Description
The present invention relates generally to exchangers heat, and, for example, tubular heat exchangers forming condensers, which are continuously cleaned by solid elements, in practice in the form of a ball and made for example of foam rubber, systematically put into circulation for this purpose in one of the flows concerned.
A- 23 14 329.In principle, the corresponding provisions are known from longstanding, in particular by documents US-A-1,795,348 and DE-A- 23 14 329.
The present invention relates more particularly to the management of the elements cleaning solids thus used.
According to provisions which can for example be of the type of those described in the French patent filed on February 24, 1994 under No 94 02109 and published under No 2 716 530, this management basically involves on the one hand, to avoid that, with the flow which carries them, the solid elements cleaning in question are evacuated to the sewer, the interposition, on the heat exchanger outlet pipe, interception means suitable for their retention, and, on the other hand, recycling, towards the pipeline inlet of the heat exchanger, solid cleaning elements as well retained by these means of interception.
But, in practice, it is also necessary to pass systematically the solid elements of cleaning through a device of own management, in particular, to control the number, to sort and to eliminate, those whose dimensions have become, by wear, smaller than those required, and allow, consequently, a restocking of the whole in elements new cleaning solids.
For its proper functioning, this management device needs to be crossed by a given flow flow.
As a result, at the expense of costs, this management system must, at this day, be systematically adapted to the capacity of the installation treated, in being, in particular, duly sized accordingly.
The present invention generally relates to a provision to avoid this drawback.
More specifically, it firstly relates to a process for the management of the solid cleaning elements circulated in a heat exchanger for cleaning thereof according to claim 1.
The present invention also relates to a management installation. for solid cleaning elements circulating in a heat exchanger for cleaning thereof, according to claim 2.
Thus, according to the invention, the management device is spared a part the flow rate of the return flow concerned, while normally seeing the all the solid cleaning elements to be managed.
More specifically, for a given installation, the concentration according to the invention advantageously makes it possible to recreate, systematically, at the entry of the management system, debit conditions determined, which correspond to its normal operating conditions.
Thus, whatever the capacity of the installation to be treated, a device for standard management can advantageously be implemented, for the benefit of costs.
In addition, by minimizing the flow rate to be recycled on the inlet pipe of the heat exchanger, the concentration device according to the invention allows advantageously reduce the power of the pump accordingly normally necessary to counterflow the flow of corresponding return.
