Claims (16)
- Brandsichere Schachttür, insbesondere Schachtschiebetür für Aufzuganlagen, mit mindestens einem Türblatt (10) mit einer stockwerkseitig angeordneten Blechschale (14), in der mindestens eine Füllung aus Wärmedämmaterial (13) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Türblatt (10) schachtseitige, mindestens einen Durchbruch (16) aufweisende Abdeckmittel (12) umfaßt.
- Schachttür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckmittel (12) aufgrund des mindestens einen Durchbruches (16) weicher als die Blechschale (14) sind, so daß ein temperaturbedingtes Verformen des Türblattes (10) im wesentlichen durch das Temperaturverhalten der stockwerkseitigen Blechschale (14) bestimmt wird.
- Schachttür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckmittel (12) in Form einer zweiten Blechschale ausgeführt sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrüche (16) als Schlitze ausgebildet sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrüche (16) als horizontale und/oder vertikale Schlitze ausgeführt sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrüche (16) als T-förmige und/oder H-förmige Schlitze ausgebildet sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckmittel (12) als Lochblende bzw. Lochblech oder Drahtgitter ausgeführt sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckmittel (12) mit Durchbrüchen (16) in Form von horizontalen und/oder vertikalen Streifen ausgeführt sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbrüche (16) breiter als verbleibende Restbereiche der Abdeckmittel (12) sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckmittel (12) das Wärmedämmmaterial (13) vor einem Herausfallen aus dem Türblatt (10) sichern.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckmittel (12) mit der Blechschale (14) nur im Bereich eines Türblattrandes verbunden ist.
- Schachttür nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckmittel (12) mit der Blechschale (14) verschweißt sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (20, 22, 24, 26, 27) zum Befestigen des Türblattes (10) an der Blechschale (14) und/oder den Abdeckmitteln (12) angeordnet sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (20, 22, 24, 26, 27) zum Befestigen des Türblattes (10) im Bereich der Verbindung von Abdeckmittel (12) und Blechschale (14) angeordnet sind.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wärmedämmaterial (13) plattenförmig ist.
- Schachttür nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wärmedämmaterial (13) als Hauptbestandteil Gips enthält.
