After the combination, the connection screw (15) is returned by the power of reflex and fitted into the round-shaped groove (24) in order to prevent the Upper Hub Assembly (10) and the Lower Hub Assembly (20) from being separated.

- the outside diameter of the protruded hoop (17, 17a) has to be formed larger than the inside diameter of the operation hoop (16) and the inside diameter of the operation hoop (16) is to be larger than the outside diameter of the Lock Pipe (11), so that they can be moved to the right and the left side.
- a spot (16a) to be pressed is formed on the outside of a groove (14a) which is included the spring (14) for the exact operation and a groove (14b) is formed on the Lock Pipe (11) in order that the spring (14) which is installed inside of the operation hoop (16) may be assembled easily.
