Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a device for punching a finished stack of flat structures, especially of labels, from a basic stack according to the Features of the preambles of claims 1 and 5. Such apparatus and methods are known from document FR-A-2202459.
With the so-called counter-pressure punching with corresponding devices, such as in DE-A-40 13 071 and WO-A-96/12593 are described one finished stack each of flat structures, such as Labels, by means of a hollow form Stamping knife flat in one stroke from a basic stack Formations punched out and at the same time in the cavity of the punch knife into or through this pushed through. To deflect the upper leaves of the stack when the punch knife edge penetrates into the Prevent basic stack - resulting in inaccuracies Would lead to punched paragraphs in the finished stack - will a counter pressure stamp in the cavity of the punching knife carried out immediately before and during the Punching process from the side of the knife against the presses a punch-supported stack. This will the flat structures in one with respect to the inner contour cutting the punch knife approximately vertical Press holding passed through the punch knife. The Basic stacks used have a simple geometric Shape that matches the shape of the die to be punched out Finished stack approximated and preferably rectangular or is square. They become stacks of large sheets cut before they are fed to the punching device become. Every basic stack becomes a finished stack punched. Trimming the basic stacks requires one Appropriate preparation with the appropriate amount of time and a suitable cutting machine.
The object of the present invention is therefore a To provide methods and an apparatus with which the punching of finished stacks is more extensive Formations from basic stacks without previous complex Pre-cutting the basic stack is possible.
The task is solved by a method according to the Features of claim 1 and a device according to the Features of claim 5.
By combining several consecutive Punching operations in a punching cycle during which a elongated, cuboid basic stack between the individual punching operations in the direction of its longitudinal axis a punch knife moved and new under the Punch knife is aligned, it is possible during the Punching cycle 'with the punching knife several finished stacks to punch out flat structures from the one basic stack. A pre-cutting of individual basic stacks, from which then only one finished batch is punched out at a time, is therefore not necessary what a corresponding cutting device makes unnecessary and saves time.
Another advantage of the invention is that it is relatively large rejects, i.e. the accruing, unusable Rest, so far when punching out a single one Finished stack from a basic stack remained, is considerably reduced since the punched flat structures, so to speak, nested one inside the other Basic stack can be arranged. The basic stack is in an optimal way just between the punching processes the length or width of a finished batch shifted what allows a considerable saving of material.
The finished stack is advantageously replaced by a Counter pressure stamp in the direction of a as a platen formed punching element from the punching knife pushed out and laterally by a cradle from the area between the punching knife and the support table away. This can be done simultaneously with the side Remove the finished stack from the punching area of the Basic stack moved in the direction of the punch knife and be aligned under this what the time between shortened two punching processes.
A device according to the invention according to the features of claim 4 allows punching out several Finished stack from an elongated, cuboid Basic stack without first dividing it into individual Basic stack would have to be pre-cut. The through that Penetration of the punch knife shifted to each other flat structures of the basic stack can be created using a serving as a stop aligning element against which the Basic stack shifted with the help of a sliding element will be aligned again under the punch knife.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the Interchangeable stop, so that when changing the Stamping knife a stop surface of the alignment element be adapted to a new outer contour of the punching knife can.
It is particularly advantageous if the distance between Platen and punch knife on at least two Stack heights can be adjusted, because at the same time as the Move and align the basic stack under the Punching knife on the side a holder for Remove the finished stack between the punch knife and Platen is movable back and forth.
Further advantages of the invention result from the dependent claims and from the following Description.
Fig. 2 deutlich erkennbar ist. Auflagetisch 22 und
Auflageplatte 20 sind mittels eines hydraulischen oder
pneumatischen, ersten Betätigungselementes 24 in der Ebene
34 hin- und zurückverschiebbar (Pfeil A) . Der
Gegendruckstempel 18 ist mittels eines hydraulischen oder
pneumatischen Elementes 28 im Hohlraum des Stanzmessers 16
ebenfalls in der Ebene 34 hin- und zurückverschiebbar
(Pfeil B). Er ist dabei derart gestaltet, dass seine
Aussenkonturen mit geringem Abstand an den Innenkonturen
des Stanzmessers entlanggleiten. Gegendruckstempel 18 und
Stanzmesser 16 sind auf einem Schlitten 30 befestigt, der
auf einem Ausleger 32 am Maschinengestell 12 mittels eines
zweiten, hier nicht dargestellten, hydraulischen oder
pneumatischen Betätigungselementes parallel zur Ebene 34
hin- und zurückbewegbar (Pfeil C) ist. Der Schlitten 30
ist mittels einer mechanischen Arretierung (hier nicht
dargestellt) für den eigentlichen Stanzvorgang fixierbar.1 and 2 is a

auszustanzenden Fertigstapeln 52 dargestellt.
