Abstract

The device has a container defining an interior volume (13) to receive a cosmetic product e.g. mascara. The container comprises a flexible wall (11), and is provided with an opening (15). An indeformable hollow insert is fixed at the container, where the insert extends into the interior volume of the container. The opening emerges into the container such that an application unit (52) e.g. mascara brush, is positioned in the insert and in contact with the product. The flexible wall is provided in an undeformed position by elasticity when no pressure is exerted on the wall.

9806 76 1 La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit cosmétique sur les matières kératiniques humaines, notamment les cils, les sourcils, les cheveux, les ongles, la peau ou les lèvres. Par « produit cosmétique », on entend tout produit tel que défini dans 5 le Règlement (CE) n°1223/2009 du Parlement Européen et du Conseil du 30 novembre 2009 relatif aux produits cosmétiques. Il est connu dans le domaine de distribution d'échantillons, notamment par les documents FR2905241, FR2879418, des dispositifs de conditionnement et d'application de doses ou d'échantillons de produit 10 cosmétique. Ces dispositifs de conditionnement comportent un récipient sous la forme d'un sachet souple contenant le produit cosmétique, et sont munis d'un applicateur détachable. Avant la première utilisation l'applicateur est scellé avec un bord ou une partie du sachet et l'organe d'application est plongé dans le produit contenu dans le sachet. Lors de l'application l'utilisateur rompt le 15 scellement, par exemple en déchirant une zone sécable du sachet, extrait l'organe d'application en vue de son utilisation. Cependant un inconvénient de ce type de dispositifs, est de ne pas pouvoir être refermé pour une autre utilisation ultérieure si la quantité de produit le permet. La présente invention a donc pour objet de fournir un dispositif amélioré de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit cosmétique afin de 30 palier les inconvénients précités. A cet effet l'invention propose un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application 1 d'un produit cosmétique comportant un récipient définissant un volume intérieur destiné à recevoir le produit cosmétique, ledit récipient comportant au moins une paroi souple et étant muni d'une ouverture, et un applicateur destiné à être assemblé au récipient, l'applicateur comportant un moyen de préhension situé à l'extérieur du récipient et un moyen d'application engagé au moins partiellement dans le récipient au travers de l'ouverture lorsque l'applicateur est assemblé au récipient. Selon l'invention le dispositif comporte un insert creux indéformable fixé au récipient et s'étendant dans le volume intérieur dudit récipient, présentant un passage d'introduction du moyen d'application débouchant dans l'ouverture et au moins un orifice débouchant dans le récipient, de manière à ce que le moyen d'application soit positionné dans l'insert creux et en contact avec le produit lorsque l'applicateur est assemblé au récipient.
