Abstract

Die Getränkedose umfasst einen an einer Stirnfläche der Dose angeordneten Ausguss mit einem aufreissbaren Verschluss. Hierbei ist die Getränkedose gekennzeichnet durch einen vorzugsweise im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellten vorzugsweise becherförmigen Kunststoffbehälter (1), dessen dem Ausguss gegenüberliegende, der Befüllung der Getränkedose dienende offene Stirnseite mit einer Folie (2) oder einem folienartigen oder versteift vorgeformten Deckel verschliessbar ist. Ferner ist die Getränkedose gekennzeichnet durch eine den Verschluss bildende, wenigstens teilweise von der betreffenden Stirnfläche (5) abragende Kappe (3), die entlang einer, den Ausguss (4) begrenzenden Schwächungslinie (Sollbruchstelle) in der Stirnfläche aus diese teilweise herausbrechbar und an der Stirnfläche über ein Filmscharnier (6) verschwenkbar ist. Hierbei ist die Kappe (3) am Filmscharnier (6) in Wiederverschliesslage in den Ausguss (4) flüssigkeitsdicht eindrückbar.
