Definitions

  • the invention relates to a closure for doors of devices in which goods or Foods may be exposed to increased temperature and / or pressure, consisting of a locking pin that can be attached to the device housing and that is transverse to its longitudinal axis has at least one latching recess, and a locking element which in spring force in can immerse the mentioned recess, and one connected to the locking element Operating handle.
  • DE 42 08 216 A1 discloses a door lock, preferably for hot appliance doors has the following structure: A locking pin is inserted into the door, which is immovably rotatably mounted and has a handle on the outside.
  • the Locking pin is coupled to a return spring and has a locking groove that in a certain circumferential section is arranged.
  • One wall of the locking groove is the Facing the door surface runs parallel to the door surface.
  • a lock case is provided on the device housing, which has an opening for the introduction of the Has locking pin.
  • the lock case is a cross to the trajectory of the Locking pin slidable locking member mounted, which is under spring force and against the locking pin is pressed.
  • the locking member is designed as a locking slide, which in two different grooves Can engage locking pin.
  • the bolt slide stops in the inner groove adjacent to the door leaf.
  • the return spring provides the locking pin to the rotational position in which the axial plane of the first groove with the movement path of the bolt slide is aligned.
  • the locking pin is rotated about its longitudinal axis until the Latch slide is pushed out of the first groove, i.e. the slide on the base the second groove can slide.
  • the spring force of the door seal pushes the door leaf over a few mm or cm until the movement through the stop surface of the second groove is limited.
  • the door leaf is held in this position until the handle again, but now by a larger angle, is rotated.
  • the bolt slide will then pushed so far until its edge slide over the cylindrical part of the locking pin can, so that the door can be opened fully.
  • a return spring is provided between the door leaf and locking pin, which tries to to push the deflected handle into the middle position. Another return spring moves the bolt slide in one or the other groove of the locking pin. But this feather must - at least in one embodiment - be so strong that in the intermediate position Latch slide on the bottom of the associated groove holds, so that the handle is not automatically goes into the middle position. Then the lock would be without contact open the handle completely.
  • the door lock described is relatively expensive because it is in addition to that in the door stored locking pin with differently milled grooves and a return spring an expensive lock case needed, in which the bolt slide easily movable against the Force of the spring mentioned must be slidably mounted.
  • the closure is also prone to failure, because the locking pin and the bolt slide worn out by friction. If the hinges or other parts give way, there is Risk of jamming.
  • a pin with a tangential groove is attached to the wall of the container.
  • Closure element is a leg spring engaging in the groove, which in the plane of the Flap lies and be pressed apart by a handle and an expansion element can. When closing the leg spring is through the tapered end of the bolt pressed apart. This process is associated with heavy friction and wear, so this principle doesn't work for commercial devices with over a hundred operations per day seems appropriate.
  • the invention has for its object a permanent reduction in Avoid locking security and a particularly reliable and inexpensive one or to create two-stage door lock, the construction of larger tolerances on the door and housing.
  • the locking element consists of a U-shaped
  • a spring clip the level of which is perpendicular to the door when the lock is installed in the door, and which is on the door leaf storable shaft of the operating handle is attached that its crossbar resiliently perpendicular is deflectable to the axis of rotation, and that the actuating handle by a leg spring in the Middle position is held, from which it can be deflected so far that the crossbar of the resilient Bracket is lifted onto an axially parallel surface of the locking pin, causing the Door can be opened.
  • the locking pin is designed so that result in two closed positions.
  • the door can be closed with one movement or be slammed, while the opening inevitably takes place in two stages.
  • Movement of the operating handle clockwise results in a pre-opening in which hot Can pull vapors out of the housing.
  • the handle immediately moves into the Middle position back. If you now deflect it counterclockwise, it becomes spring latch fully released and the door can be opened fully.
  • Fig. 1 denotes an operating handle, 2 a handle plate, 2a the cylindrical neck of this plate, 3 a fastening screw and 4 a very short shaft.
  • the handle 1 is fastened to the shaft 4 by means of the screw 3.
  • a 0-ring 5 reduces the friction between the shaft 4 and the handle plate 2.
  • a U-shaped spring clip 7 is fastened to the shaft 4 with the aid of a screw 6, the cross bar 7a of which carries a roller 8.
