Description
The invention relates to a stacking device for flat, upright items according to the preamble of the claim 1.
In sorting systems for flat items such as letters, cards etc., both batches of items are separated to the subsequent To be able to perform sorting, as well Consolidated consignments in stacks, e.g. in side by side Stacking compartments. The flat programs are in Cover tape systems clamped transported and in a standing position Position stacked.
So werden die Dicken der einzustapelnden Sendungen gemessen und dementsprechend wird die Stütze von der Einstapelstelle weg mittels Antrieb verfahrenSo that the stack that forms does not tip over, it must be countered on the shipment delivery side. To do this, stack in the direction sliding supports used. For controlling Different variants of the shifting process are possible. This is how the thicknesses of the items to be stacked are measured and accordingly the support from the stacking point move away using the drive
In a cost-effective variant, the shipments are slanted transported towards the support in the stacking place. The support is created by the force component in the stacking direction against a spring force in the direction of the stacking point from the stacking point moved away.
If the stack has reached its target size, the support becomes folded to the side so that the stack from the stacking compartment is unhindered can be pushed out. In order not to To get into the work area of the adjacent stacking compartment the support does not exceed a certain size. By The support becomes spring-loaded after emptying to the stacking point pushed or pulled.
Assign the items to be stacked very different Sizes, the stack starts at a certain stack thickness to tip over because the big shipments are about the relative tilt the small support. A higher arrangement of the support is not possible, because otherwise the small, flexible items below the prop would slide through.
To prevent this are disclosed in US-A-4,241,909 and JP 02 198 966 A / Patent Abstracts of Japan vol. 014, no. 488 (M-1039) stacking devices for flat, upright standing programs of different sizes described which sliding stack supports to hold the stack stack formation in the course of the movement in the stacking direction from a lower, most of the smallest shipments safe holding position can be moved to an upper position are stored, in which the lower part of the stack support below the top edge of the smallest shipments and the upper part of the stack support above the center of gravity of the largest shipments. Keep this movement the stack support contributes to its spatial orientation.
The invention has for its object a stacking device for flat, upright items different Size with a sliding in the stacking direction Stacking support of limited size and a stacking place to create the stack support in the course of the stack formation from a lower position in an upper one, so that the shipments with a clean stacked image can be stacked without tilting.
Because, depending on the spectrum, the large programs often only start from one certain stack thickness start to tip over, the moving up takes place the support is only available from a selectable stack thickness.
The movement of the support from the lower to the upper end position is realized by a swivel movement.
According to the invention the object is achieved by the features of the claim 1 solved. At the beginning of the respective stacking process small and flexible items cannot slide under the support and with increasing stack thickness and the higher The position of the support can no longer be flexible No longer stack the small shipments under the support slip through.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims shown.
It is advantageous to put the support in on the displacement path the same horizontal position to pivot and by a rising track outside the pivot point so feed the prop when moving in the stacking direction swivel up.

transportierten Sendungen 1 erzeugte Kraftkomponente
According to FIG 1, a shipment 1, in this case a
small shipment, from the
So that with increasing stack thickness large consignments 1
do not tilt over the
In the upper end position, as shown in FIG 2, can
the large shipments no longer tip over the
