Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Vermischen von mindestens zwei verschiedenen für die Papiererzeugung bestimmten Faserstoffsuspensionen (1, 2) untereinander und mit einem Dünnstoff (3) von geringerem Feststoffgehalt als die Faserstoffsuspensionen (1, 2),
wodurch eine Mischsuspension entsteht, welche über eine Mischpumpe (4) einer Papiermaschine zuzuleiten ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Vorrichtung ein Mischgefäß (5, 5') enthält mit mindestens einem stromaufwärts angeordneten Mischrohr (6) mit Zuleitungen (8, 9) für die Faserstoffsuspensionen (1, 2) sowie einer stromabwärts angeordneten zur Mischpumpe (4) führenden Ablaufleitung (10) unddass die Ablaufleitung (10) in die Zuleitung (11) des Dünnstoffs (3) zur Mischpumpe (4) mündet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Mischrohr (6) mindestens einen statischen Mischer (7) enthält. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Mischgefäß (5, 5') einen mechanischen antreibbaren Rührer (12) enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Mischgefäß (5') geschlossen und für Überdruck ausgelegt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Mischgefäß (5) offen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Ablaufleitung (10) eine Pumpe (15) enthält. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Volumen des Mischgefäßes (5, 5') so bemessen ist, dass bei seinem bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb die mittlere Verweilzeit der Suspension zwischen 8 und 15 sec beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Mischrohr (6) so bemessen ist, dass sich bei seinem bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb eine mittlere Strömungsgeschwindigkeit von 1 bis 2 m/sec einstellt.
