Claims (4)

  1. Windmaschine zum Ernten von Oliven, die mit einer Schürze, welche bei Betrieb den Baum umgibt, Druck ausübt, und welche mit einer Muffe zum Abführen und Einsammeln der Früchte ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine mit Druckluft betrieben wird und in ihrem Hauptteil mit einem Satz von zwei konzentrischen Kugelkappen (1 und 2) ausgestattet ist, die miteinander durch eine gemeinsame Achse (5) verbunden sind, welche Freiraum zwischen den Kappen läßt, der äußeren (1), die fest ist und mit einer seitlichen Öffnung ausgestattet ist (3), welche einen Druckluftstrom einläßt, und der anderen (2) beweglichen, die sich unter der Wirkung der Druckluft um die gemeinsame Achse (5) dreht, und mit gerichteten Kerben oder Spalten (12) und mit Lüfterflögel (6 und 7) an ihrer inneren und äußeren Oberfläche ausgestattet ist.
  2. Windmaschine, als Weiterführung des Patentanspruches 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Kugelkappe (1) unabhängig Teleskopstangen (8) als Halterung der Schürze (9), welche den Baum unter Beachtung der Größe der Baumkrone bedeckt, eingebettet hat.
  3. Windmaschine, als Weiterführung der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (9), die den Baum umschließt, sich in der äußeren Kugelkappe (1) befindet und mittels Halterbügel oder -bänder an die Kappe befestigt ist, und weiter aus einem Bündel flexiblen Muffen oder Rohren (10) besteht, zur Beförderung der Oliven in den Aufnahmebehälter und gleichzeitig die Druckluft nach draußen.
  4. Windmaschine, als Weiterführung der Patentansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es möglich ist, die äußere Kugelkappe (1) durch ein Hubgerät oder einen Kran anzuheben, und dass die Kappe durch die Zulaufwege (4), die mit den seitlichen Öffnungen verbunden sind, mit Druckluft versorgt wird.
