Abstract

Ensemble pompe qui comporte une pompe basse pression (1) aspirant du carburant se trouvant dans un réservoir (2) de carburant et une pompe haute pression (10) dotée de plusieurs éléments (11). Une conduite de refoulement (3) relie la pompe basse pression (1) à une soupape d'aspiration (14) de chaque élément (11) de pompe. Une soupape de régulation (4) de type tiroir et, du côté sortie de cette dernière, une soupape (5) de pression différentielle sont placées dans la conduite de refoulement (3). Une conduite de retour (6) conduisant au réservoir (2) de carburant est branchée entre les deux soupapes (4, 5). La soupape (5) de pression différentielle comporte une pression d'ouverture qui est supérieure à celle des soupapes d'aspiration (14). Ainsi, en cas de refoulement nul de la pompe haute pression (10), l'aspiration de carburant par les éléments (11) de pompe est évitée, tandis qu'en cas de fonctionnement de la pompe haute pression (10) avec remplissage partiel, un remplissage largement uniforme des éléments (11) de pompe avec du carburant est par contre obtenu. Ledit ensemble pompe peut être utilisé dans des systèmes d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne, en particulier dans des systèmes d'injection à rampe commune.
