Definitions
- the invention relates to a weaving machine for producing a leno fabric according to the Features of the preamble of claims 1, 14, 18 or 22.
- a device for controlling the warp threads when producing a leno fabric in a textile machine is known from document WO 98/07913.
- the device is preferably part of a weaving machine consisting of a weaving drawer carrying a known reed.
- a needle carrier with a multiplicity of needles, which have a needle eye is positioned above the weaving plane, which is determined by the position of the binding point.
- the needle carrier is operatively connected to means which, together with the first warp threads (upright threads), set the same in an oscillating vertical movement to the weaving plane for the purpose of shedding and closing the shed.
- a first shaft frame which is driven vertically to the weaving plane and which has a bar with a plurality of sloping slots arranged in a row in the weaving plane.
- a warp thread (leno thread) is guided in each of these slots, whereby an oscillating transverse movement is imposed on the warp threads when the heald frame oscillates vertically.
- a second heald frame is provided which is driven vertically to the weaving plane and which has a bar in the weaving plane with a slot formed transversely and parallel to the weaving plane. The warp threads (leno threads) are guided in this slot.
- a third, vertically oscillating shaft frame is equipped with a pair of compensation rollers, which are arranged such that they can be moved in a reversed manner with respect to the shaft frame of the third heald frame, for example via a drive which is fixedly connected to a shaft.
- a considerable disadvantage of the known device is that it is expensive constructive training.
- Another disadvantage is that the device has multiple drives requires, namely a first drive for the shaft frame, a second drive for the Needle bar and a third drive for the compensation rollers.
- Another disadvantage is the so-called negatively acting means for moving the leno threads because in the case of uneven or low tension in the leno threads these are no longer forcibly guided in the oblique slots of the first shaft frame and consequently at least some of the leno threads are not oscillating horizontal ones Carry out movement relative to the upright threads. This inevitably leads to incorrect bindings and defects in the leno fabric.
- the first means is part of a u-frame-like structure which is open at the top and has a first leg, at the free end of which the leno thread guide is arranged.
- the guide bar is arranged with a plurality of axially parallel passages for the upright threads.
- a frame-like suspension element for the needle bar and for the deflection element is positioned vertically displaceably between the first leg and the second leg of the u-frame-like structure.
- the vertical displaceability of this suspension element can take place, for example, in sliding guides which are present on the inner surfaces of the legs of the u-frame-like structure or are formed by the latter.
- the frame-like suspension element is equipped with a plurality of connecting means with which length-adjustable connecting rods are provided for establishing a drive connection between the frame-like suspension element and the drive.
- the frame-like structure has at the end facing away from the upright thread guide at least one connecting means for establishing a drive connection with the drive.
- the drive which executes the horizontally oscillating movement of the first means and the vertically oscillating movement of the second means via the coupling elements in question is an eccentric drive, but in particular an eccentric machine known per se as a shedding machine.
- the first means and the second means separate drives can be provided, i.e. the first means is with a first drive Execution of a horizontally oscillating movement and the second means is with a second drive to perform a vertically oscillating movement connected.
- the drive for the first means can be pneumatic, electromagnetic or be an electric motor drive.
- the first means which consists of a first frame-like structure, is arranged at its free end above the weaving plane with a strip having a plurality of axially parallel upright thread passages, the first frame-like structure having a drive for Execution of a horizontally oscillating movement is operatively connected
- the second means consists of a second frame-like structure in the manner of a heald frame, with which above the weaving plane a support element for a needle bar with a plurality of needles arranged in series is connected to an eyelet and on which in the area of the needle bar there is a means deflecting the leno threads, the second structure being operatively connected to a drive for executing a vertically oscillating movement.
- the first and second means extend over the weaving width, each of these means being operatively connected to the drive via a coupling element, which drive is a common drive for the first and second means.
- this drive is also an eccentric drive, in particular an eccentric machine known as a shedding machine.
- a structure designed in the manner of a shaft frame is attached to the first drive-connected means, on which structure at least one known first lamella needle bar for guiding the Leno and upright threads are arranged and that at least one known second lamella needle bar for guiding the leno and upright threads is arranged on the free vertical end of the second drive-connected means and that the first lamella needle bar is arranged on the warp side of the reed above the weaving plane and the second lamella needle bar on the warp side of the reed is arranged below the weaving plane, the drive connection of the first means and the second means being based on a common drive.
- the free end of all the lamellae of the lamella needle bar is connected to a common limiting means which extends over the lamella needle bar and closes the gaps between the lamellae.
- the weaving machine designed according to the invention for producing leno fabric according to claims 1, 18 or 22 advantageously dispenses with a separate drive for executing the horizontally oscillating movement of the means guiding the upright threads and for executing the vertically oscillating movement of the means guiding the leno threads . Due to the fact that the upright threads experience a positive, that is to say an inevitable, horizontally oscillating movement, in the event of tension fluctuations in the warp, ie the upright or leno threads, binding errors in the fabric are almost impossible.
- the weaving machine designed according to the invention according to independent claim 22 dispenses with a deflecting means for the leno threads present in the preceding independent claims. Bending moments in the formation of a shed in the needles guiding the leno threads can thus be avoided.
