Claims (12)

  1. Elément de matrice de pixels pour affichage à cristaux liquides, ci-après LCD, avec une surface d'affichage (8), qui comprend des surfaces actives au plan optique sous la forme de pixels (10) et présente une densité de pixels de 2 à 30 pixels/cm2, l'élément de matrice de pixels pour LCD étant réalisé pour l'activation des pixels (10) individuels par procédé en multiplex, caractérisé en ce que
       la surface d'affichage comprend des surfaces non actives au plan optique pour les arrivées électriques entre les pixels (10) individuels et en ce que le rapport (η) entre des surfaces actives (∑Fi) et la surface d'affichage global (F) se situe dans la plage comprise entre 40 % et 95 %, de préférence dans la plage comprise entre 50 % et 87 % et en particulier dans la plage comprise entre 60 % et 85 %.
  2.   3. Elément de matrice de pixels pour ACL selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'affichage (8) est rectangulaire, en ce que la majorité des pixels (10) est disposée en lignes (11) et colonnes (12),
    en ce que les pixels (10) individuels présentent dans le sens des lignes une largeur (B) définie qui définit une largeur de colonne,
    en ce que les colonnes (12) individuelles sont disposées à une certaine distance (d) les unes des autres, et
    en ce que des éléments de raccordement (20) et des circuits de commande (22) sont disposés dans les zones périphériques (16, 18) supérieure ou inférieure de l'élément rectangulaire de matrice de pixels pour LCD (2).
  4. Elément de matrice de pixels pour LCD selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pixels (10) individuels sont sensiblement identiques en ce qui concerne leur forme et leur taille.
  5. Elément de matrice de pixels pour LCD selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les pixels (10) individuels sont rectangulaires et présentent des angles arrondis.
  6. Elément de matrice de pixels pour LCD selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pixels (10) sont regroupés dans une pluralité de groupes de couleur qui présentent différentes couleurs.
  7. Elément de matrice de pixels pour LCD selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que trois groupes de couleur sont prévus pour les trois couleurs de base rouge, vert et bleu du mélange de couleur additif et pour les couleurs de base correspondantes jaune, magenta et cyan du mélange de couleur soustractif.
  8. Elément de matrice de pixels pour LCD selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les pixels (10) sont regroupés sous forme de colonnes ou de lignes dans les groupes de couleur et à chaque fois deux colonnes de pixels (12) ou lignes de pixels (11) directement voisines sont d'une autre couleur.
  9. Elément de matrice de pixels pour LCD selon l'une des revendications précédentes 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les groupes de couleur sont mis à disposition par des filtres couleur appropriés derrière la surface d'affichage (8).
  10. Tableau d'affichage pour affichage à cristaux liquides, ci-après LCD, convenant pour l'affichage graphique, avec une pluralité d'éléments de matrice de pixels pour LCD (2), rectangulaires, disposés les uns à côté des autres, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, les éléments de raccordement (20) et les circuits de commande (22) étant disposés dans les zones périphériques (16,18) supérieure ou inférieure des éléments de matrice de pixels pour LCD (2), et les colonnes de pixels (12) directement voisines de deux éléments de matrice de pixels pour LCD (2) étant disposées réciproquement à une distance (D) qui répond à l'inégalité suivante : D ≤ B + 2d, D désignant l'espacement des colonnes de pixels directement voisines, B la largeur des pixels individuels et d l'espacement des pixels dans deux colonnes voisines du même élément de matrice de pixels pour LCD.
  11. Tableau d'affichage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux éléments de matrice de pixels pour LCD (2) sont disposés en se superposant avec leur zone périphérique (16, 18) supérieure ou inférieure et en ce que des éléments de matrice de pixels (2) situés les uns à côté des autres sont contigus bout à bout dans un plan.
  12. Tableau d'affichage selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de matrice de pixels pour LCD (2) sont protégés par un revêtement transparent, et en ce que le revêtement présente un revêtement antireflet sous la forme d'un traitement optique.
