Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Pumpenlaufrad (1) für eine Kreiselpumpe, insbesondere für eine in Geschirrspülmaschinen oder Waschmaschinen einsetzbare Umwälzpumpe, welches in einem mit Ansaug- und Druckstutzen versehenen Pumpengehäuse gegengelagert umläuft und mit mehreren Laufschaufeln (3) sowie mit einem Gegenlagerring (2) einer Gleitringdichtung ausgebildet ist. Die Laufschaufeln (3) erstrecken sich dabei radial von der Radnabe (4) zum Radumfang des Pumpenlaufrades (1) und sind an einer anströmseitigen vorderen Laufschaufelabdeckung (5) und/oder an einer pumpengehäuseseitigen hinteren Laufschaufelabdeckung (6) angeordnet. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Laufrad (1) mit den Laufschaufelabdeckungen (5, 6) halboffen gestaltet ausgebildet, wobei die Laufschaufelabdeckungen (5, 6) die Laufschaufeln (3) vorder- sowie rückseitig nur teilweise überdecken. Vorteilhaft ist das Laufrad (1) als Spritzgussteil einteilig mit ggf. eingegossenem Keramik-Gegenlagerring (2) gefertigt. Ein so ausgebildetes Pumpenlaufrad ist werkzeugtechnisch einfach sowie kostengünstig herzustellen und zeichnet sich durch eine stabile Pumpenleistung auch bei axialen Lagetoleranzen aus, wobei störende Laufgeräusche und Entlüftungsprobleme beseitigt sind.
