'outil (34).
  11. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que l'outil (34) est guidé de manière rotative à travers une ouverture de guidage (50) dans la partie de charnière (4; 6).
  12. Charnière selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'outil (34), en étant accroché dans l'encoche (46) de l'élément de réglage (30), en même temps dégage de ladite encoche (28) la saillie de verrouillage (24) du moyen de verrouillage (20) à l'élément de réglage (30).
  13. Charnière selon les revendications 2 et 10 et selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisée en ce que l'encoche (46) de l'élément de réglage (30), adaptée à l'outil (34), et la saillie de verrouillage (24) déformable sont positionnés en vis-à-vis et sont formés par une seule encoche poinçonnée dans l'élément de plaque ou en tôle constituant l'élément de réglage.
  14. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture de guidage (50) de la partie de charnière (4; 6) est un trou circulaire et que l'encoche (46) de l'élément de réglage (30), adaptée à l'outil (34), comprend une denture (54), l'outil (34) s'accrochant dans l'ouverture de guidage (50) aussi bien que dans l'encoche (46) pour effectuer l'ajustage vertical.
  15. Charnière selon la revendication 10 et selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture de guidage (50) de la partie de charnière (4; 6) présente une denture (58) adaptée à la contour de l'outil (34), et que l'encoche (46) adaptée à l'outil (34) est de forme circulaire, l'outil (34) s'accrochant dans l'ouverture de guidage (50) et dans l'encoche (46) pour effectuer l'ajustage vertical.
  16. Procédé d'ajustage vertical d'un ventail (3) fixé de manière articulée sur un cadre (2) par plusieurs charnières (1) selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, les charnières (1) étant pré-assemblées sur le cadre (2) et le ventail (3) par des vis de fixation (14),
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans une première étape toutes les vis de fixation (14) des parties de charnière (4;6) de cadre ou de ventail, prévues avec un moyen d'ajustage vertical (8), sont débloquées avec un outil (34), que, dans une deuxième étape une blocage des parties de charnière (4; 6) dans une position centrale, effectuée par le moyen d'ajustage (8), est débloquée à toutes les charnières (1), préférentiellement par le même outil (34), et qu'en même temps l'ajustage vertical est effectué à la dernière charnière, l'outil (34) s'accrochant dans un élément de réglage (30) du moyen d'ajustage vertical (8) de la partie de charnière (4; 6), la charnière (1) étant libérée de la position centrale, et le ventail (3) étant mené et retenu à la position souhaitée par rotation de l'outil (34), et que, dans une troisième étape, les vis de fixation (14) de la partie de charnière (4; 6) sont serrées de nouveau.
