Description
Zu demselben Zweck sieht eine weitere Ausführungsform gemäß der Erfindung vor, dass die Längsmittelachse der Unterarm-Auflage in ihren um 180° versetzten Drehstellungen sowie die Drehachse des zweiten Drehgelenkes etwa in einer Ebene angeordnet sind.
Durch Einführen des Steuerprogramm-Datenträgers in das Steuerprogramm-Lesegerät und Einlesen der auf den Steuerprogramm-Datenträger abgespeicherten Daten in die Steuereinrichtung kann das erfindungsgemäße Therapiegerät entsprechend den vom Arzt empfohlenen Therapie- und Behandlungswerten, wie beispielsweise entsprechend den zur postoperativen Mobilisation eines Schultergelenkes gewünschten und für eine kontinuierliche Adduktions-, Abduktions-, Elevations- beziehungsweise Rotationsbewegung oder für eine Ante- beziehungsweise Retroversion vorgesehenen Schwenkwinkel, automatisch gesteuert werden. Durch Austauschen der Steuerprogramm-Datenträger lässt sich das Gerät mit geringem Aufwand an die dem nächsten Patienten zugeordneten Therapievorschläge anpassen, ohne dass dafür weiteres fachkundiges Personal benötigt wird.

Claims (19)
- Therapiegerät (1) zur Behandlung eines Schuler- und/oder Ellenbogengelenkes und zur Durchführung einer kontinuierlichen passiven Körperbewegung an einem Patienten mit einem als Armschiene (2) ausgebildeten Körper-Tragelement, das an einem eine Sitzfläche (6) aufweisenden Geräteträger mittels Schulter-Schwenkgelenken (3, 4, 20) derart gehalten ist, dass der Schnittpunkt Ihrer Gelenkachsen etwa im Schulterbereich eines Patienten liegt, wobei die Armschiene (2) mit dem ersten Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (3) über einen insbesondere gebogenen oder abgewinkelten Verbindungsarm (7) mit der Armschiene verbunden ist, und dass zwischen der Armschiene (2) und dem Verbindungsarm (7) ein zweites, eine etwa vertikale Schwenkebene vorgebendes Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (4) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes, eine etwa horizontale Schwenkebene vorgebendes Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (3) derart unterhalb der Sitzfläche (6) für den sitzenden Patienten angeordnet oder positionierbar ist, dass deren Gelenkachse die Sitzfläche (6) durchsetzt.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (3) als ein manuell verstellbares und festlegbares Schwenkgelenk ausgestaltet ist.
- Therapiegerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem ersten Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (3) eine Skala zum Ablesen des eingestellten Schulter-Schwenkwinkels zugeordnet ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Armschiene (2) eine Unterarmauflage (15) trägt, dass die Unterarmauflage (15) über ein, eine Rotationsbewegung vorgebendes drittes Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (20) mit der Armschiene (2) verbunden ist und dass die Gelenkachse des dritten Schulter-Schwenkgelenkes (20) etwa durch den Schnittpunkt des ersten und des zweiten Schulter-Schwenkgelenkes (3, 4) verläuft.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste, das zweite und/oder das dritte Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (3, 4, 20) einen motorischen Schwenkantrieb (17) aufweisen.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Armschiene (2) zumindest zwei Schienenteile (12, 13) hat, von denen ein vorderes freies Schienenteil (12) eine Unterarmauflage (15) trägt, dass die Unterarmauflage (15) sowie zumindest das mit ihr verbundene Schienenteil (12) zur wahlweisen Behandlung des rechten oder des linken Armes eines Patienten in spiegelbildlicher Lage einsetzbar sind, dass die zumindest zwei Schienenteile (12, 13) über ein erstes Dreh- und/oder Schwenkgelenk (14) bewegbar und festlegbar miteinander verbunden sind und dass die Unterarmauflage (15) mittels eines zweiten Drehgelenkes (16) am vorderen freien Schienenteil (12) um dessen Längsachse verdrehbar und festlegbar gehalten ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Drehgelenk (14, 16) jeweils einen Drehwinkel von zumindest 90° und vorzugsweise von wenigstens etwa 180° haben.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Drehgelenk (14) ein Verdrehen oder Verschwenken der an ihm angreifenden Schienenteile (12, 13) in einer etwa horizontal orientierten Dreh- oder Schwenkebene erlaubt.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und/oder zweite Drehgelenk (14, 16) mittels einer Rast- oder Reibkupplung in ihrer Drehstellung festlegbar sind.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsmittelachsen des am zweiten Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (4) angreifenden Teilbereiches (10) des Verbindungsarmes (7) einerseits und des Schienenteiles (13) der Armschiene (2) andererseits etwa in der Schwenkebene des zweiten Schulter-Schwenkgelenkes (4) angeordnet sind.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsmittelachse der Unterarm-Auflage (15) in ihren um 180° versetzten Drehstellungen sowie die Drehachse des zweiten Drehgelenkes (16) etwa in einer Ebene angeordnet sind.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Armschiene (2) wahlweise an einer von zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Behandlungsstuhles (5) lösbar befestigbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm (7) zumindest zwei lösbar verbindbare Armteile (9, 10) hat, dass beidseits des Behandlungsstuhles (5) ein erstes Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (3) vorgesehen ist und dass jedes erste Schulter-Schwenkgelenk (3) ein erstes Armteil (9) des Verbindungsarmes (7) trägt, das über zumindest ein zweites Armteil (10) des Verbindungsarmes (7) mit der Armschiene (2) lösbar verbindbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von den beidseits des Behandlungsstuhles (5) vorgesehenen ersten Schulter-Schwenkgelenken (3) wechselweise ein Schwenkgelenk (3) mit der Armschiene (2) und ein auf der gegenüberliegenden Stuhlseite angeordnetes Schwenkgelenk (3) mit einer Armstütze (11) lösbar verbindbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das an einem der ersten Schulter-Schwenkgelenke (3) angreifende und das mit der Armschiene (2) oder der Armstütze (11) verbundene Armteil (9, 10) teleskopartig ineinander greifen.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ineinander greifenden Armteile (9, 10) in Längsrichtung verstellbar und festlegbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Armschiene (2) zur Durchführung einer kontinuierlichen passiven Körperbewegung an einem Patienten mittels zumindest eines Bewegungsantriebes (17) bewegbar ist, wobei wenigstens ein Bewegungsantrieb (17) mit einer Steuereinrichtung in Steuerverbindung steht.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung ein Steuerprogramm-Lesegerät (18) hat und dass in das Steuerprogramm-Lesegerät (18) maschinenlesbare Steuerprogramm-Datenträger (19) einlesbar sind, auf denen jeweils ein für jeden Patienten individuelles Steuerprogramm abspeicherbar ist.
- Therapiegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerprogramm-Datenträger (19) als Magnetstreifen- und/oder Chipkarte ausgebildet sind.