  • a leg spring 9 is also mounted, which returns the handle 1 to the central position after deflection.
  • the handle plate 2 has two mounting holes 2b, 2c, by means of which the handle plate 2 can be attached to the door of the device.
  • a so-called hygiene sleeve 10 is arranged in front of the handle shield 2 and is intended to protect the mechanism from dust and swaths.
  • a locking pin is designated, which can be made of hexagon material, for example.
  • the front area 11a is designed as a cone, the rear 11b as a threaded rod.
  • a locking recess 11c which runs transversely to the main axis, is milled out, the locking surface 11c1 of which is perpendicular to the axis indicated by dash-dotted lines.
  • the locking pin 11 is screwed to the frame of the device housing. If you have the Presses the door, the roller 8 approaches the cone 11a. He directs the spring clip 7 down until the roller 8 snaps into the recess 11c. The door is locked whereby a circumferential seal is compressed and exerts a counterforce. If you now turn the operating handle by about 45 °, the roller 8 is under Deformation of the resilient bracket 7 pressed down until the roller 8 over the Blocking surface 11c 1 slides away
  • the leg spring 9 is on a mandrel 12 stored.
  • the spring 9 is deformed.
  • the crosspiece 7a the role 8 pushed.
  • 3 and 4 represent octagonal grips 13 which are fastened via holes 13a, 13b become.
  • the leg spring 9 rests on a mandrel 12 which is part of the shaft 4.
  • 4a is denotes an axially parallel surface, the grooves 4b, 4c for receiving the spring clip 7 having.
  • the two legs of the spring 9 lie on a V-shaped recess 4d. Your Ends rest on stop faces 13c, 13d of the handle plate 13.
  • Fig. 5 shows the locking pin 11 for a one-step locking.
  • the contour lines are round at the bottom, parallel at the sides and prismatic at the top.
  • Line 11c indicates the recess.
  • the cross section is a hexagon.
  • 5c shows the side view with the cone 11a, the threaded rod 11b and the locking recess 11c. In order to convert a one-stage closure into a two-stage, it is sufficient to replace the locking pin 11 by another with two locking recesses.
  • Fig. 6 shows a side view, top view and front view of a locking pin 14 for a two-stage lock.
  • a conical surface is designated 14a, the threaded rod 14b.
  • a first latching recess 14c applies to the tight door lock, a second 14d applies to the pre-opening step.
  • the actual blocking surfaces 14c1 and 14d1 are perpendicular to the AB axis.
  • the right boundary of the locking recess 14d is an inclined surface 14d2.
  • the device can ventilate, meaning that steam, steam or smoke can escape.
  • the operating handle To open the door completely, the operating handle must now be moved counterclockwise.
  • 6b shows the locking pin 14 from above.
  • a further additional cutout 14f can be seen, which enables the roller 8 to overcome the blocking surface 14d1 by rotating it counterclockwise.
  • Fig. 6c shows the locking pin 14 in the rear view.
  • the whole system is absolutely foolproof. You can push the door shut or throw it shut. An additional spring can be provided for opening the door, so that the opening movement takes place automatically after complete unlocking. It is also not necessary to really touch the operating handle 1. It can also be moved with the elbow if the user does not have his hands free.
  • Fig. 7a shows the spring clip 7 with the cross bar 7a and the roller 8 from above. It can be seen that the basically U-shaped spring wire bow is folded at different intervals at the right end. The bent ends 7b and 7c lie in the recesses 4b and 4c during assembly (in FIGS. 3 and 4). In this position they are secured by an indicated disc 15 and a screw 16. 7b shows parts 7 and 8 from the side. The shorter spring leg 7d is pretensioned during assembly. The relaxed position 8 (thinner line) is marked 7d '.
  • Fig. 7c shows the spring clip 7 and the roller 8 seen from behind in the pretensioned position.
  • the described novel system for one- or two-stage locking of a door is extremely simple, can be quickly converted from one type to the other and, above all, is insensitive to faults. Since the locking element consists of a simple spring clip, there are no sliding surfaces that could stick due to traces of grease or the like. Tolerances between the door and the housing, which can occur due to wear on the hinges, temperature differences or incrustations, have only little influence on the function. If the door seals age and their springback properties deteriorate, the locking pin can be easily adjusted using its threaded rod.
