Claims (7)
- Procédé de traitement d'un produit à base de liège utilisable pour la réalisation de bouchons, comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) On introduit ledit produit dans un récipient étanche,b) On soumet ledit produit à l'action de vapeur d'eau à une température comprise environ entre 120°C et 230°C et sous pression comprise entre 2.105 et 30.105 Pa pendant une durée comprise environ entre 5 secondes et 5 minutes, sans créer un flux de vapeur dans ledit récipient,c) On effectue une détente rapide, brutale pour ramener l'intérieur du récipient à la pression atmosphérique,d) On récupère une poudre de liège traité.
- Procédé de traitement d'un produit à base de liège utilisable pour la réalisation de bouchons, comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) On introduit ledit produit dans un récipient étanche,b) On soumet ledit produit à l'action de vapeur d'eau à une température comprise environ entre 120°C et 230°C et sous pression comprise entre 2.105 et 30.105 Pa pendant une durée comprise environ entre 5 secondes et 5 minutes, sans créer un flux de vapeur dans ledit récipient,c) On effectue une détente rapide, brutale pour ramener l'intérieur du récipient à la pression atmosphérique,d) On récupère des granulés traités, utilisés ultérieurement pour fabriquer un bouchon de liège sans qu'une opération préalable de broyage soit nécessaire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la vapeur d'eau est une vapeur sèche.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la vapeur d'eau est une vapeur humide.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'étape b) a une durée comprise entre 30 secondes et 1 minute.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'étape b) on introduit la vapeur d'eau sous pression dans le récipient.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'étape b) on chauffe le récipient contenant le produit et de l'eau.
