- une bague insert interposée entre chaque pion de sertissage et le manchon de blocage correspondant,
- des premiers moyens de liaison pour, à l'issue d'un emmanchement forcé dudit couvercle sur ledit socle, solidariser cette bague insert avec ledit couvercle, et
- des seconds moyens de liaison pour, à l'issue de l'emmanchement forcé dudit couvercle sur ledit socle, solidariser cette bague insert avec ledit socle.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'un module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue de détail avant montage du module de comptabilisation sécurisé de la figure 2,
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective d'un élément d'insert assurant un montage inviolable du module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon l'invention, et
- la figure 4 est une vue de détail une fois monté du module de comptabilisation sécurisé de la figure 2.
Claims (11)
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé d'une machine à affranchir comprenant une carte à circuits imprimés (12) destinée à recevoir des circuits de comptabilisation (20) et montée entre un socle de module (14) et un couvercle de module (16), ledit socle comportant plusieurs pions de sertissage (44) sur lesquels vient s'enfiler ladite carte et qui sont destinés à coopérer avec des manchons de blocage (60) solidaires dudit couvercle, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre :une bague insert (18) interposée entre chaque pion de sertissage et le manchon de blocage correspondant,des premiers moyens de liaison (84) pour, à l'issue d'un emmanchement forcé dudit couvercle sur ledit socle, solidariser cette bague insert avec ledit couvercle, etdes seconds moyens de liaison (48) pour, à l'issue de l'emmanchement forcé dudit couvercle sur ledit socle, solidariser cette bague insert avec ledit socle.
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de liaison solidaire entre ladite bague insert et ledit couvercle comportent une collerette d'accrochage (84) formant partie intégrante de ladite bague insert et destinée à pénétrer ledit manchon de blocage lors de l'emmanchement forcé dudit couvercle sur ledit socle.
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette d'accrochage est réalisée au niveau d'une partie d'extrémité de la bague insert (18).
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits seconds moyens de liaison solidaire entre ladite bague insert et ledit socle comportent une couronne (48) formant partie intégrante dudit pion de sertissage et destinée à retenir par sertissage ladite bague insert lors de l'emmanchement forcé dudit couvercle sur ledit socle.
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon de blocage comporte au niveau de son fond (66) un téton (64) destiné à coopérer avec ladite couronne pour l'écarter et la rabattre contre ladite bague insert.
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague insert est munie en outre d'une rainure transversale (80) pour lui conférer une élasticité suffisante lors de son introduction dans ledit manchon de blocage.
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague insert est réalisée dans un matériau dont la dureté est supérieure à celle des matériaux formant le socle (14) et le couvercle (16) du module.
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague insert est de préférence en acier inoxydable.
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle de module comporte en outre des zones de fragilisation (68) disposées autour de chacun desdits manchons de blocage et destinées à rompre à toute tentative de séparation dudit couvercle avec ledit socle de module.
- Module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit socle de module comporte en outre des zones de fragilisation disposées autour de chacun desdits pions de sertissage et destinées à rompre à toute tentative de séparation dudit couvercle avec ledit socle de module.
- Machine d'affranchissement munie d'un module de comptabilisation sécurisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
