Abstract
Description
The subject of the present invention is a drainage installation flexible containers and in particular, but not exclusively large ones flexible containers, or FIBC (Large Flexible Bulk Containers).
In this description, by large flexible containers, we means a large capacity container made of a material woven plastic whose trade name is the Anglo-Saxon term big bag.
The present invention relates to the emptying of such containers in the event that these containers contain powdery waste such as as residues from the purification of incineration fumes, garbage housewares or any other special industrial waste which is sent in class 1 storage center for stabilization treatment. In In this case, French law considers that the packaging is soiled by the waste and therefore no reuse is possible.
For this reason, manufacturers send their waste powders in containers without a chute emptying, which saves on manufacturing cost of the container.
The invention also relates to the emptying of such containers whatever their content, as long as these containers are not reused.
We know devices for emptying containers in which one tears the bottom of the container under the action of its own weight on a hollow pyramid whose edges are formed by sharp and sharp knives. However, such a system is insufficient in the case of small flexible containers, that is to say the weight is less than 500 kg which are too light to be able to burst effectively under their own weight when they meet the edges sharp and sharp of the pyramid allowing the tear. These facilities are also insufficient for flexible containers which are equipped with a drain chute which is sewn on reinforcements, the flexible container being too light to allow tearing of the bottom of the container under the action of its own weight due to the presence hems used to fix the drain chute.
In addition, it is desirable that, after the perforation of the bottom of the container, the recovery of its content is done in health and safety conditions as high as possible especially if the containers contain polluting waste.
The object of the present invention is to provide an installation for emptying large or small flexible containers which allow automatically obtain the opening of the bottom of the container in conditions such that they effectively authorize the emptying of the container without the need for manual operations while ensuring optimal conditions for recovery of the contents of the container. We understand that in prior techniques, notches had to be made by execution operators using a mop mounted on a handle or any other cutting tool to obtain sufficient opening of the bottom of the container. The health and safety conditions are in this case clearly insufficient.
- des moyens pour provoquer un mouvement relatif sensiblement vertical desdits moyens par couteau par rapport au fond dudit conteneur, par quoi les moyens par couteau perforent la zone centrale du fond dudit conteneur ;
- means for supporting the container,
- knife means capable of perforating and tearing the material constituting said containers,
- means for causing a substantially vertical relative movement of said means by knife with respect to the bottom of said container, whereby the means by knife perforate the central zone of the bottom of said container;
- means for then moving said knife means in directions having a horizontal radial component with respect to the vertical axis of said container, whereby the bottom of said container is torn and its contents can flow, and
- a hopper having an upper opening surrounding said container when the latter is in its position where said knife means cause its perforation, said opening being equipped with deformable sealing means.
We understand that, thanks to the displacement in directions radial means forming a knife, we actually obtain the tearing the bottom of the container a sufficient distance to effectively allow the container to be emptied without any additional manual operation is not required. We understand also that the installation remains relatively simple.
In addition, thanks to the hopper equipped with sealing means deformable, recovery of materials contained in the container is performed optimally.
Preferably, the installation further comprises a hopper watertight with an upper opening equipped with means dust extraction in the hopper and sealing means deformable are arranged between said suction means and the side wall of said container.
We understand that, in this embodiment, we realize substantially a seal between the container being emptied and the powder material recovery hopper. Ways which preferably form a crown around the container, make it possible to recover the dust which is necessarily caused when the contents of the container towards the bottom of the hopper where these materials are collected.
According to a first embodiment, the perforation by the knife means of the central area of the bottom of the container is obtained by maintaining in a substantially vertical position the means forming a knife and allowing it to descend by gravity, under the effect of its own weight, the container on the end of the means forming knife.
According to a second embodiment, the container occupies a fixed vertical position and causes vertical displacement knife means upward towards the bottom of the container for get its initial perforation.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe verticale de l'ensemble de l'installation de vidange de grands conteneurs souples ;
- la figure 2 est une vue partielle de dessus montrant le guidage des couteaux de l'installation de vidange ;
- Figure 1 is a vertical sectional view of the entire installation for emptying large flexible containers;
- Figure 2 is a partial top view showing the guiding of the knives of the drain installation;
- FIG. 3a is a partial view of the drainage installation showing the knives in their perforation position; and
- Figure 3b shows the movement of the knives to obtain the tearing of the bottom of the container.
Referring first to Figures 1 and 2, we will describe a
first embodiment of the large drainage system
flexible containers. In Figure 1, the support structure is shown
10 of the installation which carries a
supportage 10.In this same figure, a large
The
filtres 54 associé à un aspirateur 56.The open upper part 12a of the
conteneur.Referring now to Figures 3a and 3b, we will describe the
mode of use of the container emptying installation according to the mode
of Figures 1 and 2. The
d'aspiration. In a second embodiment not shown in the
figures, the
