Abstract
Description
- Chaque zone de réception comprend une partie allongée de largeur égale à la première largeur et deux parties d'extrémité de cette première partie, les parties d'extrémité formant chacune une zone de réception d'une partie d'un des oeillets.
- La zone en creux présente, au niveau des orifices, une section évasée, notamment globalement tronconique. Dans ce cas, on peut prévoir que le diamètre maximal de la section globalement tronconique est égal à la seconde largeur. Cette géométrie de la zone de réception permet une transmission d'efforts efficace entre chaque oeillet et la partie correspondante de la zone en creux, sans cisaillement ou déformation notable de l'oeillet.
- La première largeur est sensiblement égale ou légèrement supérieure au diamètre nominal de la corde.
- La zone en creux a, sur la plus grande partie de sa longueur, une section transversale en forme de V ou de U.
- La corde est en appui contre le cadre au niveau du fond de la zone en creux dans sa partie de première largeur, lorsqu'elle est tendue dans des oeillets logés dans des orifices de cette zone. En d'autres termes, les oeillets se raccordent à la zone de première largeur, de telle sorte que la corde est supportée par cette zone, ce qui permet d'éviter une rupture prématurée de la corde qui se produit parfois lorsque celle-ci est tendue entre des oeillets à distance du cadre.
- Il comprend plusieurs zones discrètes de réception de la corde, ces zones étant séparées deux à deux par une section du cadre dépourvue de zones de réception de la corde. Cet aspect de l'invention tire partie du fait que les zones de passage de la corde à l'extérieur du cadre peuvent être prédéterminées avant la formation du tamis et que certaines parties du côté extérieur du cadre ne sont pas destinées à recevoir une partie de la corde. Il est donc possible de ne pas ménager de zone en creux sur ces parties, notamment dans la section du cadre opposée au manche, ce qui permet de conserver au cadre une section globalement arrondie, adaptée sur le plan de la rigidité, entre les zones de réception de la corde.
- Il comprend plusieurs zones de réception de la corde, certaines au moins de ces zones étant jointives, avec certains orifices communs à deux zones adjacentes.
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un cadre de raquette conforme à l'invention avec deux oeillets de guidage en cours de mise en place ;
- La figure 2 est une coupe longitudinale de la partie avant du cadre de la figure 1 ;
- La figure 3 est une section selon la ligne III-III à la figure 2 ;
- La figure 4 est une section selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 2 ;
- La figure 5 est une section selon la ligne V-V à la figure 2 et
- La figure 6 est une coupe longitudinale de principe, à plus grande échelle que la figure 2, du cadre des figures 1 à 5 équipé d'une corde formant tamis.
Claims (10)
- Cadre (2) de raquette de badminton (1) comprenant des orifices (5) de passage d'une corde (8) destinée à former le tamis de la raquette, lesdits orifices étant équipés d'oeillets (7) de guidage de ladite corde alors qu'au moins une zone en creux est formée par le côté extérieur (2a) dudit cadre pour la réception de ladite corde passant dans deux desdits orifices, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone (z, 5a, 6) a, sur la plus grande partie de sa longueur, une première largeur (l1) inférieure au diamètre maximum (d2) desdits oeillets et, au niveau desdits orifices (5), une seconde largeur (l2) supérieure audit diamètre.
- Cadre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque zone (z) de réception comprend au moins une partie allongée (6) de largeur égale à la première largeur (l1) et au moins deux parties d'extrémité (5a) de ladite première partie, lesdites parties d'extrémité formant chacune une zone de réception d'une des parties (7b) d'un desdits oeillets (7).
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone (z) présente, au niveau desdits orifices (5), une section évasée (5a), notamment globalement tronconique.
- Cadre selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre maximal (l2) de ladite section globalement tronconique est égal à ladite seconde largeur.
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite première largeur (l1) est sensiblement égale ou légèrement supérieure du diamètre nominal (d1) de ladite corde (8).
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone (z) a, sur la plus grande partie (6) de sa longueur, une section transversale en forme de V ou de U.
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite corde (8) est en appui contre ledit cadre (2) au niveau du fond (6a) de ladite zone (z) dans sa partie (6) de première largeur, lorsqu'elle est tendue entre des oeillets (7) logés dans des orifices (5) de ladite zone.
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend plusieurs zones discrètes (z) de réception de ladite corde (8), lesdites zones étant séparées deux à deux par une section (2c) dudit cadre (2) dépourvue de zone de réception (z) de ladite corde (8).
- Cadre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend plusieurs zones (z) de réception de ladite corde (8), certaines au moins desdites zones étant jointives, avec certains orifices (5) communs à deux zones adjacentes.
- Raquette de badminton (1), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un cadre (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
