Definitions
- the invention relates to a drawer full extension set according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- the invention further relates to a clutch for a full extension set.
- Full pull-out drawers or drawer pulls for short, are in known many designs and indicate when a Full extension with over extension, i.e. the drawer completely should be pullable out of the body, three each Rails, namely a cabinet rail, a shop rail and in between one relative to both rails movable middle rail on. In the simplest Design, the three rails are mutually above Rolls joined together and the middle rail is dragged along when pulling out the drawer. To one uniform pull-out of the central rail must be obtained known various measures with which these reduced pull-out speed with regard to the drawer is taken away.
- DE-A1-41 21 070 suggests Connection of the rails by a tape, which over a differential role runs and so a definable Speed course of the three rails relative allowed to each other.
- the object of the present invention is now to to create a full extension drawer set which a simple, inexpensive construction and has a smooth, smooth, smooth movement The drawer can be pulled out or inserted.
- a another object of the invention is to provide a Coupling, which is a defined entrainment of the Central rail enables
- the arrangement of the differential roller on the front edge of the The carcase rail always ensures a positive connection the middle rail already at the beginning of the pull-out movement of the Drawer from the body. After the rear end of the Drawer and thus the differential rail of the drawer rail has passed, a clutch engages the middle rail a driver on the shop rail and causes the two middle rails synchronized with the drawer to be carried outside and therefore always a perfect even support and one the drawer runs smoothly.
- the differential roller 9 includes one Groove 11 with the larger diameter and a groove 13 with the smaller diameter.
- the lower leg 17 of the Body rail 1 is flat and in the example shown perpendicular to the base leg 19.
- the upper Leg 20 forms a downward concave groove 21.
- Die concave groove 21 ends at a distance before the end 7 (Figure 7).
- the distance enables the rear roller 23 on the middle rail 25 from above into the space between the lower leg 17 and the upper leg 20 of the Insert carcase rail 1.
- two pull-out stops 27 are preferably formed, for example in the form of humps, which for the rear roller 23 of the central rail 25 a temporary Make a stop.
- the rear roller 23 on the middle rail 25 projects beyond its lower leg 17.
- the central rail 25 further comprises a front roller 31, which projects above the upper edge 34 of the central rail 25.
- On the middle rail 25 can also have a stop 33 at the rear be trained.
- the bottom lying rear roller 23 preferably in one stepped region 35 of the base leg 37 of the Center rail 25 is rotatably attached. This makes possible it that the roller 23 in the plane of the base leg 37 comes to rest and thus a narrow construction is possible is.
- On the upper edge of the base leg 37 is a c-shaped one Rail 39 with a lower flat tread 41 and a concave upper guide 42 or attached. The c-shaped rail 39 only extends over the rear half of the middle rail 25.
- the latter serves to guide the single roller 43 in the area of Rear edge of the drawer rail 45.
- a guideway 47 which is a Guide and tread for the front roller 31 on the Center rail 25 forms.
- a mounting rail 51 In the central area of the plate 46 of the shop rail 45 is a mounting rail 51 with a downward tread 53 attached. Latter comes into contact with the groove on the large diameter 11 the differential roller 9 when the drawer is partially in the body is pushed in (see situation Figure 11).
- the one as a clutch serving lever 55 includes a hook-shaped end 59, formed from an outer nose 61 and an inner nose 63.
- a nose or close to the lugs 61 and 63 Slide surface 65 and the edge 67 on.
- the sliding surface 65 lies between the end of the lever 55 and the nose 61; the Flank 67, which is at an obtuse angle to the sliding surface 65 is inclined, extends in the direction of the bolt 57.
- the sliding surface 65 and the flank 67 lie in one Surface of the lever 55 laterally projecting area.
- a cam 69 on which the lever 55 can be latched, is fastened to the mounting rail 51 on the drawer rail 45.
- a trigger 71 is also fastened to the lever 55 and penetrates a recess 73 in the central rail 25.
- the drawer full extension set works explained in more detail.
- the drawer is the differential roller 9 by the at the Drawer rail 45 attached mounting rail 51, the Tread 53 on the larger diameter 11 of the Differential roller 9 is supported, set in motion and thereby the middle rail 25, which on the smaller Diameter 13 of the differential roller 9 also rests set in motion.
- the speed of movement of the Middle machine 25 corresponds to the ratio of the two Diameter on the differential roller 9.
- the middle rail 25 is pulled out from below through the Differential roller 9 (there by the smaller diameter 13) supported on the lower edge 26 and with that on the Center rail 25 attached rear roller 23, which runs within the body rail 1, on tilting prevented.
- the roller 23 is supported in the concave Groove 21 of the upper leg 20 and is by the Groove 21 also guided laterally.
- the drawer itself which is attached to the two shop rails 45 exit side, i.e. front, on the front roller 31 of the Center rail 25 supported.
- the role 31 is in of the guide track 47 of the shop rail 45. To a Prevents the drawer from tipping over rear roller 43 of the shop rail 45 on the rail 39 of the Center rail 25 from.
- the roller 31 on the central rail 25 is preferred placed in such a way that the guideway 47 on the The drawer rail 45 is not on the drawer when it is inserted Roller 31 rests and only when pulling out the drawer the role 31 assumes a support function. In this way it is ensured that the loading rail 45 is initially almost exclusively when pulling out the drawer the differential roller 9 rests and this thereby in
- the lever 55 is provided. If, in the course of pulling out the drawer, at the latest when the driver 69 reaches the flank 67 of the clutch lever 55, the clutch lever 55 is raised and the driver 69 passes under the nose 63 (FIG. 10) until it reaches the flank of the nose 61 and clicks into place , Now the middle rail 25 is taken in synchronism to the end, ie until full or over-extension ( Figure 12).
- the large nose 61 protrudes downward from the small nose 63, so that when the clutch lever 55 is raised by the curve 60 from the differential roller 9 it cannot disengage.
- the sliding surface 65 and the edge 57 end on the same Height, i.e. the lugs 61 and 63 are approximately on same height.
- the lever 55 rotates through Dead weight in a clockwise direction and clicks on the nose 61 on. From this moment on, the middle rail 25 is connected same speed as the shop rail 45 with the Drawer pulled out. The effect of the differential roller 9 at this point, the middle rail 25 is omitted since the shop rail 45 no longer on the larger one Diameter 11 is supported.
- the rear roller 23 pushes the middle rail 25 at the rear pull-out stop 27. Should the drawer for cleaning purposes or others Reasons can be pulled out of the body, so under Overcoming the resistance of the pull-out stop 27 the Drawer can be pulled over this. If the role 23 has overcome the pull-out stops 27, the drawer can but still not fall out because it is still secured by lever 55. With the trigger 71 the lever 55 can be raised and the drawer completely be released.
- the drawer is hung in reverse Sequence.
- the middle rail 25 is with the roller 23rd on the lower leg 17 of the center rail 25 placed. This becomes possible because the upper leg 20 is not guided to the differential roller 9.
- Inserting the roller 23 supports the middle rail 25 with the lower edge on the small diameter 13 of Differential roller 9 and the roller 31 in the groove 21.
- the shop rail 45 is with the roller 43 on the Tread 41 put on and then pushed in until the upper leg 47 of the drawer rail 45 on the roller 31 the middle rail 25 rests.
- the Shutter rail 45 slides the inlet-side sliding surface 65 of the lever 55 on the cam 69 upwards and pivots the Counterclockwise lever 55.
- the lever 155 acting as a clutch is in turn articulated on a pin 157 and is in the non-engaged position, ie when the drawer is pushed in, by a pin 158 which engages in a recess 160 in the central rail 25 , kept essentially horizontal.
- a stopper 164 is formed on the lever 155 through a recess 162 in the central rail 25. This lies with minimal play within the recess 162 when the lever 155 is out of engagement with the cam 169 on the central rail 25. The stopper 164 comes into contact with the central rail 25 as soon as the cam 169 presses against the stopper 164 suddenly or with great force.
- the lever 155 is preferably connected to the central rail 25 with play via the pin 157 in order to allow the stopper 164 to rest in the opening 162.
- the lever 155 slides with the run-up surface 165 onto the groove 13 with the smaller diameter and is lifted by the latter.
- the cam 169 comes into contact with the stopper 164 and is held by the latter.
- the lever 155 abuts the cam 169 in a spring-elastic manner, because a slot 172 is formed on the lever 155 and runs parallel to its lower edge 170. Thanks to the high elasticity of the material from which the lever 155 is made, which is preferably made of plastic, the narrow web 174 deflects when it is in contact with the groove 13 over the differential roller 9.
- the lever 155 can be pivoted by pushing the stopper 164 downward by hand, against the elasticity of the web 174, until the cam 169 can be guided over the nose 163.
- the flank 166 resting on the nose 163 is inclined to the horizontal, so that when the drawer is pushed in, the cam 169 can safely move out of its latched position when the lever 155 is no longer pressed upwards.

