  2. Joint hinge according to claim 1, characterised in that one of the clamping bodies is formed in a movable manner and that the second clamping body is formed in a fixed manner.
  3. Joint hinge according to claim 1, characterised in that both clamping bodies (41, 42) are designed in a movable manner.
  4. Joint hinge according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the clamping body/bodies consist of clamping jaws (41, 42).
  5. Joint hinge according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the clamping jaws (41, 42) or clamping bodies can be moved parallel to the adjusting screw (43), whereby the adjusting screw (43) preferably supports itself only at the clamping jaws (41, 42) and/or connects clamping bodies (41, 42) abutting opposite peripheral regions of the rotating element (30).
  6. Joint hinge according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that one of the band parts (1) comprises a bearing block with two bearing legs (4) and that the clamping jaws (41, 42) are arranged and guided in the spacing between the bearing legs (4).
  7. Joint hinge according to claim 6, characterised in that the clamping jaws (41, 42) are arranged between the rotating element (30) and a base plate (2) of the band part (1) on the wall side connecting the bearing legs (4) of the bearing block.
  8. Joint hinge according to one of claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the clamping jaws (41, 42) comprise a base with a bore (45, 46) for the adjusting screw (43) and a clamping surface (47, 48) curved in correspondence with the outer periphery (31) of the rotating element (30).
  9. Joint hinge according to one of claims 4 to 8, characterised in that one of the clamping jaws (41) preferably comprises a stepped or countersunk through bore (45) for the screw head (44) of the adjusting screw (43) and that the other clamping jaw (42) comprises a threaded bore (46).
  10. Joint hinge according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the base of the clamping jaws (41, 42) is formed like a cube or in a cuboid manner and that the cover side is formed as a curved clamping surface (47, 48) rising with increasing depth.
  11. Joint hinge according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the rotating element (30) consists of a cylinder with an inner bore (32) for the reception of a pivot pin (7) forming the axis of articulation.
  12. Joint hinge according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the lever-lock detent (34) is formed as a groove or as a groove notch and runs parallel to the centre axis of the rotating element (30).
  13. Joint hinge according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the rotating element (30) comprises a secant-type slot (35) at a section of its periphery (31) for the passage of the adjusting screw (43) and/or that the bore (45, 46) is arranged in the clamping jaws (41, 42) partially in the region of the clamping surface (47, 48).
  14. Joint hinge according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the catching element (23) consists of a roller preferably of plastics which is passed through centrally by a guide rod (24), which roller is arranged in an edge recess (26), which is preferably open on one side in the band part (20) on the side of the wing, and that at both sides of the edge recess (26) is formed a tapped blind hole (28) with a slot aperture (29) towards the edge recess, whereby a spring (22) is respectively arranged in the tapped blind holes (28) as a reset means for the catching element (23), which presses against the ends of the guide rod (24) reaching through the slot apertures (29).
