Claims (10)
- Trockenpartie zur Trocknung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier-, Karton-oder Tissuebahn in Maschinen zur Herstellung und/oder Veredelung derselben bestehend aus mehreren Trockengruppen, in denen die Faserstoffbahn (1) über beheizte Trockenzylinder (2) und Leitwalzen (3) geführt wird, wobei die Faserstoffbahn (1) von wenigstens einem Band (4) der jeweiligen Trockengruppe gegen die Mantelfläche der Trockenzylinder (2) gedrückt und die Faserstoffbahn (1) an wenigstens einer Übergabestelle (5) zwischen zwei mitlaufenden Transferelementen (6,7) übergeben wird und das übernehmende Transferelement (7) eine höhere Geschwindigkeit als das übergebende Transferelement (6) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transferelemente (6,7) an der Übergabestelle (5) (mit Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz) nicht gegeneinander gedrückt werden und einen Abstand von weniger als 70 mm aufweisen.
- Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Transferelementen (6,7) an der Übergabestelle (5) mit Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz größer als Null und kleiner als 35 mm ist.
- Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Transferelement (6) als Walze, vorzugsweise als Trockenzylinder (2) ausgeführt ist.
- Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest ein Transferelement (7) als Band (4), vorzugsweise als Trockensieb ausgebildet ist. - Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das übernehmende Transferelement (7) als Band (4) ausgeführt ist und an der Übergabestelle (5) über ein Saugelement (8), vorzugsweise in Form einer besaugten Walze geführt wird.
- Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 3 und 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (4) die Walze an der Übergabestelle (5) nicht umschlingt.
- Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Transferelemente (6,7) als Band (4) ausgeführt sind und die Bänder (4) an der Übergabestelle (5) nur über eine möglichst kurze Strecke gemeinsam verlaufen.
- Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erste Trockengruppe nur einen oder zwei, vorzugsweise einen Trockenzylinder (2) besitzt. - Trockenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest an der Übergabestelle (5) zwischen der ersten und zweiten Trockengruppe eine Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz zwischen den Transferelementen (6,7) vorliegt. - Trockenpartie nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geschwindigkeit des übernehmenden Transferelementes (7) an der Übergabestelle (5) zwischen der ersten und zweiten Trockengruppe maximal 2,5 %, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 2,0 % höher als die des übergebenden Transferelementes (6) ist.