Abstract
Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Schubladen-Vollauszugsgarnitur
gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs
The invention relates to a drawer full extension set
according to the preamble of the
Full pull-out drawers, or drawer pulls for short, are in known many designs and indicate when a Full extension with over extension, i.e. the drawer completely should be pullable out of the body, three each Rails, namely a cabinet rail, a shop rail and in between one relative to both rails movable middle rail on. In the simplest Design, the three rails are mutually above Rolls joined together and the middle rail is dragged along when pulling out the drawer. To one uniform pull-out of the central rail must be obtained known various measures with which these reduced pull-out speed with regard to the drawer is taken away.
Durchmessern aufweisen. Durch die Wahl des
Durchmesserverhältnisses ungleich 2:1, beispielsweise 9:4
wird erreicht, dass die Mittelschiene etwas zurückbleibt
und bei Vollauszug der Schublade eine günstige
gleichmässige Abstützung erfolgt. From the German patent DE-C-674548, corresponding to the preamble of
To ensure that the two center rails are carried evenly it is proposed in CH-A-677593 the role on the middle rail with a toothing provided in a rack on the cabinet rail to intervene.
Instead of a toothing, DE-A1-41 21 070 suggests Connection of the rails by a tape, which over a differential role runs and so a definable Speed course of the three rails relative allowed to each other.
All of these known embodiments enable by the essentially even extract of Middle rails with the drawer a good even Supporting the latter. But they stand out a complex structure and are therefore expensive in the production.
Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Kupplung, welche eine definierte Mitnahme der Mittelschiene ermöglichtThe object of the present invention is now to to create a full extension drawer set which a simple, inexpensive construction and has a smooth, smooth, smooth movement The drawer can be pulled out or inserted. A another object of the invention is to provide a Coupling, which is a defined entrainment of the Central rail enables
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die Schubladen-Vollauszugsgarnitur
gemäss den Merkmalen des
Patentanspruchs 1 und eine Kupplung gemäss den Merkmalen
des Anspruchs 10. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der
Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben. This task is solved by the drawer full extension set

