Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zur Messung der Beladung und/oder der Unwucht einer waagerecht oder geneigt liegend gelagerten Wäschetrommel (4) in einem Wäschebehandlungsgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste, durch eine Wandung der Wäschetrommel (4) gebildete oder auf der Wandung der Wäschetrommel (4) angeordnete, auf einem ersten Potential liegende Elektrode und eine zweite ortsfest auf einem zweiten elektrischen Potential liegende Elektrode (9) unter einem geringen Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, der durch Beladung oder Entladung und/oder durch Unwucht der Wäschetrommel veränderbar ist, und dass eine jeweils einem Abstand der Elektroden (9) entsprechende Kapazität durch eine Messeinrichtung (16) messbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung mit einer Steuereinrichtung (16) des Wäschebehandlungsgeräts verbunden ist und dass von der Messeinrichtung (12) gemessene Werte in der Steuereinrichtung (16) auswertbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Speicher (17) vorhanden ist, in dem die Kapazität oder Kapazitätsänderungen abspeicherbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ortsfeste Elektrode (9) auf der Innenseite oder Außenseite einer Mantelwand (8) eines Laugenbehälters (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Mantelwand (8) aus einem dielektrischen Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Elektrode durch die Mantelwand (8) des Laugenbehälters (1) gebildet ist, wobei die Mantelwand (8) aus einem elektrisch leitenden Material gebildet ist und elektrisch von einem Wellenzapfen (3) getrennt ist, über den die Wäschetrommel (4) in einer Rückwand (2) des Laugenbehälters (1) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückwand (2) aus einem elektrisch nicht leitenden Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektrode (9) ringförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Elektroden (9, 9') auf der Innenseite oder Außenseite der Mantelwand (8) des Laugenbehälters (1) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wäschetrommel (4) eine elektrisch leitfähige Mantelwand (10) aufweist und dass diese als erste Elektrode dient, dass die Mantelwand (10) elektrisch leitend mit dem Wellenzapfen (3) verbunden ist und dass dieser elektrisch leitend mit der Messeinrichtung (12) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wellenzapfen (3) über einen Schleifkontakt (14) mit der Messeinrichtung (12) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mantelwand (10) der Wäschetrommel (4) aus einem dielektrischen Material besteht, dass auf der Außenseite oder Innenseite der Mantelwand (10) mindestens eine Elektrode angeordnet ist und dass diese elektrisch leitend mit dem Wellenzapfen (3) verbunden ist und dieser seinerseits mit der Messeinrichtung verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Elektroden (9, 9') sowohl auf dem oberen Rand des Laugenbehälters (1) als auch auf dem unteren Rand des Laugenbehälters (1) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elektroden (9) einander gegenüberliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung (12) in einer Steuereinrichtung (12) des Wäschebehandlungsgeräts angeordnet oder mit dieser verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeinrichtung (12) mit einem Speicher (16) verbunden ist, in dem Kapazitätswerte oder Kapazitätsänderungen abspeicherbar sind.
