Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Wechseln eines rotationssymmetrischen Bauteiles in einer Druck- oder Lackiermaschine, welches in einer in Seitengestellen angeordneten Lagerung aufgenommen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine antreibbare und steuerbare Handhabevorrichtung (10) vorgesehen ist und dass daran zwei antreibbare und steuerbare Greifeinrichtungen (9) zur endseitigen Aufnahme, Lagesicherung und Freigabe eines rotationssymmetrischen Bauteils (5 oder 15) angeordnet sind und dass die Handhabevorrichtung (10) zumindest auf einer zwischen einer Lagerung (6) und einer Lagerstelle (7) verlaufenden ersten Führungsbahn steuerbar ist und zwischen einer der Lagerung (6) und einer Lagerstelle (8) verlaufenden zweiten Führungsbahn steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Handhabevorrichtung (10) zwischen den Lagerstellen (7, 8) auf einer dritten Führungsbahn steuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Handhabevorrichtung (10) an den Seitengestellen (13) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 3,
dass am jeweiligen Seitengestell (13) die Handhabevorrichtung (10) durch eine horizontal und eine vertikal bewegbare Lineareinheit (H, V) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass am jeweiligen Seitengestell (13) die Handhabevorrichtung (10) durch eine gestellfest angeordnete Dreheinheit (12) und eine mit der Dreheinheit (12) in Funktionsverbindung stehende vertikal bewegbare Lineareinheit (V) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jede vertikale Lineareinheit (V) in einem an jeder horizontalen Lineareinheit (H) angeordneten Drehgelenk (16) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Greifeinrichtung (9) das rotationssymmetrische Bauteil (5 oder 15) formschlüssig aufnimmt und in seiner Lage sichert. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Greifeinrichtung (9) dass rotationssymmmetrische Bauteil (5 oder 15) kraftschlüssig aufnimmt und in seiner Lage sichert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Greifeinrichtung (9) durch eine Kugeltraghülse mit wenigstens einer umfangsseitig verliersicher angeordneten Kugel gebildet ist, dass jede Kugel zum Umfang der Kugeltraghülse hervorstehbar und zurückziehbar angeordnet ist und dass eine Betätigungseinrichtung an der Greifeinrichtung (9) angeordnet ist, welche die Bewegung der Kugeltraghülse mittels eines Bolzens steuert, um eine formschlüssig lösbare Verbindung mit einer Öffnung (14) des zu wechselnden Bauteiles (5 oder 15) zu erzielen.