The arrangement of the differential roller on the front edge of the The carcase rail always ensures a positive connection the middle rail already at the beginning of the pull-out movement of the Drawer from the body. After the rear end of the Drawer and thus the differential rail of the drawer rail has passed, a clutch engages the middle rail a driver on the shop rail and causes the two middle rails synchronized with the drawer to be carried outside and therefore always a perfect even support and one the drawer runs smoothly.

Anschlag bilden. Die hintere Rolle 23 an der Mittelschiene
25 überragt deren unteren Schenkel 17.With
Die Mittelschiene 25 umfasst weiter eine vordere Rolle 31,
welche die Oberkante 34 der Mittelschiene 25 überragt. An
Schublade anzuliegen bestimmte Platte 46, an deren
Situation Figur 11).The
On the
stumpfwinklig verlaufende Kurve 60 ausgebildet, deren
Mittelschiene 25 durchdringt. On the lower edge of the

Ladenschiene 45 angebrachte Tragschiene 51, deren
in Bewegung versetzt.
Mittelschiene 25 befestigten hinteren Rolle 23, welche
innerhalb der Korpusschiene 1 verläuft, am Kippen
gehindert.
Mittelschiene 25 ab.The following is how the drawer full extension set works

Moves. In order to ensure that the
If, in the course of pulling out the drawer, at the latest when the
In the embodiment of the invention according to FIGS. 13/14
the sliding
However, as soon as the
At the end of the pull-out process, the
Das Einhängen der Schublade erfolgt in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge. Die Mittelschiene 25 wird mit der Rolle 23
auf den unteren Schenkel 17 der Mittelschine 25
aufgesetzt.
The drawer is hung in reverse
Sequence. The
In a further particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the
