Claims (15)

  1. Adjustable hinge for connecting two furniture parts (9, 15) with a furniture hinge-piece (2) and with a baseplate (8), wherein a hinge arm (14) attached to the furniture hinge-piece (2) is connected to the baseplate (8) by a setting plate (11) of the adjustable hinge and an adjusting screw (1) for setting the mutual clearance is additionally located between hinge arm (14) and setting plate (11), wherein the adjusting screw (1) is screwed through a slot (10) in the setting plate (11) into a tapped hole in the hinge arm (14), and wherein the adjusting screw (1) takes the form of a setscrew with a screw thread (13) which has means (18) for releasable coupling to a tool at one end and a disc (5) at the other end, the underneath surface (7) of the disc (5) bearing on the baseplate (8), and the edge of the slot (10) in the setting plate (11) bearing on the top surface (6) of the disc (5), characterized in that the disc (5) of the adjusting screw (1) has a larger diameter than the thread (13) of the adjusting screw (1) and in that the slot (10) is formed as a self-contained aperture in the setting plate (11).

  5. Adjustable hinge according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that embossings and/or corrugations and/or bends towards the disc are provided at the edge of the slot (10) in the setting plate (11) as additional reinforcement of the said edge.
