As explained above, the thinning of zone 5 is favorable correct operation of the keyboard 2, since the dielectric interposed between the operator's finger and the capacitive sensors is reduced, which would not the case if the thinned area 5 was the same thickness as the thick area 4.

  • This reinforcement 11 extends under the thinned zone 5 of the ice 1, of so that the keyboard 2 is sandwiched between the thinned area 5 and reinforcement 11. This reinforcement aims to make the ice 1 again more resistant to impact or pressure.
