Claims (12)
- Pulvérisateur de fluide du type à gaz propulseur sous pression ou analogue, comportant :une enceinte (1) comprenant une paroi étanche (2) délimitant un premier volume (3),un embout tubulaire (4) en un matériau rigide comprenant un conduit (5) le traversant longitudinalement,des moyens d'articulation (6) pour monter ledit embout tubulaire (4) dans un orifice (62) de la paroi (2) de l'enceinte (1) par un passage relativement étanche (7), de façon à permettre un déplacement de l'embout tubulaire par rapport à ladite paroi (2), les deux extrémités (8, 9) dudit embout tubulaire étant respectivement disposées à l'extérieur (10) et à l'intérieur (11) de ladite enceinte,une cuvette (12) située dans le premier volume (3), ladite cuvette comprenant un fond (13) et une paroi latérale annulaire (14) solidaire de son fond, ladite cuvette étant réalisée en un matériau rigide et définissant un second volume (15) compris dans ledit premier volume (3), ladite cuvette (12) étant montée solidaire, par son fond (13), du bord (16) de l'ouverture (17) de l'extrémité (9) dudit embout (4) située à l'intérieur de l'enceinte, de façon que cette ouverture soit obturée et que le bord libre (18) de la paroi latérale annulaire (14) de la cuvette repose de façon étanche sur la face intérieure (19) de la paroi (2) de ladite enceinte (1) en entourant ledit passage étanche (7), etdes moyens (20) pour mettre en communication le second volume (15) et le conduit (5),
- Pulvérisateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite valve commandable (30) est constituée par une pastille (33) en un matériau élastiquement déformable, cettedite pastille constituant au moins une partie de ladite portion (31) du fond (13) de ladite cuvette (12), et une fente (34) réalisée dans ladite pastille (33), cette fente étant normalement fermée par l'élasticité du matériau constituant ladite pastille.
- Pulvérisateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que ladite pastille (33) présente une forme sensiblement hémisphérique dont la partie convexe (35) est située dans la partie (32) du premier volume (3) située à l'extérieur au second volume (15), ladite fente (34) étant réalisée dans un plan sensiblement diamétral de cette partie convexe.
- Pulvérisateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre une première poche étanche (40) en un matériau élastiquement extensible comprenant une première bouche (41), ladite première poche (40) étant située dans la partie (32) du premier volume (3) située à l'extérieur du second volume (15), et des moyens (42) pour solidariser de façon étanche ladite première bouche (41) avec ladite cuvette (12) suivant une première ligne fermée (43) entourant ladite valve commandable (30) de façon que ladite valve commandable permette le passage fluidique entre le conduit (5) et l'intérieur de la première poche (40).
- Pulvérisateur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que ledit gaz propulseur est situé dans ladite première poche (40), le fluide à pulvériser étant situé dans la partie (44) du premier volume (3) située à l'extérieur du second volume (15) et de ladite première poche.
- Pulvérisateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre une seconde poche étanche (50) en un matériau élastiquement extensible comportant une seconde bouche (51), ladite seconde poche (50) étant située dans la partie (32) du premier volume (3) située à l'extérieur du second volume (15), et des moyens (52) pour solidariser de façon étanche ladite seconde bouche (51) avec la face intérieure (19) de la paroi (2) de ladite enceinte le long d'une seconde ligne fermée (53) entourant le bord libre (18) de la paroi latérale annulaire (14) de la cuvette (12).
- Pulvérisateur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le gaz propulseur est situé dans la partie (54) du premier volume (3) située à l'extérieur de la seconde poche (50), le fluide à pulvériser étant situé dans cette seconde poche (50).
- Pulvérisateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'articulation (6) sont constitués par un manchon (60) en matériau élastique, ledit manchon étant solidarisé avec respectivement ledit embout (4) et le bord (61) de l'orifice (62) traversant la paroi (2) de l'enceinte (1).
- Pulvérisateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre une couronne (63) en matériau élastique, ladite couronne étant solidarisée avec la face intérieure (19) de la paroi (2) de l'enceinte (1) en étant interposée entre le bord libre (18) de la paroi latérale annulaire (14) de la cuvette et la face intérieure (19) de la paroi de l'enceinte de façon à constituer un siège d'étanchéité pour ce bord libre (18).
- Pulvérisateur selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé par le fait que ladite couronne (63) et ledit manchon (60) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce.
- Pulvérisateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (20) pour mettre en communication le second volume (15) et le conduit (5) sont constitués par au moins une percée traversant la paroi de l'embout (4) à son extrémité intérieure (9), ladite percée débouchant respectivement dans le conduit (5) et la partie (21) du second volume (15) entourant extérieurement l'extrémité intérieure (9) dudit embout.
- Pulvérisateur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la section de ladite percée est au moins égale à la section transversale du conduit (5).
