Abstract

Raquette, notamment pour le tennis, en matière synthétique renforcée par des fibres résistantes, ces fibres résistantes se présentant sous la forme d'au moins une gaine tressée s'étendant au moins selon le pourtour du cadre et imprégné par la matière synthétique polymérisée. Une telle raquette est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, au moins sur le côté extérieur du cadre, un bandage en une matière usinable, notamment synthétique, et d'épaisseur suffisante pour le perçage des trous de passage, éventuellement fraisés, de la corde du cordage, et pour le fraisage de cannelures reliant deux trous voisins et destinées à recevoir les parties correspondantes de la corde.
