Claims (5)
- Befestigungssystem zur Befestigung eines Plattenmaterials (1) an einem Untergrund (2), mit einem längs zumindest teilweise offenen Rohrelement (3) zur Befestigung in einem durch das Plattenmaterials (1) mit einem Bohrwerkzeug (9) in den Untergrund (2) eingebrachten Bohrloch und mit einem Pilzelement (5) zur Befestigung des Plattenmaterials (1), wobei das dem Untergrund (2) zugewandte Ende des Pilzelements (5) eine axiale Öffnung (6) zur Aufnahme des Rohrelements (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pilzelement (5) ein temporäres Formschlussmittel aufweist, welches über einen temporären Formschluss mit dem Rohrelement (3) eine axiale Verschiebung des Rohrelements (3) durch die Öffnung (6) des Pilzelements (5) temporär verhindert.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als temporäres Formschlussmittel innerhalb der das Rohrelement (3) aufnehmenden Öffnung (6) über eine Sollbruchstelle (12) eine Montagelippe (13) angeordnet ist, welche sich in das offene radiale Innere hinein erstreckt.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollbruchstelle (12) derart dimensioniert ist, damit die beim axialen Einstossen des Pilzelements (5) in das Plattenmaterial (1) auftretende Beanspruchung nicht, wohl aber die schlagende axiale Beanspruchung des Bohrwerkzeugs (9) einen Bruch der Sollbruchstelle (12) bewirkt.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 2 und/oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die temporäre Montagelippe (13) umlaufend ausgeführt ist.
- Verfahren zur Befestigung von Plattenmaterial nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Schritt beim Eindrücken mittels des durch das Rohrelement (3) sowie das Pilzelement (5) hindurchgeführten Bohrwerkzeugs (9) das Pilzelement (5) in das Plattenmaterial (1) hineingedrückt wird, ohne das temporäres Formschlussmittel zu zerstören, in einem zweiten Schritt beim Bohren mittels der axialen Schläge auf das Bohrwerkzeug (9) das temporäre Formschlussmittel zerstört wird und das Rohrelement (3) durch die Öffnung (6) des Pilzelements (5) hindurchdringt, in einem dritten Schritt beim Verspannen das Rohrelement (3) axial formschlüssig mit dem Pilzelement (5) fixiert wird und in einem letzten Schritt das Bohrwerkzeug (9) aus dem befestigten Rohrelement (3) mit dem daran fixierten Pilzelement (5) axial herausgezogen wird.