- a further advantage is achieved in that the leno threads in the weaving shed "comb" the family of upright threads between the warp thread monitor and the weaving point of the fabric, so that no fiber fly is deposited on the group of upright threads.
- the upright threads cannot leave their guide when the upright thread warp coulter is de-energized, for example when changing the warp.
- Figure 1 shows the first means 1 designed and arranged according to the invention, which resembles a frame-like structure which extends over the weaving width of a weaving machine, not shown, with a first guiding means 2 for guiding the leno threads 3 and with a bar 4 for guiding the upright threads 5, on best seen in Figures 6 and 8.
- the guide means 2 consists of a thread guide connected to the frame-like structure 1 in the manner of a reed.
- the strip 4 consists of a plurality of axially parallel passages 6, one passage per standing thread 5.
- the passages 6 can be open or closed at the top.
- the first means 1 has to execute a horizontal oscillatory movement of a few millimeters in the direction of the double arrow 7.
- the means 1 is carried by means of vertically aligned connecting means 1.1 on the means 1 itself and by means of optionally vertically or horizontally aligned connecting means 8.1 of a machine-fixed crossbar 8 by length-adjustable rods 9 so as to be pivotable (horizontally oscillating) in the direction of the double arrow 7.
- the horizontally oscillating drive movement is transmitted to the means 1 via length-adjustable coupling elements 10, which are connected to the drive 11 via at least one connecting means 12.
- the means 1 carries the connection means 1.1 at a free lower end.
- the guide means 2 for the leno threads is arranged in the manner of a reed by means of a clamping strip 13 which can be screw-connected to the means 1.
- the bar 4 is arranged with a plurality of passages 6 for guiding the upright threads 5.
- connection means 14 can be e.g. a coupling link or be a spring-elastic connecting element.
- FIG. 3 shows the second means 16 designed and arranged according to the invention, the a frame-like, over the weaving width of the loom, not shown reaching structure resembles a thread deflecting element 17 in the manner of a deflecting roller which on free upper end of the second means 16 is arranged, and a needle bar 18 with a A large number of needles for guiding the leno threads 3, the needle bar at the same time Training the shed serves.
- Each needle 19 has an eyelet 19.1 at the end which is each a leno thread 3, as shown in Figures 8 and 9.

Features of the preamble of
bekanntes Riet tragenden Weblade.
verbundenen Antrieb.A device for controlling the warp threads when producing a leno fabric in a textile machine is known from document WO 98/07913.
The device is preferably part of a weaving machine consisting of a weaving drawer carrying a known reed.
On the warp side in front of the reed, a needle carrier with a multiplicity of needles, which have a needle eye, is positioned above the weaving plane, which is determined by the position of the binding point. The needle carrier is operatively connected to means which, together with the first warp threads (upright threads), set the same in an oscillating vertical movement to the weaving plane for the purpose of shedding and closing the shed.
On the warp side after the needle carrier is arranged a first shaft frame which is driven vertically to the weaving plane and which has a bar with a plurality of sloping slots arranged in a row in the weaving plane. A warp thread (leno thread) is guided in each of these slots, whereby an oscillating transverse movement is imposed on the warp threads when the heald frame oscillates vertically.
On the warp side after the first heald frame, a second heald frame is provided which is driven vertically to the weaving plane and which has a bar in the weaving plane with a slot formed transversely and parallel to the weaving plane. The warp threads (leno threads) are guided in this slot.
A third, vertically oscillating shaft frame is equipped with a pair of compensation rollers, which are arranged such that they can be moved in a reversed manner with respect to the shaft frame of the third heald frame, for example via a drive which is fixedly connected to a shaft.
A considerable disadvantage of the known device is that it is expensive constructive training. Another disadvantage is that the device has multiple drives requires, namely a first drive for the shaft frame, a second drive for the Needle bar and a third drive for the compensation rollers.
Another disadvantage is the so-called negatively acting means for moving the leno threads because in the case of uneven or low tension in the leno threads these are no longer forcibly guided in the oblique slots of the first shaft frame and consequently at least some of the leno threads are not oscillating horizontal ones Carry out movement relative to the upright threads. This inevitably leads to incorrect bindings and defects in the leno fabric.
Based on this, it is an object of the invention to produce a weaving machine from Leno, upright and weft threads to create existing leno fabric that the Avoids disadvantages from the prior art.

According to
In a further embodiment of the invention, the free end of all the lamellae of the lamella needle bar is connected to a common limiting means which extends over the lamella needle bar and closes the gaps between the lamellae.
The weaving machine designed according to the invention for producing leno fabric according to
Due to the fact that the upright threads experience a positive, that is to say an inevitable, horizontally oscillating movement, in the event of tension fluctuations in the warp, ie the upright or leno threads, binding errors in the fabric are almost impossible.
The weaving machine designed according to the invention according to
A further advantage is achieved in that the leno threads in the weaving shed "comb" the family of upright threads between the warp thread monitor and the weaving point of the fabric, so that no fiber fly is deposited on the group of upright threads. Furthermore, with the means that closes the gaps between the lamellae of the lamella needle bar, it is advantageously achieved that the upright threads cannot leave their guide when the upright thread warp coulter is de-energized, for example when changing the warp.
The invention is explained in more detail below using exemplary embodiments.
