Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Behandlung eines Produkts auf Kork-Basis, das für die Herstellung von Flaschenkorken verwendbar ist, welches die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) man führt das Produkt in ein luftdichtes Gefäß ein,
    b) man unterzieht das Produkt der Einwirkung von Wasserdampf bei einer Temperatur zwischen etwa 120°C und 230°C einschließlich und unter einem Druck zwischen 2.105 und 30.105 Pa einschließlich über eine Dauer, die zwischen etwa 5 Sekunden und 5 Minuten einschließlich liegt, ohne eine Dampfströmung in dem Gefäß zu schaffen,
    c) man bewirkt eine rasche, plötzliche Entspannung, um das Innere des Gefäßes auf Atmosphärendruck zurückzuführen,
    d) man gewinnt ein Pulver aus behandeltem Kork.
  2. Verfahren zur Behandlung eines Produkts auf Kork-Basis, das für die Herstellung von Flaschenkorken verwendbar ist, welches die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) man führt das Produkt in ein luftdichtes Gefäß ein,
    b) man unterzieht das Produkt der Einwirkung von Wasserdampf bei einer Temperatur zwischen etwa 120°C und 230°C einschließlich und unter einem Druck zwischen 2.105 und 30.105 Pa einschließlich über eine Dauer zwischen etwa 5 Sekunden und 5 Minuten einschließlich, ohne eine Dampfströmung in dem Gefäß zu schaffen,
    c) man bewirkt eine rasche, plötzliche Entspannung, um das Innere des Gefäßes auf Atmosphärendruck zurückzuführen,
    d) man gewinnt behandelte Granalien, die später zur Herstellung eines Flaschenkorkens verwendet werden, ohne dass ein vorangehender Mahlvorgang notwendig ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasserdampf ein trockener Dampf ist.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasserdampf ein feuchter Dampf ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt b) eine Dauer zwischen 30 Sekunden und 1 Minute einschließlich aufweist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Schritt b) den Wasserdampf unter Druck in das Gefäß einführt.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Schritt b) das Gefäß erwärmt, welches das Produkt und Wasser enthält.
