Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aus einer Mischung von Einzelfasem unterschiedlicher Art bestehenden Vlieses, darin bestehend, daß kontinuierlich durchgeführt wird:
    Herstellen eines ersten Schleiers (10) aus Chemiefasern durch Kardieren (1) oder ein sonstiges herkömmliches Verfahren;
    Unterziehen des hierdurch gebildeten Schleiers (10) einer Bindebehandlung mittels Wasserstrahlen, wobei diese Behandlung darin besteht, daß:
    in einer ersten Stufe: der Schleier (10) durch die Einwirkung einer ersten Reihe von Wasserstrahlen (3) verfestigt wird, die auf eine seiner Seiten einwirken, wobei der Schleier (10) von einer Trommel (4) mit Mikroperforationen getragen ist;
    in einer zweiten Stufe: der hierdurch verfestigte Schleier (10) mittels einer Saugwalze oder auf einem Förderorgan durch die Einwirkung von einer oder mehr Reihen von Wasserstrahlen (12) strukturiert wird, wobei die Walze bzw. das Förderorgan von einem groben Gewebe (13) bedeckt ist;
    Ablage von Naturfasern (14) auf der Oberfläche des hierdurch strukturierten Stoffes (10a) durch pneumatisches Legen (6);
    Aussetzen des hierdurch gebildeten komplexen Gebildes (20) der Einwirkung einer neuen Reihe von Wasserstrahlen (7), welche auf die mit Naturfasern bedeckte Seite einwirken;
    Vornehmen einer Trocknungsbehandlung (8) und daraufhin Aufnehmen des Endproduktes in Form einer Rolle.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Cellulosefasem (Holzfasern) (14) auf der Oberfläche des Schleiers (10a) aus Synthetikfasern auf derjenigen Seite verteilt werden, die der Einwirkung derjenigen Strahlen ausgesetzt war, die das Strukturieren des Stoffes ermöglichen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Cellulosefasern (Holzfasern) (14) auf der Oberfläche des Schleiers (10a) aus Synthetikfasern auf der Seite gegenüber derjenigen Seite verteilt werden, die der Einwirkung derjenigen Strahlen ausgesetzt war, die das Strukturieren des Stoffes ermöglichen.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strukturierungsbehandlung (5) durchgeführt wird, indem man die zweite Reihe von Strahlen (12) auf die gleiche Seite des Schleiers einwirken läßt, die auch dem Aufprall der die Verfestigungswirkung hervorrufenden Strahlen (3) ausgesetzt war.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strukturierungsbehandlung (5) durchgeführt wird, man die zweite Reihe von Strahlen auf die Seite des Schleiers einwirken läßt, die entgegengesetzt zu der Seite ist, welche dem Aufprall der die Verfestigungswirkung hervorrufenden Strahlen ausgesetzt war.
  6. Vlies, welches insbesondere durch Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 hergestellt ist, bestehend aus einer Mischung von Fasern unterschiedlicher Art, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es es aus einem aus Chemiefasern (Kunst- und/oder Synthetikfasern) hergestellten Stoff zusammengesetzt ist, an dem eine Behandlung zum Binden und Umorientieren der Fasern mittels Wasserstrahlen vorgenommen wurde, wodurch der Erhalt von abwechselnden Zonen unterschiedlicher Porosität ermöglicht wird, wobei Naturfasern, insbesondere Holzfasern vorzugsweise im Inneren der Zonen mit hoher Porosität verteilt sind, und der Zusammenhalt des Ganzen ebenfalls durch Verwirren mit Hilfe der Einwirkung von Wasserstrahlen hergestellt wird.
