Abstract
本发明提供一种卡合结构及应用该卡合结构的电子装置,该电子装置包括一机体、一盖体及设于机体和盖体之间的一装配件。每一所述卡合结构包括一卡合件及一定位销,该卡合件设于机体上,其包括至少一卡钩,该卡钩穿过装配件并卡持装配件,该定位销设于盖体上并抵持卡钩。所述卡合结构装配方便,可有效地将装配件锁固于机体上。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种卡合结构及应用该卡合结构的电子装置。
背景技术
在移动电话等电子装置的组装过程中,常需要将电路板等各类装配件与电子装置的机体和盖体固定在一起。现有的做法大都采用多个螺钉直接穿过机体、电路板和盖体,以将其锁紧。然而,此种装配方式较为繁琐,且由于机体大都为塑胶件,难以与螺钉紧密配合,时间一久,容易导致螺钉松动,难以将电路板锁固于机体内。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种装配简便且可锁固装配件和机体的卡合结构。
另,还有必要提高一种应用所述卡合结构的电子装置。
一种卡合结构,其用于将一装配件固定于一机体和一盖体之间,所述卡合结构包括一卡合件及一定位销,该卡合件设于机体上,其包括至少一卡钩,该卡钩穿过装配件并卡持装配件,该定位销设于盖体上并抵持卡钩。
一种电子装置,其包括一机体、一盖体、一设于机体和盖体之间的装配件及若干卡合结构,每一所述卡合结构包括一卡合件及一定位销,该卡合件设于机体上,其包括至少一卡钩,该卡钩卡持装配件,该定位销设于盖体上并抵持卡钩。
与现有技术相比,所述卡合结构通过卡钩卡合装配件,并利用定位销与卡钩相抵持,有效地将装配件锁固于机体上。同时该卡合结构装配方便。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种卡合结构,其适用于移动电话、笔记本电脑、个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等电子装置,本实施例中以应用于移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1及图2,一移动电话100包括一机体10、一电路板20、一金属件30、一盖体40及多个卡合结构50(请参阅图5)。该电路板20和金属件30设于机体10和盖体40之间,该卡合结构50用以将电路板20和金属件30定位于机体10上。
该机体10由塑胶材料制成,其包括一底壁12及围绕该底壁12设置的一周壁14,该底壁12和周壁14共同围成一容置腔16。
该电路板20装设于机体10的容置腔16内,该电路板20上设有多个卡持孔22。
该金属件30装设于机体10的容置腔16内,用以加强该机体10的强度。该金属件30的一端设置一框体32,另一端开设多个通孔34。该框体32用以承载移动电话100的液晶显示屏(图未示),该移动电话100的按键可通过该通孔34与电路板20电性连接。该金属件30上开设多个锁持孔36,当金属件30和电路板20容置于容置腔16时,该锁持孔36与电路板20的卡持孔22相对。
盖体40包括一板体42及围绕该板体42设置的一周缘44。该板体42上开设一开口46及多个按键孔48,该开口46与按键孔48分别与框体32和通孔34相对,以露出移动电话100的液晶显示屏和按键。该周缘44上设置若干卡扣(图未标),该卡扣与机体10配合,以使盖体40盖合于机体10上。
请结合参阅图2、图3及图5,每一卡合结构50包括一卡合件60及一定位销70。该卡合件60由塑胶材料制成,其可通过模内注射等方式与机体10一体成型。该卡合件60包括一底座62、二卡钩64及多个抵持块66。该底座62设于机体10的底壁12上,该二卡钩64相背凸设于底座62远离底壁12的一端,以穿过卡持孔22和锁持孔36进而卡合电路板20和金属件30。每一卡钩64包括一体设置的一连接部642及一卡钩部644,该连接部642竖直设于底座62上,二卡钩部644相背设置。该抵持块66凸设于底座62上,并设于二卡钩64的周围。所述抵持块66的高度低于卡钩部644,以抵持电路板20和金属件30。
该定位销70与盖体40一体成型,其凸设于盖体40的板体42上。在本实施例中,该定位销70为一柱体,其宽度与二卡钩64之间的距离相当。该定位销70用以插入二卡钩64之间,以抵持卡钩64,进而阻止二卡钩64相对靠近,进而避免电路板20和金属件30在外力作用下脱离机体10。
请参阅图4至图6,组装该移动电话100时,先将电路板20和金属件30通过卡钩配合等方式装配于一体,再使二卡钩64通过卡持孔22和锁持孔36先后穿过电路板20和金属件30,由于二卡钩64均由塑胶材料制成,故在通过卡持孔22和锁持孔36的过程中,二卡钩64相对靠近直至金属件30完全通过卡钩部644。此时电路板20为抵持块66所抵持,金属件30为二卡钩部644卡持。最后将盖体40盖合于机体10上,使定位销70插入二卡钩64之间,并通过设于盖体40上的卡扣与机体10配合将盖体40盖合于机体10上。此时由于二卡钩64夹持定位销70,从而保证电路板20和金属件30不会因二卡钩64相对靠近而脱离机体10。
可以理解,本发明的二卡钩64也可相对设置,同时在电路板20上增设卡持孔22,以使二卡钩64分别穿过一卡持孔22并卡合于二卡持孔22的连接处。
可以理解,本发明不局限用于固定电路板20和金属件30,也可只固定二者之一,或者用于其他装配件,如扬声器模块。
可以理解,本发明的卡合结构50的数量不局限于实施例中所述,其可适量增减。同时,每一卡合结构50的卡钩64也不局限于2个,也可只为1个,此时定位销70可穿过卡持孔22和锁持孔36以抵持卡钩64。
本发明的移动电话100在机体10内设置卡钩64,该卡钩64穿过电路板20并与电路板20相卡合,同时在盖体40上设置定位销70,该定位销70夹持于二卡钩64之间,以阻止电路板20因二卡钩64相对靠近而脱离机体10。该卡合结构50装配方便,且可有效地将电路板20锁固于机体10内。
Claims (11)
1.一种卡合结构,其用于将一装配件固定于一机体和一盖体之间,其特征在于:所述卡合结构包括一卡合件及一定位销,该卡合件设于机体上,其包括至少一卡钩,该卡钩穿过装配件并卡持装配件,该定位销设于盖体上并抵持卡钩。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡合结构,其特征在于:所述卡合件包括若干抵持块,所述抵持块设于卡钩周围,以抵持装配件。
3.如权利要求1所述的卡合结构,其特征在于:所述卡合件包括一底座,所述底座设于机体上,所述卡钩设置于底座上。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡合结构,其特征在于:所述卡钩包括一体设置的一连接部及一卡钩部,所述连接部竖直设于底座上,所述卡钩部高于抵持块。
5.一种电子装置,其包括一机体、一盖体、一设于机体和盖体之间的装配件及若干卡合结构,其特征在于:每一所述卡合结构包括一卡合件及一定位销,该卡合件设于机体上,其包括至少一卡钩,该卡钩卡持装配件,该定位销设于盖体上并抵持卡钩。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述卡合件包括一底座,所述底座设于机体上,所述卡钩设置于底座上。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述卡合件包括若干抵持块,所述抵持块设于底座上,以抵持装配件。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述卡钩包括一体设置的一连接部及一卡钩部,所述连接部竖直设于底座上,所述卡钩部高于抵持块。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述装配件上开设若干卡持孔,所述卡钩穿过一卡持孔,并通过卡钩部卡合装配件。
10.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述卡合件与机体一体成型,所述定位销与盖体一体成型。
11.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述卡合件包括二卡钩,所述定位销夹持于二卡钩之间。
