Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Fraktionieren einer Papierfasersuspension (S), bei dem diese mindestens einem Faserlängen-Trennschritt (1) unterzogen wird, welcher mindestens eine mit Kurzfasem angereicherte Kurzfaserfraktion (A1)und mindestens eine mit Langfasern angereicherte Langfaserfraktion (R1) erzeugt, wobei der Faserlängen-Trennschritt (1) mit mindestens einem weiteren Trennschritt (2, 3) kombiniert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein weiterer Trennschritt (2, 3) als Nasssiebung durchgeführt wird, durch den eine mit flexiblen Fasern angereicherte Weichfraktion (A2, A3) und eine mit steifen Fasern angereicherte Hartfraktion (R2, R3) gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Faserlängen-Trennschritt (1) zuerst durchgeführt wird und dass dessen Kurzfaserfraktion (A1) in einen weiteren Trennschritt (2) gelangt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Faserlängen-Trennschritt (1) zuerst durchgeführt wird und dass dessen Langfaserfraktion (A2) in einen weiteren Trennschritt (3) gelangt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch der Faserlängen-Trennschritt (1) als Nasssiebung durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der ersten Nasssiebung eingestellte Siebdurchtrittsgeschwindigkeit geringer ist als die in der zweiten Nasssiebung. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Nasssiebung mit einem Schlitzsieb durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Nasssiebung ein Schlitzsieb mit geringerer Schlitzweite als in der zweiten Nasssiebung verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitzweite in der ersten Nasssiebung 0,1 - 0,2 mm und die in der zweiten Nasssiebung 0,3 - 0,6 mm beträgt.
