Claims (26)
- Verfahren zum Prägen eines bahnförmigen Tissue-Artikels mit mindestens einem Walzenpaar, das jeweils aus einer ein erwünschtes erstes Prägemuster erzeugenden gravierten Walze und einer ungravierten Gegenwalze ausgebildet wird, wobei der zu prägende Tissue-Artikel durch den Walzenspalt des mindestens eines Walzenpaares geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Gegenwalze verwendet wird, deren Durchmesser 0,1 % bis 30 % größer oder kleiner als der Durchmesser der Walze ist, und daß auf dem Tissue-Artikel ein zweites Prägemuster erzeugt wird, wobei die Fläche des zweiten Prägemusters wenigstens 40 % der Fläche des Gesamtprägemusters ausmacht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Gegenwalze verwendet wird, deren Durchmesser 1 % bis 10 % größer ist als der Durchmesser der Walze.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fläche des zweiten Prägemusters wenigstens 60 %, vorzugsweise zwischen 65 % und 85 %, der Fläche des Gesamtprägemusters ausmacht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als zweites Prägemuster auf der Oberfläche des Tissue-Artikels ein solches Muster erzeugt wird, das durch eine Vielzahl von kleinflächigen Prägepunkten ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vielzahl der Prägepunkte in sich quer über die Warenbahn erstreckenden Reihen von Prägepunkten angeordnet werden, wobei benachbarte Reihen relativ zueinander versetzt angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vielzahl von kleinflächigen Prägepunkten auf der Oberfläche des Tissue-Artikels derart angeordnet werden, daß in Transportrichtung der Warenbahn gesehen die Lage eines Prägepunktes erst nach einem Abstand zwischen 0,5 cm und 80 cm, vorzugsweise nach einem Abstand zwischen 5 cm und 50 cm, wiederholt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tissue-Artikel aus mindestens zwei Warenbahn gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Warenbahn für sich geprägt wird und daß die beiden Warenbahnen nach der Prägung miteinander verklebt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenbahnen derart miteinander verklebt werden, daß jeweils die äußere Oberfläche die Prägemuster aufweist und daß das Verkleben punktförmig ausgeführt wird, derart, daß nach innen vorspringende Erhöhungen der Prägemuster durch die punktförmige Verklebung unter Ausbildung eines voluminösen Tissue-Artikels miteinander verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als gravierte Walze eine Metall-, Hartgummi- oder Kunststoffwalze verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Gegenwalze eine Gummi- oder Kunststoffwalze verwendet wird.
- Walzenpaar zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, mit einer gravierten Walze und einer hiermit einen Walzenspalt ausbildenden Gegenwalze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze einen Durchmesser aufweist, der 0,1 % bis 30 % größer oder kleiner als der Durchmesser der gravierten Walze ist, und daß die gravierte Walze außer der erwünschten ersten Gravur (1) noch desweiteren eine zweite Gravur (7) aufweist, wobei die Anpreßfläche (8, 8b - 8g) der zweiten Gravur (7) wenigstens 40 % der mit der Gegenwalze in Kontakt tretenden Gesamtanpreßfläche ausmacht.
- Walzenpaar nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze einen Durchmesser aufweist, der 1 % bis 10 % größer ist als der Durchmesser der gravierten Walze.
- Walzenpaar nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anpreßfläche (8, 8a - 8g) der zweiten Gravur (7) wenigstens 60 %, vorzugsweise zwischen 65 % und 85 %, der mit der Gegenwalze in Kontakt tretenden Gesamtanpreßfläche ausmacht.
- Walzenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gravierte Walze als zweite Gravur (7) eine Vielzahl von Einzelgravuren (7a - 7g) mit jeweils kleinflächiger Anpreßfläche (8, 8a - 8g) aufweist.
- Walzenpaar nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vielzahl der Einzelgravuren (7a - 7g) in sich quer über die Oberfläche der gravierten Walze erstreckenden Reihen (10 - 19) von Einzelgravuren (7a) angeordnet ist, wobei benachbarte Reihen (10 - 19) von Einzelgravuren (7a) relativ zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Walzenpaar nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vielzahl der Einzelgravuren (7a) derart auf der Oberfläche der gravierten Walze angeordnet ist, daß sich in Drehrichtung der gravierten Walze gesehen die Lage einer Einzelgravur erst nach einem Abstand zwischen 0,5 cm und 80 cm, vorzugsweise nach einem Abstand zwischen 5 cm und 50 cm, wiederholt.
- Walzenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gravierte Walze als Einzelgravuren (7a-7g) solche Gravuren aufweist, deren Anpreßfläche kreisförmig, dreieckig, rechteckig, oval und/oder trapezförmig ausgestaltet ist.
- Walzenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelgravuren (7a - 7g) eine radial nach außen weisende Höhe aufweisen, die der radial nach außen weisenden Höhe der ersten Gravur entspricht.
- Walzenpaar nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radial nach außen weisende Höhe der Einzelgravur zwischen 0,1 mm und 2,5 mm variiert.
- Walzenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Einzelgravur (7a - 7g) eine Anpreßfläche (8, 8b - 8c) zwischen 0,1 mm2 und 50 mm2, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,3 mm2 bis 10 mm2, aufweist.
- Walzenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Oberfläche der gravierten Walze die im Bereich der zweiten Gravur (7) vorgesehenen Einzelgravuren (7a - 7g) in einer Dichte zwischen 5 und 90, bezogen auf 1 cm2 der Walzenoberfläche im Bereich der zweiten Gravur (7), vorhanden sind.
- Walzenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gravierte Walze einen Durchmesser zwischen 300 mm und 1.000 mm aufweist.
- Walzenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gravierte Walze eine Metallwalze, insbesondere eine Stahlwalze, eine Hartgummiwalze oder eine Kunststoffwalze, ist.
- Walzenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze eine Gummi- oder Kunststoffwalze ist.
- Walzenpaar nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Shore-A-Härte der Gegenwalze zwischen 35° Shore und 85° Shore variiert.
