  1. Unit (1) for packaging and dispensing of a product, particularly a cosmetic product, comprising a container (2) containing the product, the said container comprising a body, one end of which is closed by a bottom (3) and the other end of which delimits an opening (4) on which a dispensing adapter (10) is mounted, the dispensing adapter (10) comprising an inlet orifice (8) intended to be placed in communication with the container (2) and an outlet orifice (13) opening onto a seat (14) capable in sealed fashion of taking a closure element (15), the said closure element (15) being connected to the dispensing adapter (10) via a mounting element (30), elastically deformable means (16, 21, 31) being provided in order, in response to stress exerted directly on the closure element (15) externally to the dispensing adapter (10), to allow the closure element (15) to move away from the said seat (14) so as to at least partially uncover the said outlet orifice (13) and thus allow the product out, the said closure element (15) returning to bear in a sealed manner on the seat (14) by elastic return of the said elastically deformable means (16, 21, 31) when the stress ceases to be applied, characterized in that the body has deformable walls, particularly elastically deformable walls, and that the said closure element (15) is also capable of moving away from the seat (14) in response to a thrust of the product exerted on the inside of the adapter (10) in response to a pressure exerted on the said deformable walls.
  2. Unit (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the said elastically deformable means consist of at least one part (16, 21, 31) of the mounting element.
  3. Unit (1) according to Claim 2, characterized in that the said mounting element (30) comprises a portion (16) which deforms by elastic elongation.
  4. Unit (1) according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the said mounting element (30) comprises a portion (21, 31) which deforms elastically in bending.
  5. Unit (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the stress is applied on the said closure element (15) from the outside by engagement with a surface capable of taking the product that is to be dispensed, particularly the hollow of one's hand.
  6. Unit (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the said closure element (15) comprises at least one portion of spherical surface, the said seat (14) forming a depression into which the said outlet orifice (13) opens, the said depression being of a shape capable, in combination with the closure element (15) of sealing against the product that is to be dispensed.
  7. Unit (1) according to Claim 6, characterized in that the said closure element (15) forms a sphere.
  8. Unit (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the said mounting element (30) is fully or partially made of a material chosen from thermoplastic or crosslinked elastomers, particularly silicones, nitriles, natural or synthetic latices, EPDMs, polyurethanes, blends of polypropylene and SBS, SEBS or EPDM, very low-density polyethylenes, blends based on polyester glycols (TPUs) or polyether glycols (PEBAs and COPEs), and flexible polyvinyl chlorides (PVCs).
  9. Unit (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the mounting element (30) is obtained by moulding, with the closure element (15), of identical materials that are mutually compatible.
  10. Unit (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the mounting element (30) is obtained by moulding, with the closure element (15), of different materials that are mutually compatible.
  11. Unit (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the mounting element (30) comprises a connecting member (16), one end of which is secured to the dispensing adapter by bonding, welding or by mechanical attachment means (17, 21, 23, 25, 31, 41), particularly by snap-fastening or cleating.
  12. Unit (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that it comprises means (7) for allowing the said adapter (10) to be fixed onto the container (2) containing the product to be dispensed.
  13. Unit (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it comprises means, particularly a removable lid (19) for immobilizing the closure element (15) in a sealed position on the said seat (14).
  14. Use of a unit (1) according to any one of the preceding claims for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product, particularly a hair, sun, care or personal hygiene product.
